Primera vez ir allí para una sesión shisha con mis amigos y yo no puedo creer que el nivel de servicio que recibimos. He estado esperando 20 minutos para que nos atendieran aunque no había nadie allí, pedí un melocotón y menta sabor y el camarero nos trajo una manzana shisha y me dijo que es lo que pedimos. tardó demasiado en cambiar el carbón y el sabor murió en un instante. Nunca volver aquí de nuevo.

I have long been a fan of Chipotle burritos but their standards have really crashed lately. Over the weekend we ordered barbacoa burritos from Westfield with extra meat...what we received can only be described as alot of rice in a tortilla. Presumably to boost their margins they have shrunk portion sizes, raised prices, and doubled down on the cheapest ingredients (ie nothing but rice inside). Will try to find a new place that serves the old Chipotle quality!

Hello I hope you are well I visited your Westfield London branch around 6.30 pm on 31st march and brought a medium sized frozen yogurt pot with chocolate flavour and mango flavour ice cream increasing toppings to include strawberries mangoes pineapple and some hazelnut for around £7.75 and I paid with my visa debit card however when I took my item with me and was walking to the train station as I was going to eat it on my journey I noticed the chocolate flavoured frozen ice cream was very watery despite it being cold yesterday evening and it has only been 2 minutes since I left the shopping centre . I arrived at the central line platform and couldn’t go back as it was getting late . I had to discard off the item as chocolate ice cream was so watery like tap water I’m not sure how the ice cream is made but I was so disappointed and a waste of my money how can I complain and request a refund please ? No one is answering me emails since 31st March or picking up the phone

I swear what I’ve had in this place must’ve been the greasiest and blandest burger that could possibly exist. Funny enough, the fries weren’t that greasy, but the burger was literally soaked in oil & fat. Inedible to say the least, disgusting to be more honest. First time trying this joint and will never come back again.

This place has now permanently closed with the owners opening a new business in a similar location at Westfield London, the new business is now called "Catch Me". They have changed the menu entirely so it's not just a name change but an entire makeover.

I always throughly enjoy coming along to the M&S cafe in Stratford, Westfields, whereby I am greeted with Billy. I have met Billy on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond! Such a valuable member of your staff- don’t let him leave!

We had not had dinner before seeing a movie in this mall and it was close to 10PM, I believe. We wanted something quick. The food court was close to closing. I had never heard of the place we chose, but I liked the menu and took a chance. Good choice. I got a steak cut into small slices. The meat was surprisingly good and perfectly prepared for what was just a mall counter place in the food court. The potatoes or french fries, I cannot remember which it was, was very good also. My wife got a lamb burger, I think. Who knows? The important point is that she also really liked her meal. It was more expensive than the Five Guys we had gone to in the mall when we saw a movie in the very same theater, but it was worth it. However, it was vastly superior in quality. No recomendaría este Pret. . en particular, las cosas están ocupadas tratando de lograr objetivos y se han olvidado de que están trabajando en una industria de servicios. Servicio patético. Me sirvieron 2 Mocha’s como comida para llevar junto con otros bocadillos que pedí. Salimos de la tienda y la bebimos, literalmente sabía a agua caliente con una gota de leche. Llevé los cafés de vuelta a Pret y dije que no quiero discutir, solo quiero devolverlos ya que no saben a café. Literalmente se dieron la vuelta y dijeron oh perdón y ni siquiera ofrecieron un reembolso o un reemplazo. No tenía en mí discutir con ellos y simplemente me fui de Pret. Teniendo literalmente perder £ 8. 10 . No se trata del dinero, se trata del principio, la mala calidad y el servicio al cliente extremadamente deficiente. Nunca volviendo a Pret en Westfield Shepherds Bush Londres.

i had a hot chocolate and everything went great went with family and friends but the service was a little slow but other than that everything was great 👍 😊 😌

Feel robbed, the picture says it all, put the ham and cheese on the outer edge to make it look like it had any filling?! Dry roll, 2 tiny bits of ham and cheese… jokers!

I made an order through UberEats from the Worcester Restaurant. I looked at the online menu and decided on my favourite pasta dish. A great Carbonara with a good creamy sauce and pancetta and ham hock, and a garlic bread. What arrived was basically what I could have purchased for about £2 from Tesco. No sauce at all, just some dry macaroni. I rang the Restaurant and was basically told its not their fault and I have to take it up with UberEats. Terrible Customer Service, no help provided what's so ever. So now have to wait for UberEats to respond to my photo and msg. but until then I have had to order though a different restaurant just so I can have dinner. I would not recommend Coco Di Mama Worcester. Rubbish food, falsely advertised and poorly prepared, and terrible. Customer Service. It was just a 'hand ball' off to another company. No Help provided what's so ever. I would have thought the restaurant and the 'chefs' would have a bit more pride in their work.
