A very average salad and ingredients are hit and miss, at times they don’t taste that good but other times they are tasty. Speedy collection but there are better salad places

I ordered few times, and was ok but this time tossed paddington was disgusting the forget to put the Cesar dressing in an csar avocado salad, and if you see the avocado un the salad ....... No comments . And when I reported by Uber they just gave me refund for the delivery. For this is ridiculous. Unfortunately I'm not goanna order anymore.

I visited with my family, a three month old baby. They are very hospitable and welcoming. Very polite. Food was fresh and presentation is great. Best seafood in Antalya. Highly recommended. Omer served us well.

I ordered from Tossed Sheldon squ. on deliveroo. I was eating my salad when I bit into smth hard which really hurt my tooth and also hurt the inside walls of my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a 6cm pointy splinter or piece of wood. I was so shocked of how big and dangerous it was. If i had not bit into it I would be chocking to death as we speak and trying to call emergency ambulance instead of writing this review! I expect a full refund of my order and more. This is unacceptable and I could have literally chocked to death. I have left a complaint on deliveroo website and expect a response ASAP.

Dreadful, so average and boring salad, Asda do just as nice for like 1 third of the price. it was dull tasting the chicken was bland, such and overhyped restaurant

I just created a tripadvisor account to leave a review here. Tried to do it in deliveroo but unfortunately customers aren't able to see them so thought it was useless. I've ordered a chicken, bacon and avocado salad and it was probably the worse I've ever had. It was completely tasteless and the chicken was rubbery and seemed a bit out of date. Avocado was brown and added halloumi which was really chewy. Only good thing was the sweetcorn.

We always use Tossed when shopping at Westfield Stratford . Their salads are so tasty and the choices are good. I enjoy the haloumi salad and my husband often goes for the option with humus. They will tailor make within reason eg I ask for them to leave it red onion etc. The fact that you are served quickly every time helps. We only have water with our meal and the crockery and silverware are always clean. Although there is a reserved area to sit for Tossed you can sit anywhere and the tables are always clean.

Poor value for money, one of the fillings missing from the wrap, by the time I had discovered this they had closed, how convenient. The food may be tasty but I won’t bother with this company again.

Halloumi wrap had one small piece of halloumi at the top and none in the rest of the wrap. On complaining to staff, they were unfriendly, unhelpful and apologetic.

Friendly staff. Good ingredients but inedible as it was overwhelmed by vinegar dressing. More like paint stripper than French dressing. A real shame.

I went there for the first time with my boyfriend for dinner. We both created our own salads and had smoothies too. All the food was delicious, and portions were a good size (had this for a main meal and wasn't left feeling hungry). Staff were friendly and have a quirky way of calling out your orders (you are given a celebrity's name so my boyfriend ended up going to collect his salad when 'Taylor Swift' was called!). There's no specific seating but it's in the food court so there are plenty of tables (you order and collect your food and then bring it to the table yourself). Only negative is it's a little overpriced. £14 for the salad and a smoothie, which is quite a lot even though the portion size was good.

I discovered Tossed at the South Mimms Service station whilst travelling through Hertfordshire recently. What a civilised place to eat ! NO DEAD ANIMALS for once !!! I had a Fellafel wrap and a Mint and Mango smoothie. I can honestly say it was the best meal I had during my whole trip to the UK. Well done Tossed !

This restaurant is located at the food court in Westfield shopping center in London. It is one of the very nice Salad I eat always when I am in that mall. They have very big and nice selection of salad you can chose from . The salad was delicious, tasty and fresh and the portion is perfect.

3rd time I came and I love it. Salad are super healthy and quiet filling. Just today have to be careful as server forgot main ingredient with previous customer and then she has forget also in mind. Main ingredient? Look like no very focused, and I can see. She finish the pepper from container and she didn’t bother to fill up to finish the previous salad. Hope is only one off

A great salad is not easy to find in London, so when we discovered Tossed we were really happy. It was the best salad we had the entire time. Highly recommended - fresh, big and yummy.

