We stopped by here for something quick to eat on our way to a music event at the nearby O2 Empire. We were made to feel welcome, staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our wraps and accompanying Lebanese red wine.

Decent starters/sharing food, good location for nice shisha and people watching in Westfield White City.

The food was average for oriental Lebanese cuisine, which can be justified for a casual dining restaurant, but most importantly was the service which was terrible. Head waiter was very rude with his team and withe the customers.

Mandaloun offer you a good menù for lunch and dinner where quality and quantity are well balanced and price is the right one.

One of the best Lebanese restaurants I have visited in London. Everything I had tried was amazing but my favourite was soujok . And the staff was very friendly Definitely be back soon .

Impromptu parada entre semana con un amigo. El lugar estaba bastante tranquilo. Tomó un tiempo para ser atendido en términos de asientos. Luego, el vino que pedimos estaba agotado, ya que era nuestra segunda opción. En cambio, se ofreció un Sauvignon libanés con una igualación de precios. Así que nos conformamos con eso y quedamos muy contentos con eso. Nuestra comida llegó y las raciones son buenas y la comida era muy buena. My husband and I are celebrating his retirement with a trip to London. This restaurant was walking distance from our hotel and something totally different from our Midwest tastes. Everything was tasty and just enough spice to be flavorful but not overwhelming. The lamb wasn’t tough and my dish of chicken stew was remarkable tender. The service was friendly and they were quick to explain what everything was. Great service wonderful food. Try it you will like it

I have become a regular at Mandaloun The staff are amazing friendly, professional and always do their most for the customers They have a great manager called Lizzie who is always on point to help with whatever you need and really makes your experience at the restaurant a five star one. Also Basil who runs the outside area is always checking to see if you want anything Great team, Great service!!

The restaurant has a nice design but this probably the only nice thing about it. There were quite a few things which I really wasn’t happy about. Once we sat at the table, first thing which was noticed was that the set on the table was not full. We had only part of the table ware. No napkins, only one fork for two people. We wanted to start with a drink. They only had one option for the champagne. What they brought to us was the cheapest you can find in any supermarket (maybe £5) but they charged us around £20. The starter was ok but not to the standard. The bread was not fresh and came in a very small basket. No one even asked if we want more bread. The food was semi cold. The beef was overcooked and hard to chew. The service given was not good either. The restaurant was mostly empty at the time but everyone seemed to be running around.

Amazing food and service. I wandered in with two friends on a Saturday evening, was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant was filling up quickly ( it was almost 5pm) but we managed to snag a table. We got served straight away as we knew what we will have. We had the mixed mezze and calamari as starters and then the mixed grill , samke mandaloun as mains . The food was more then delicious we really enjoyed it . The waitress was so friendly and her smile was enough.

We have been a couple of times and must firstly say that the food is really great and have no complaints on that front. However, our last visit was totally ruined by their appalling service. We were there on a Saturday at 2pm. We ordered 3 mains and a salad. 2 mains came out first then the third one came 10min later, and that order was missing the spicy sauce with the fish! We were all sat waiting for another ten mins before the third dish came back. The salad still hadn’t come in that time! We had to ask for garlic sauce and harissa and again had to wait. There is no excuse for this and is unacceptable. The staff are incompetent and clearly don’t care. The manager apologised and gave us a discount but that is not the point. Another family next to us also had complaints to make so overall very disappointing that their service levels cant seem to cope with “peak time service”.

Once you get past the hookah smell to get inside, you are greeted by welcoming staff and nice decor. However the food is a real let down. While the grilled meat was ok, the appetisers were tasteless and seemed not fresh. The presentation of the food lacked the traditional nice Lebanese presentation, where the colourful pickles and vegetables were missing (although we did get an orphan salad leaf). Unfortunately we felt almost sick that evening, although we can’t definitely say it was from their food.

Lovely food and friendly fast service by Ali. We will definitely come here again! The garlic and herb fries were delicious. The mixed grill was mouth watering and the atmosphere is great!

I’ve only ever come to smoke Shisha here, and it’s always been a fantastic time. While i’ve never eaten here, the food always smells great and they provide excellent service. It’s always quite busy, but once I’m there I can happily say that I’m home. What a great spot for solos like myself and groups alike.

