The best restaurants in Shepherd's Bush Green Hammersmith and Fulham London

I have long been a fan of Chipotle burritos but their standards have really crashed lately. Over the weekend we ordered barbacoa burritos from Westfield with extra meat...what we received can only be described as alot of rice in a tortilla. Presumably to boost their margins they have shrunk portion sizes, raised prices, and doubled down on the cheapest ingredients (ie nothing but rice inside). Will try to find a new place that serves the old Chipotle quality!

We visited yesterday with our two girls (15 &10) not a great experience and definitely won’t be back. It was very cold inside - my daughter ate her lunch in her coat as she was so cold, bacon burger was good and the sweet potato fries were too, prawn tacos were nice but we warned of you have any allergies as not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Luckily my daughter likes feta but it wasn’t mentioned at all! £16 for a salad with a bit of chicken and 6 tough prawns was a bit steep but the worst aspect of this place is the service! Painfully slow.....adding a service charge was a joke considering how slow it was and for people with children be warned, they will bring out a children’s menu as an after thought and it’s literally 4/5 things written down on a scrap of paper as an after thought! For the prices charged and where it is they really need to try harder!

Fui ayer con mi hermana pequeña y había una señora en la entrada con muestras de dumpling con sabor a algas, que sabía increíble! Ella era tan agradable y amable y le dijimos que volveríamos después de nuestras compras para comprarlos, y unas horas más tarde volvimos con nuestras compras para conseguirlos y ella era tan dulce y servicial! Si están viendo esto muchas gracias y espero que ustedes le den un aumento de sueldo (ella sabe quién es xx)

No compré nada, pero pedí un pañuelo para mi hija. Esperé unos minutos a que el gerente me dijera que no, porque no soy cliente.

La comida estaba viciada como si hubiera estado sentada por un tiempo. Evita este lugar. Este lugar debe ser cerrado ya que la comida es horrible

Poor customer service on Monday 19th May - we ordered two sides of mac 'n cheese and two sides of fries along with drinks. We always choose to eat here when in Westfield and have never had any issues but when our buzzer went off and I collected our food only one mac 'n cheese was there along with the fries. I was told the other mac 'n cheese would be ready in 5 minutes. We ate the food, had our drinks and still no second mac 'n cheese - this was at least 15 minutes later. Went to ask for a refund and was told it was almost ready. Really poor customer service, the kitchen wasn't busy so not sure why the order wasn't ready together and will definitely think twice before visiting again.

Burgers are always a decent quality and a good selection of different styles of burgers. It's also 33% off at the moment, that's always a win win. I ate the taxi driver burger 🍔😋

This place has now permanently closed with the owners opening a new business in a similar location at Westfield London, the new business is now called "Catch Me". They have changed the menu entirely so it's not just a name change but an entire makeover.

I always throughly enjoy coming along to the M&S cafe in Stratford, Westfields, whereby I am greeted with Billy. I have met Billy on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond! Such a valuable member of your staff- don’t let him leave!

ロンドンではあまり存在感がないケンタッキー。フライドチキンが食べたくなった時にたまに立ち寄る。たまに食べると美味しいと思う。

Feel robbed, the picture says it all, put the ham and cheese on the outer edge to make it look like it had any filling?! Dry roll, 2 tiny bits of ham and cheese… jokers!