Fui a dar vueltas en los servicios de Oxford en la M40. Estuve una noche en el motel y queríamos una cena. Me pareció que sería un cambio de los habituales servicios de comida rápida. Error grande! Ordenar sobre una pantalla era rápido y sencillo, y me uní a la cola para recoger el pedido. Tres personas que sirve, ninguno de los cuales estaban en cualquier apuro, totalmente caótico, en un tiempo de 2 servidores estaban haciendo el mismo orden. Las personas que me atendieron fueron ordenados antes porque todos ordenados ensaladas (mi orden era una chaqueta de patata) finalmente me dieron mi orden cuando todo el mundo había sido resuelto. Finalmente conseguí mi casi frías, papa duro con no mucho de queso en un recipiente pequeño con cubiertos de plástico. ¿Alguna vez intentó cortar las patatas horneadas encajados en un disco duro pequeño contenedor de cartón con un cuchillo y tenedor de plástico? Casi me rendí la voluntad de vivir. En conclusión, no me molestaría, sin duda no fue rápida, sana, o incluso agradable. Yo no voy a desperdiciar mi tiempo de nuevo. A pesar de las calorías extra y carbohidratos, probablemente le KFC la próxima vez.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with the service from tossed. Constantly forgetting my toppings and getting my order wrong. Paid extra money for premium toppings and forgot them 3 times in a row now. Terrible service when attempted to call and discuss/make a complaint. Not happy with this place at all, food is good WHEN AND IF they get the order right but generally NOT worth the money, wait and disgusting service to deal with. Never been so disappointed with a food place in my life. opened up an account just to warn you all and write this review. ZERO stars. Worst service ever.

After having waited 20 minutes, even though only one person of the staff was actually busy serving a customer while the other ones were just hanging around, I got served the wrong size and wrong flavour smoothie. The taste of the smoothie was dreadful: it tasted of frozen fruit and tap water. £5 I spent for such a delicatessen. It was probably the worst smoothie I have ever had. While waiting, I also observed how the food was being prepared and thought that the name of the place is appropriate as the ingredients were literally being tossed in bowls in a very random way. Needless to say that the final result looked very unappealing.

It’s in the shopping mall so it’s more a quick refuelling stop than a restaurant, but ingredients don’t get any fresher, and it’s a pleasant change to the usual fast food outlets you normally find in shopping centres. I can definitely recommend haloumi salad. Tasted great and was full after eating it. Only negative is that they don’t sell coffee and the guy at the till couldn’t point me the direction of where I might get one

I have diner in this nice place 2-3 time a week. Entering the cafe on shelves are about 10 tablets with menus, photo dishes and a detailed description of all dishes with the indexation of serving sizes and calories. All dishes are divided into groups. There is an opportunity to collect your own dish from the ingredients presented. One click and you can pay and 2-5 minutes you get your lunch or.... The staff is positive and attentive to your order. Pleasand and unusual cafe.

Westfield Stratford es un punto conveniente para un almuerzo de negocios con colegas. A menudo nos encontraremos en el patio de comidas, que nos permite a cada uno de los demás independientemente de tipo de comida que queremos. Mi colega sugirió arrojadas y ella fue justo. La ensalada es de muy buen tamaño, fresco y hecho a pedido de una gran variedad de ingredientes y el servicio era rápido. Ahora, este es uno de mis "Ir a".

We had drinks there after a long afternoon of shopping and really they should be ashamed of their ingredients. Especially that they claim that they use fresh juices and to be a salad and juice/ smoothie bar. We had the strawberry smoothie and we saw them with our own eyes open an apple juice box while they had fresh apples in display. Such a disappointment. Would never ever recommend them. Shame on them.

Staying in Stratford, you have a choice of how to eat:- hotel (yeah, right...)- In central London before returning- restaurants NOT at Westfield- 3 types of eating in Westfield.Westfield has 3 floors with food on. Downstairs is places like McD's, fish & chips etc, spot on for kids. Middle floor is a large shared seating area with a large choice of "takeaway" food sellers. upstairs is individual, like Wagamama, Pizza Express.Tossed, which has many outlets around London is on the middle floor. It is a salad bar, created standard and "choose your own" salads.I have eaten here on MANY occasions, and the food quality is consistently excellent. You probably will not go away feeling over-full, but what do you expect, this is a SALAD bar! And it does make a change to go away without feeling over-full, as well as having the smug feeling of having eaten something that is actually pretty healthy!It's in Westfield, so it's not over-cheap (but not stupidly expensive).