We went for a quick bite and absolutely love all the food on offer, plenty of choice, good cocktails and excellent service.We were served by Nouhaila and I think Lizzie (apologies if I got lizzie's name wrong, hopefully you can figure out who I mean) who couldn't have been any nicer. As it was quite early, there were only a few other customers and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed and friendly. There was so much food left over, I asked for a box to bring it home in and it was still delicious that evening. Nouhaila was lovely and I hope she is there when I go back!

I walked in with my family on fathers day and was stood waiting at the door for 10 mins and then someone glanced over and said sit anywhere. We were sat waiting and i called over many of times just to get a menu. After 20 minutes of waiting we were still there and noone had taken our order. I caled over to the lady to come and take our order and she rudely put her finger up to say one minute and then was just sitting at the desk. A while later she decided to go and take the group family picture. The staff were lazy and just waiting around as it wasnt even busy. I would never come back here again

Food was ok however very badly managed restaurant with short staff. The point where management should be looking at is quality of service and standards of expectations

Já estive outras vezes neste restaurante libanês, a comida é muito boa e o sabor da comida fica na sua cabeça! Uma delícia!!! O atendimento é bom e o preço é bem justo. Vale a pena!!

Mi esposa y yo fuimos allí después de un viaje a Westfield y estaban profundamente decepcionado con la mala calidad de la mezze mixtas, que para nada era fresco y claramente no buen uso de ingredientes de calidad, que uno puede esperar, a juzgar por el precio (12 libras. 50). El pollo shish taoks eran trozos de pechuga de pollo, pero un poco más preparado 14 libras. 75). Las patatas fritas de acompañamiento eran vulgares y claramente francés rancio. La ensalada libanesa estaba bien y la única cosa que realmente terminado. Un cargo por servicio de 12. 5% de la factura, que era injustificada, ya que el servicio no era muy bueno.

If I had read the reviews before booking a table I would not have gone, but I am glad I did, the food was pretty good. I was alert for any issues with the service but I have no complaints. We had a good experience and if in the area again will definitely go back.

We visited on a Thursday evening and were completely satisfied with both the food and the service. The mezze starter was delicious and just enough for the two of us without filling us up too much. The mains were also delicious and very generous portion sizes. We found the service excellent, especially Ali who was our waiter...he was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting to him. The complimentary Baklava was to die for...so tasty! The manager also came to check on us which was nice. Will be back for sure!

Vi prøver os igennem alle restauranter i Westfield og havde lyst til Libernesisk i aften. Restaurant er meget mørk og ikke særligt spændende indrettet ! Vi delte en mezze til knapt 20 pund og en mixed grill til 17 pund og det var rigeligt til at blive mæt ! Restaurant lægger selv 12,5 % til regningen i service og det var den service altså ikke værd ! Tjeneren virkede meget uinteresseret og nærmest sur. Hvis vi havde læst anmeldelserne her havde vi nok slet ikke gået derind ! Og lad være hvis du har sentitive ører eller tinitus for musik og støjniveauet er infam !

Comimos aquí después de ver una película en el centro comercial Westfield. Siendo lunes por la noche no estaba muy concurrido. Compartimos un agradable £20 botella de vino tinto, libaneses, en vez de optar por los cócteles caros en oferta. Los mezes eran deliciosos, especialmente la berenjena baba ghanouj basada. Los platos principales fueron entonces sirve pero los grandes porciones nos derrotó. Las camareras femenino parecía más atento y alerta que la masculinas.

We've eaten at the Fulham Road Mandaloun and loved it, so tried this one when we were at Westfield. We were seated promptly, but then completely ignored for ages. It seemed that the more Arabic looking guests got first and much more polite attention. Eventually...

Garbage. Very bad food. Waiters and their boss have a very very bad altitude. Never ever comming back i paid almost GBP 145 for 4 people. I was basically ripped off for garbage. The rice was microwaved, the arabic meze was microwaved. The whole restaurant...

Moody waiters, service was non existent. Think I would of had a better chance doing it myself. Then they had the nerve to charge a service charge. Do not go here, waste of money.

El personal es muy grosero es casi increíble - realmente nunca había visto algo así. No les importa menos. No hay duda que la comida en un microondas y el peor libanés nunca. Aléjate!

Comimos aquí ayer, ya que tenemos en un número de ocasiones anteriores. La comida es mediocre y el servicio no es genial, pero la cosa molesta es que la máquina de tarjeta pregunta si desea añadir un consejo, aunque ya se ha agregado un cargo de generosidad en el servicio a la factura. Cuando le preguntaron, el personal dice que no hay nada de eso y parecen bastante gruñón si no darles un consejo adicional. Esto es muy desagradable!

Fuimos a un cumpleaños familiar. Compartió algunas entradas y realmente los disfrutamos. Tenía la pierna de cordero para el plato principal, que era muy agradable. Le recomendaría para una comida familiar amable, rápido.

Absolutely disappointing. Staff were horrible and unfriendly. Took them ages to bring our food. The portions were exceptionally small and not exactly real Lebanese food (I'm Lebanese so I know!). Asked for a plate of fries and were told there wasn't any... 10 minutes later a plate of fries is delivered to the table next to us.Toilets were filthy. Dirty toilet paper everywhere. Not worthy of a Westfield badge, and definitely not worth the Westfield price range. Avoid it at all costs. You'll get a far better experience at other Lebanese restaurants in the West End.

My friend and I went here for dinner last Friday. The man who showed us to our table was dismissive and barely spoke. I got the chicken Taouk which was burnt on one side and sneakily placed burnt side down on the plate so I didn't notice until I took a bite. Nobody asked if our meal was ok. It wasn't. I noticed the man who had shown us to our seat, having a heated conversation with a young waitress. To my horror, he just began out and out shouting at her while she tried to eat her dinner. I was so disturbed by his abusive behaviour that I approached him and politely told him that it was unacceptable and that it had ruined my dining experience. He the began shouting at me?!!! He came right into my face so I had to walk away. Absolutely awful staff member and to serve up burnt food at those prices is just not good enough. I'll never ever be back.

Obviously, there are two entries for the Mandaloun in the Westfield at Shepherd's Bush. I repeat: the service is an insult, just stay away from that restaurant. It takes very long to order, the waiter obviously care more about chatting to each other. Food is so so, you better go to the Comptoir Libanais in the food court in the Westfield Centre.

Delicious food, large portions, well priced (approx £14 for a main). My husband opted for the chicken kebab with rice and I had the lamb with couscous. Our first taste of Lebanese food and we were not disappointed.Prompt service, nice restaurant.Only complaint was the £4 service charge (the tip).

Couldn't decide where to go for a meal so after checking few menus in other restaurants we decided to come here. Can't make any complaints. Food was delicious, great service and very helpful staff. We also had some Lebanese wine which was nice. Lovely interior too, I will definitely go back to this place.

If it was not for this lovely and caring waiter I would have put that the service was terrible like the previous people who reviewed the place before me. There was only one person working while all the others were looking st the ceiling turning their back to the customers and not looking after us at all. But Elly made our day and repaired all the mistakes made by his colleagues, I wonder why they are all here cause the place only needs this friendly and full of energy person! He offered us some baclava and came so many times to make sure that we were ok . Otherwise the food was great! The whole menu is so tempting I will definitely be back praying for Elly to be working and not the rest of the team that was there tonight . Thanks again and good luck !

While waiting to ask for a table at least 6 members of staff walked straight past without even a glance. Finally seated no drinks or any kind of service for at least 20 mins. Finally got to order and starters arrived before the drinks did!?! Starters were OK but didn't set the world on fire. Mains arrived before we finished or cleared the starter. Waitress invited me to keep my cutlery to use for my main, that she was trying to squeeze onto the table before removing the starter plates!!! Brilliant job... Not! Mains were terrible overcooked dry lamb shish, cold boiled pain rice(?) and the sauces must have been straight out of a Asda dip selection tray! Stay clear of you want a good night with good food and value for money!