A very wide choice of salads here - very good for vegetarians/vegans/fussy eaters/health fanatics.The only issue I had was the huge portions! I've never seen such a huge salad, it did me two meals.The salads are all freshly prepared and customisable. They are a little on the expensive side, but I guess that's London.I'd come back here again - there is plenty of choice.

I went to Tossed in Stratford for lunch as I always like to eat healthy.It was my first time going and I'm not sure if I would go again.I decided to chose my own salad combination for £7.95.For that you get leaves, I chose lettuce, and then I chose bean sprouts, avocado, tomatoes, one hard boiled egg, and vinagarette.The portions that you get are so small that the salad was mainly lettuce.I was definitely not getting my 5 a day!With a bottle of water too my order came to just under £10 which I feel is very expensive for what you get. I think I will stick with pret or itsu next time!

It was an extrememly HOT day so we decided to have sit down & get something to drink so we stopped by the Tossed kiosk/bar.The selection of fresh fruit & salad on display was very attractive - especially on such a hot day - they also had pre-made smoothies in bottles cooling on tonnes of ice (much like fresh fish displayed in a fish counter) - everything looked so cool & refreshing! I ordered a mixed fruit smoothie (rather than a re-made bottle), a bottle of Coke & a bottle of Spring water. I was told to wait at the side while my smoothie was being made - no problem for me at all. Before I moved to the side I requested 2 cups with ice in for the bottle of water & bottle of Coke. I was informed that they did not have access to ice & that the machine was not at the kiosk/bar or that it was broken (I couldn't understand foreign accent very well over the background noise). This was quite some shock considering the vast quantity of ice in the display cabinets cooling the pre-made smoothies! I just could not get my head around this. It's even more crazy when it's one of the hottest days of the year! Who sells drinks & does not have access to ice? Anyway as I was waiting for my smoothie, I was given my bottle of water & bottle of Coke - both of which were taken from a very small fridge. The Coke was pretty cool so I accepted that, but had to refuse the warm bottle of water - which had obviously just been put in the fridge. The guy did take about 3 bottles out to reach one nearer the back which was slightly cooler. After a minute or so, my smoothie was given to me. Whilst it was tasty enough, I really felt that some crushed ice should have been put in it. Not only would it make the drink cooler but just thin it out a bit to make it more drinkable. If it isn't done as standard, the option should be there for the customer! But I guess that depends on if they have access to ice or not!A smoothie, bottle of Coke & a bottle of spring water came to £9. For a shopping centre in London it's what was expected - but in general it's not great value.

There was a time when I would reach for a burger or fries or a sandwich to feed my hunger around lunch. But after eating these types of things, I would feel tired, bloated and listless. On this occasion, we were about to drive down to the New Forest and I needed to eat something to keep me going. We saw Tossed and decided to try. My wife had a plated salad and I decided on a wrap filled with chicken, bacon, avocado, potatoes, baby tomatoes and pine nuts. WOW! It was fantastic. It was delicious. I felt awake and full of energy. The drive went well with this power wrap lunch inside of me. This is what to eat to keep ones strength and concentration. Coffee good, staff friendly, I will use Tossed again. What a find.

Tossed filled a nice gap in the market with a simple selection of wraps and salads. There is a healthy feel to the selection and I always go with the "muscle builder" as it is low carb and v high protein!The breakfast menu is surprisingly healthy too and a nice change from some of the rubbish these chains can offer for breakfast. A great brand, fairly well implemented. Occasionally let down by low quality staff or poor comms etc. Generally recommended though!Thanks

Nice find amongst the crowded food hall. Excellent salads and for a healthier version hold of on the salad dressing. Generous size and reasonable price for those not wanting a pre packaged M ans S version.

I hadn't been before but a friend recommended Tossed for a good salad and they were not wrong. If you are looking for a good quick healthy salad in between shopping then it is exactly what you are looking for. No frills, just a quick meal - think healthy McDonald's. On the occasion I visited the customer service was dreadful (staff just really unfriendly and unhelpful to me and others in queue) and I have given feedback to Tossed. They have assured me that this has now been addressed so would visit again as the fast food salad was good.