Went here last Sat 10/09 night for early dinner about 6:30. on arriving met at the door by a member of staff with no hello not welcome nothing came out his mouth, we asked for a table for 3, blank expression so we walked passed to see another member of staff who finally seated us. Ordered drinks after about 10 mins of waiting, staff seemed not interested in us at all. drinks came ordered starters and decided to hold off on ordering mains, starts were lovely when they arrived and although they gave us the wrong dishes to start. Mains ordered, after about 25 mins waiting, one of my group accidently spilt their drink, no response from staff from the loud thud of the glass hitting the table. We started cleaning ourselves then the waiter an older gent who was unbelievably grumpy the whole night came to help clean the liquid up. NO OFFER TO REPLACE THE SPILT DRINK !! mains came, very average flavour and average presentation. We decided to call it a night at this place as the atmosphere caused by the waiting staff was quite disgusting. asked to split the bill, WE had to work our the split as he didn't have a clue. tip was added at 12% of the total bill, this was ridiculous considering. When getting up from the table the waiter has the audacity to say "no tip for me?" Explained to him about the service and his mood and the drink and that we have already paid 12% and to take that up with his manager, his service was not worth my thanks never mind a tip. Will never eat here again, they all need to be trained in customer service and shown how to speak to people who are paying their wages. Atrocious service and average food, don't waste your money here.

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant on Saturday. My gut instinct said walk away I decided against that. Now I really wish I had.We stood at the entrance for 3 minutes whilst 4 of the staff made eye contact before we were seated. It took a further 10 minutes before someone came over to take our order. Our starter never arrived and when I asked about it, I was told its on it way. So they cook the main before the starter. That doesn't make any sense. The mains were tasteless to the point that we didn't even make a dent in it. The passion juice definitely came from a carton and the toilet, well let's not even go there.To my shock upon receiving the bill, the Jawanah was on there which was apparently given to someone else. So no organisation skills. I asked for it to be removed. We hastily paid the bill minus the Jawanah and left. NEVER GOING BACK.Poor, Poor, Poor service and felt cheated.Avoid the place. Seriously

Waiting staff are disinterested, food is expensive and nothing to write home about. The only plus point is the decor. Nevertheless I won't be going back!

Love love love. We turned up and the waiters were excellent. They sat us down. Complimentary non alcoholic shots (we're Muslim). Lovely meal. Lovely starters. Brilliant service. We decided to stay for shisha. Got a table reserved. We were then seated enjoyed a shisha and some mint tea. All in all beautiful lovely atmosphere. We had a great night. Will definitely be back!!

Me and my friend went to this restaurant the other day for dinner. I have picked prawns for starter and he had picked sausages. My prawns had a very good taste and flavour but his sausages were very disappointing. Didn't taste like any meat but only spices to the point there if would sit on your throat. For my main I had Seabass which had good flavours and was cooked well but came with spicy potatoes cubes which were soggy and seemed old... not crispy how they are supposed to be but very "mushy". He had Chicken shawarma which again was full of spices, this time cinnamon. Weird combination.. lamb and cinnamon especially where all you can taste is a strong flavour of cinnamon. He didn't eat any at all. Our drinks were Raspberry Mojito and Apple martini. Apple martini was small size and cost £10 which is a complete rip off. His Mojito was £9 which is also a rip off I think as I had a much better one for about £7 before. Our Bill came to £67 which included a service charge also. Expensive for the food quality. I would not mind paying this at all if the food actually tasted good. The staff seemed helpful and payed attention to us however the restaurant wasn't busy. Food arrived quickly. No delays. I love Lebanese/ Indian food but this visit was quite disappointing.

Went there on Saturday evening with my partner. We read the menu on the outside, it said wraps so we went inside. Unfortunately they said they do the wraps only for take away and during daytime so we chose the vegetarian mezze. The food was ok, but not amazing, and didn't taste homemade to me. The decor is really beautiful and the service was ok, a bit long maybe. When the bill came, we found it a bit expensive for the whole experience (they ad the service charge on top). I guess the thing was generally what you get around Westfield. Average food that doesn't come cheap for what it is. Not sure I would visit again unless I crave a Shisha as it is placed conveniently. However the Shisha there also comes quite pricey.

Visited yesterday with my 2 friends wasn't planned went there at 1.30, looking at the lunch time offer outside( Although once we went in no offer menu was given just the normal menu). Went in and was seated looked nice and plesant environment. Waiter was nice enough took our drinks order. We took little while to do decide what to order but eventually ordered mousakka, the spinach pastry and falafel for starters. 2 out of three starters arrived waited for the 3rd one which then came with our mains. The mains were lovely could not fault it had the KHAROUF MEHCHE & RIZ, shish lamb and mixed lamb. After the main was given that was it. We had no waiter come over to ask how the food was or if we needed anything, the place wasn't busy or packed so the staff spent time taking selfies behind the counter in thier halloween costumes rather then waiting on the customers, after a whopping 30mins later we asked for the bill and top up on our drinks. The bill arrived we waited a further 10 minutes, we asked the waiter to remove the service charge and he enquired why to which we said we didnt feel we should payfor it. He said that was ok. Overall the food was lovely but service not so great wont be going back.

Mandaloun restaurant in Westfield serves authentic Lebanese food and features a very cosy atmosphere. The food is great and it's apparent that the food is prepared with a great deal of attention. Only downside is the staff, they could be a bit friendly which is what kept me from giving a full score.

I have been there for a business lunch and have enjoyed everything this place has to offer. Middle Eastern atmosphere and wine list in the heart of Shepherd's Bush. Yummy taste was the fact of a every dish we tried. Will certainly go back.

Very bad service. They did not make us feel welcome. A friend of mine and me were reading the menu outside and the waiter did not make an approach to say hi. So we went to him and asked him about what he could recommend. he was boringly reading the menu from the beginning to the end. we wanted to eat and to sit outside and the waiter offered us a small table people play domino on or place in a kindergarten. So we decided to go inside. Inside i wanted to use the toilet but it was so filthy so that I just decided not to go to the toilet. so back at our table I ordered two very small plates of salad that was just a bit cucumber and tomato and they charged us around six pounds. I then ordered a bit of homous on a small tea plate and they charged up around five pounds. The kebab was not bad. to conclude there are thousands of restaurants and I am not starving and don't have money to waste therefore I will not come back.

Можно охарактеризовать как всего лишь еще один ресторан каких много. Ресторан находится в хорошем и проходимом месте, поэтому от недостатка клиентов не страдает. По этой причине персонал обслуживает посетителей неохотно и долго. Были в этом ресторане 7 раз, по той причине, что после целого дня в торговом центре нужно где-то поесть. Один раз дали грязный стакан, на вежливое замечание не отреагировали, не извинились, поменяли стакан, но вместе с этим принесли грязную вилку. В другой раз очень долго не подходили, хотя людей было мало и звали официанта несколько раз. Он лишь говорил, что сейчас подойдет, но так и оставался стоять разговаривать с другими официантами. Встречают в ресторане людей по одежке и национальности. Особо приветствуются богатые арабы, они первыми обслуживаются и гораздо вежливее. Отношение к гостю прямо пропорционально цене его одежды, без тени стеснения официанты окинут вас оценивающим взглядом на входе. Сами цены в ресторане гораздо выше, чем в других более достойных заведениях.

AWFUL SERVICE! AVOID IT! The waiters were aggressive and laughed at my colleague, when she mentioned that we would not be paying for service charge. Absolutely DISRESPECTFUL! To make matters worse the food was below standard! Definitely not a place I would recommend or be returning to.

Why would you say Fresh Mango Juice when it tastes like watered down mango juice fresh out of the carton. I suppose I'mUsed to luscious thick mango juice and instead we were given watered down, heavy in ice juices!! The food was okay, but was disappointed to have to stare at all the empty plates which were left on the table. No one seem to notice that we were leaning over dirty empty plates when trying to enjoy our food. When our bottle of water was finished, they left the bottle and didn't care to ask if we wanted another drink!! If you don't care about hospitality and good service, then this is your place!!