We visited the new Tossed on Coleman St. The staff were lovely and I like the new ordering system - though I'm not sure how well it will work when very busy. But the issue was with the salad itself. It came to over £8, but there was no much other than lettuce in it, and hardly any of the proteins I'd ordered - and paid extra for. Felt like I hadn't eaten anything afterwards. They need to deal with the ratio of ingredients and make their salads better value for money. I will be going back to Vital and won't be visiting Tossed again on the basis of this experience.

I like the fact the salad is only a guide, you can add or take things off. The salad was substantial, excellent taste and all fresh. I have not had such a lovely tasting salad for a long time

I love the smoothies you made however there's no reason it should take 12 minutes during a quiet period. Either you're understaffed or your staff mixed orders up. I went to the Tossed in Fleet services and it took about two minutes for them to make four of the same smoothie.

I've not eaten here before but as I'm trying to be healthy I thought we would give it a try. It was OK but didn't really impress me. All a bit limp really...

Pretty good food for a salad bar, with a decent choice and solid selection of sides/drinks. Despite the quality it was rather overpriced, no doubt due to the location. Seating hard to find as it's in a food court. Still, you could do worse!

Been getting lunch at Tossed 2-3 times a week for over two years. Last few times were very disappointing - my wraps missed half of the ingredients. How about a "chipotle wrap" (£5.90) with no tortilla chips and no salsa??? How's that chipotle? Not to mention the "new recipe" for super kale Caesar salad (~£6.50). The only new thing seems to be that they don't put bacon in it anymore. Same price - less ingredients! A very innovative concept...

Honestly I am always hungry after eating a salad, but these are amazing! So filling! Really well presented and a good choice. Staff were really nice. I do wish they had a loyalty card though!

The food is great, but I won't be back as it's so unhygienically prepared. Just watched my second cream cheese salmon bagel being prepared without gloves and the member of staff wiped their nose.It also seems to be an odd place to work. There's an endless turnover of poorly trained foreigners who speak little English. They also hold regular staff meetings on the shop floor. Staff are lined up against the wall Gestapo-style by the manager and look miserable. Odd place. Poor hygiene.

The Tossed Branch in Westfield Shepards bush is the WORST ONE! Every time I stop by, and it's quite often as I come by westfield at least once a week and I love the other Tossed restaurants, they are always out of something and often it's the LETTUCE! In a freaken salad bar?!?!?! When I ordered spinach I get different leaves. When I order double chicken I pay for double yet received single....I know the portion sizes because I get them quite often at the Monument branch.Please do look into this.

The salad was delicious and very fresh, quite pricey for what it is and in a food court where food is cheap it isnt the best value. if you are looking for a healthy option though this its the place to go.

I like the idea of picking your own ingredients for a fresh salad and love the choice, etc. However,- quality of some veggies is below satisfaction (eg. parts of some avocados are black and off, and they've not been quality checked)- when staff top up ingredients and even when some staff put the salads together, some bits of non-veggie food ends up in veggie ingredients. For vegetarians and vegans this is problematic. Food hygiene in that sense is much better at PitaPit where staff will always take care not to mix ingredients, and will change their gloves if the customer is vegetarian. Their prices are also more reasonable - shame there aren't many more aorund.- When you don't have protein, you can add one deli item. But deli items are cheaper than proteins (when you add additional items), so it hardly feels fair. Ditto for vegetarian protein items (mostly cheese, if I remember correctly)- They charge you for seeds at the same price as a portion of veggies!!!! - Too expensive, given all of the aboveI did love their mango and passion fruit greek yogurt - no added sugar or honey, so it is actually healthy. Though if you like sweet stuff, its not for you!

I love a bit of Tossed, luckily I work in a few places where I have good access to them. My family less so, especially my daughter who has plagued me to try this for ages. She loves salads - go figure!Well we went shopping at Westfield one Saturday and there it was in all it's pink glory - Tossed!That was tea sorted them, even though I had a Tossed salad the previous day.My daughter went for a DIY salad bowl and I tried the Fish Finger wrap. The salad bowl was bigger than my daughters head, and my wrap was very nice. Dessert was then also purchased and it was frozen yogurt all around.It is not cheap, but it is fresh and a healthy option.

Standard Salads and Juices...Nothing to write home about.....A bit expensive for what they offer....

I requested a salad from the 'house specials' list and was assured that one was ready prepared. Upon reaching the service end of the line I was informed that none were ready and I would have to wait up to 15 mins until the order queue had cleared. It is worth noting that whilst there were 2 cashiers only one member of staff was engaged in satisfying customer orders. The rest were busying themselves with non-customer focused tasks.Had I been in Westfield dawdling around the shops this wouldn't be an issue however not all of your customers have all day to wait for your team to get their behinds in gear.

Too much choice of foodoutlets In Westfield , and can waste time looking. So if you like healthy food, this Is the best place to go - big portions !!

Living far from London I am desperate for one of these to open near me. The concept from start to finish is fantastic and the service and food quality is amazing. I had a create your own salad and it was outstanding. The dish is made in front of you and the ingredients are all fresh. If you want to look after your health and body then opt for this fast food chain when shopping at Westfield.

I love that you can get a freshly made salad at a food court as opposed to the pre-made variety. Ask for anything in your salad. You'll get it!

I visited the place to kill my hunger during day tym wander in Stratford mall. Firstly I m not convinced that they serve good vegetarian food but finally I ordered and the outcome was gud..I really enjoyed the fresh salad n falafel wrap.

My daughter had a wrap - which was very plain and the thinnest piece of chicken I have ever seen. I ordered a Thai salad, there was nothing Thai about it and it was drenched in vinegar.

The food from this place wasn't bad, however I don't think the food was nice enough to justify the rest of the service. The staff (clearly understaffed) were running around like crazy, the lady took half our order and then wandered off to serve others, took ages to flag another member of staff down who just assumed we knew how to order or the food and just kept repeating you need a medium base without giving any clue as to what it meant? Just another pretentious hipster place in London, avoid unless you follow the lingo.

Because pinkberry had shut down we visited tossed as it was our only other option to get frozen yoghurt. My daughter got frozen yoghurt and I got a smoothie. The yoghurt was nothing like frozen yoghurt, it was like really cheap icecream. And as for the smoothie, I asked the guy at the first till if it had ice? And I asked this about 5 times(no lie) and he kept saying yes its very cold. No! It wasnt! Its was warm! And I mean at room temp, no where near even cool. And the price? Too pricey. £8.37 wasted for nothing. I could get fresh fruit and ice and make the best smoothie at home for that price! I really wanted something cold for this hot day. If the guy at the till told the truth I wasnt going to buy it but even asking so many times he kept saying yes its cold.

Ordered a meal at the main tills (first visit) Realised within 2 minutes after that I want to switch just one ingredient, the person I spoke to was like ' oh I have to check' waited 5 minutes while he went to ask another personanother server comes over and asked what I wanted to swap then replied with 'oh no' its ready now - too late..and said if I wanted to swap id have to start over and PAY again Ridiculous..

I stopped at Birchanger services on the 28th June 2014 on my way back to Yorkshire and bought a falafel salad for my supper as there was not much in the larder at home. Being a vegetarian I am always on the look out for places that sell fresh and healthy food but to be on the safe side I asked the girl serving if the salad was vegetarian. She assured me it was. On getting home the chunks of white stuff I thought were halloumi turned out to be chicken. I did complain and they did apologise then sent me three complimentary lunch cards. I do sometimes go to London on business so the fact that the stores are all down south wasn't so much of a problem. However, the fact that the vouchers arrived on the 5th July and were only valid until the 30th June was!

We recently stopped at a Tossed shop for a quick and light breakfast and found this to be a very good alternative to the typical fast-food restaurants and the Full English breakfasts served in our hotel. They offer a fair number of light and healthy menu options in the morning. We tried a bacon and egg muffin (£2.45) that was pretty good (rating 3.5 of 5) and a bagel with cream cheese (£1.45) that was fine (3 of 5). Coffee drinks were fine(3 of 5) as well. Quite liked the look of the prepared salads and other foods on display and you can actually create your own salad here, making this an enticing lunch option for those seeking a healthier meal option. Overall, we were quite pleased with our light breakfast stop at Tossed and would be happy to take our breakfast here again, might even make a habit of it if we had a branch near our home. Would be eager to try one of their salads for lunch in the future as well.