As a person who works in the centre and therefore has tried many of the restaurants MANY times - this is the one place i now avoid. Coming from the middle east; i was so thrilled to see this place when i first started and brought family and friends here several times. I came here for lunch once after by myself and even dragged colleagues for shisha after work (yes, i am very persistent and love giving people benefit of the doubt!). The customer service was OK at best during any of the visits and leaning more towards rude/unattentive. I dont like assuming but it seems to me if you are not accompanied by an arab man or you are not english they do not think you will spend loads and therefore treat you although YOU as the customer owe THEM. They are cheeky, have attitude and more times just ignore customers asking for help. This includes the grumpy manager who like someone else mentioned lives to walk up and down or stand by the entrance and look like someone just hit his mum. Yes running a bussiness in westfield is stressful, but my god they will always have customers due to its location! So yes even when the place is not mega busy they service is the same which i cannot get my head around. So that's just the service..!! The food is average at BEST (bland compared to authentic lebanese food, small portions) and definitely overpriced which again, I can work with as most of the places in westfield are the same but at least make it worth it. I hate going to branch restaurants but after having so many bad experiences here i had to give up and pop into busaba eathai, wagamamas or gbk which is a shame as i love a good old kebab. Shisha is ok albeit overly priced and yes you need to bug someone for coal after. the one thing i will give them a star for is their homemade lemonade - it goes down well with shisha :) as somebody else mentioned this place has huge potential maybe gordon ramsay should visit it and turn it around !!!

We have been here a lot over the last few years, but alas no more. The service has been going down hill for a while, tonight was the final straw, it was really quiet and there were several members of staff, but they seemed more interested in milling around and chatting, I had to grab there attention for everything, such a shame as the food is tasty. When the bill came I asked the waiter to take the service charge off as the service had been dire. If they carry on with awful service like this they will be in trouble. There are plenty of other good restaurants in Westfield. I will not be coming back here.

I was very disappointed with the food and the service I received at this restaurant. The decor is fantastic, and I was expecting the food to match the interior. We ordered our mocktails, at around £5 they were fine, nothing too special considering how expensive they were. Next we ordered our starters, and the mince meat was still frozen inside which was extremely off putting and made us feel sick. Firstly they were not freshly made but frozen and fried and then served to us. I was extremely disappointed, that it wasn't fresh. But to be fair the did come and change them. Then came the mains which again was nothing special, and completely overpriced for what it was. The chicken was oily and fatty and didn't have much taste. I was very disappointed and spent £25 on food that I didn't finish and didn't taste good. It wasn't very busy so luckily enough service was good. I would not go back based on price and quality of food.

We usually eat at this restaurant when bored with the usual suspects. This is a steady and consistent place, although you tend to get a much better service when not extremely busy which is not the case most evenings as the place is a gem for evening chill out and post shopping indulging. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy

Ate here on a Sunday night when it wasn't so busy - waiters couldn't do enough for us. Good chicken wrap and rice and Lebanese beer - loos could deffo be cleaner

Awful service. The waiters chat and laugh among themselves and are not attending to diners. They are clapping and singing to music too. The meat skewer we ordered was very old and smelly.

We dropped in here for lunch while shopping at Westfield. Service is fairly good but food is fresh and tasty.

I normally shop at westfield and really fancy shisha sometimes so I pop into Mandaloun but you are not treated so well as a customer purely because of the fact that you're not spending £200 on a bill which I am not sure why it concerns their waiters - have to wait ages to get your shisha then beg for your coal when paying jut under £30 for a not very nice shisha with the service charge they force you to pay and force you not to receive. Avoid if possible but good atmosphere.

I dined with my wife on Tuesday at Mandaloun and found it just marvelous. Service was prompt and polite and I could scarcely have enjoyed the food more. I started with tabouleh, Makanek, samboussek and Hummus chawarma, to which the house offered mix pickles for dipping along with wonderful flat bread. Our main course was Kafta with rice. It was copious, cooked perfectly and presented very nicely. I washed this down with arak and byblos beer from Lebanon. It was a nice beer. A dessert of Lebanese pastries was served without charge. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting London.

I always have shisha with friends at Mandaloun... Nice open space and the Shisha guy, Vlad, is friendly and attentive, always changing our coal before it dies out. Also, nice food.