Great for freshly made tasty food. both ate wraps which were good and wholsome. Cost £6:45 each. Lots of choice, choose from menu cards , pay and get order when made then locate table in the vast seating area that is shared with the many food outlets around.

I popped in here for lunch and wasn't disappointed with what I got.I had the toasted chicken chipotle wrap which was really tasty and was wholemeal & low GI and made to order.Quick and healthy food.

Anywhere where you can create your own salad is thumbs up in my book and this place is pretty freaking awesome. It has a great menu already of salads, wraps, smoothies etc, but there's nothing quite like building your own salad (or wrap). Mine always end up huge, packed full of veges and delicious - just how i like them!

When you've not got much time for lunch, Tossed is a decent option. Fun atmosphere (fancy being called "Brad Pitt" once in your life?) and fresh food are on offer here. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but it's all made fresh to order and, sometimes, that's worth a bit extra.

I am not a very salad person so didn't enjoy much but if you lie alad this might the right place for you. I felt it was overpriced but it's in Westfield shopping centre!

The salad was without doubt the WORST salad i'd ever had. The leaves were huge and they gave me a flimsy set of plastic cutlery, I couldnt even cut the leaves with them. The salad dressing tasted chemically. They also put in some spicy mushy things which i disliked the taste of and it was all over everything, the roasted veg was covered in oil. All in all it was vile and not worth the £7.95 I paid. On the positive side the halloumi cheese I had was really nice, and the smoothie was to die for. I had heard good reviews so was dissappointed. I basically live on salad, so not happy with the experience.

Usually shop until I drop without a break.. but was tempted to stop at the Westfield Tossed as I was Christmas shopping and had run out of energy and chocolate! The food looked so tasty and fresh it was hard to choose what to have. I had the Chilli Prawns which were heavenly. I will definitely stop there again to re-energise when I'm shopping and will look out for for other branches when I'm out.

I popped into Tossed with my Mum and sister in the midst of a shopping marathon and it was heaven. Gorgeous food and lovely staff. I had thought that it might be a bit dull and healthy but the environment is really vibrant and the food it was really tasty.

Fun concept with younger work force in mind. Important fresh ingredient ethos - this can only be good! Would recommend it to any visitors. My niece from US loved it.

Trying to be healthy we tried Tossed in Westfield Stratford. We were worried we'd still be hungry and not feel satisfied with 'just a salad' but my husband had the muscle builder salad and was stuffed! Another major positive was I got to chose my own salad and as I'm really fussy eater this was perfect. After eating we were refueled and ready to continue shopping and even came back later it the day to have their frozen Yogurt- yum.

My wife & I visited Tossed on the 1st floor foodcourt in Westfield at the weekend. I was sceptical, but she wanted to go to choose her own because she's pregnant and wants to eat healthy. I had a deli salad with chicken breast and three different salads - it was great - really tasty & filling. I would recommend it for every one as they had a real variety including hot vegetarian options like toasted wraps, quiches and halloumi. The ladies on the tills and delivery points were really friendly too. Great work Tossed, we'll be back!!

I have now been in 3 times and only received half a salad because I chose not to have a base. Each time I have had to explain to the staff that when I order a large or a medium salad I expect to relieve a full tub of the fillings that I choose at the till. I personally choose not to have a base on my salad because I don't like any of the base choices. The employees tell me this makes up 50% of the salad which is why I only get half a salad for the price of a full one, apparently if I want to fill it I have to pay DOUBLE the price which is a complete rip off. There are a lot of salad bars in London and this time I chose not to order from tossed and go to go to another one, when I arrived I ordered a large salad and went to each filling I wanted and they filled it up accordingly. No silly rules about portion sizes and it was filled right to the top. I can tell you now that they have lost a customer. I eat a salad every day for Lunch but will never visit tossed again.

Friendly, efficient service and great selection of fresh, tasty foods. Nice to be able to grab something healthy on the go with little fuss. Will definitely be going back.