Cust service does not exist. Pl don't waster your money and importantly you ll be treated like slavesVery bad experience!!!

Brilliant and quick service, great ambience and awesome food.. great vegetarian options and with this experience Lebanese cuisine is on our top food preference list! Don't forget to try jellab (date syrup drink) while you are here.. loving this Saturday experience

We were visiting this place after quality shopping with my aunty! I've really fancied shisha and as this was the only place where we could have it around Westfield , we chose this place! tWe were seated on very small table, that was suitable only for shisha.We were uncomfortable, so as soon as we could we changed this space , to a better and bigger table!Took around 15 minutes for someone to take an order from us.Shisha was very good quality! Thanks for that!Also there were a very nice waiter who spoke Russian with us, and he was kind looking after us and asking if the shisha was okey and how was everything !I was disappointed with the price + 12.5% service charge ?FOR WHAT ?Will never return again , only for shisha !

We've been coming to this place nearly everyday for the past 3 years because we love the hospitality from Jonny and his shisha team. Unfortunately one of its stuff few times told us that we need to book a table and we call to book and every time they tell us it's busy and Johnny is not there!! And when we show up we find Johnny and always find us a good table! Decide guys if you want to keep your customers!

I don't usually write reviews but had to write as we had a great experience in this restaurant. The food was great and the place had a very nice vibe. Service was very attentive contrary to what the review imply. As a bonus, this place has one of the best outdoor spaces in London. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit to Westfield & after doing a little shopping my friends and I decided to have a bite to eat.must say I was not impressed by the looks they give .its very unwelcoming. Food was great & very fresh. As we was leaving after our evening meal , I asked kindly if I could have my coat back .I was told , it's over there behind the that screen of some sort, and he just walked off .It seems to me that The management who are running this lovely looking restaurant, just can't be bothered. Or maybe it's just one time incident.

Decided to try this restaurant whilst meeting friends and pleased I did. I had never had Lebonese before but ordered the chicken kebab which came with rice, salad and pickled turnip. all flavoursome and I was extra surprised at how good the pickled turnip was. Desert of Bachlavas and coffee rounded off a nice lunchtime meal.

Super nice place to stop for lunch when visiting Westfield Shopping Mall. Marvellous Lebanese selection. Takes some beating. Totally delicious arabic food, attentive staff. Recommend.

From the outside, Mandaloun looks very nice with nice seating with good lighting but unfortunately they were the best bits. The waiters were not interested and spent 95% of the time on their mobile, not paying attention to the customers and chatting to each other. We ordered three starters, one shared main meal, water to drink and one shisha and the bill was £70 with a 12.5% service charge. We had to ask the waiter to take our order and the first two starters (tepid chicken wings and dull hummous) arrived within five mins. Ten mins later the water arrived and after chasing twice, the third starter arrived 20 mins after the first starters with no apology or recognition that we had been waiting. In between times our waiter spent all of his time texting on his mobile. The shisha was very good but again they ran out of the flavour we wanted and the waiter asked us to wait as it would be free shortly. After 30 mins we gave up and just ordered one that was available. A couple of times, the waiter made it clear that to clear away our plates was interfering with his texting and social life. We gave up waiting the waiter to change the coals and decided to leave. The bill was just left on our table which we paid and then left. The manager (who did nothing except look important and walk up and down) and our waiter did not even look up to say goodbye. It was such a shame as Mandaloun has the potential to be a very good restaurant but with waiters who don't care then this place is on a downward slope to closure.

This is a great option for a slightly different lunch if you are shopping at Westfield, though I can see it would transform into a glitzier place at night. It’s just outside the main shopping centre, so it feels like a proper restaurant. Considering how smart it looks and how good (and plentiful) the food was, it’s very good value, too. It wasn’t very busy- fewer customers than neighbouring restaurants like Penang! or Carluccios, so maybe it needs time to build up a reputation. I saw some poor reviews on Tripadvisor which really surprised me. There were quite a few Arab customers tucking into traditional soups and grills, so it does appear to have the seal of approval for authenticity. I liked the fact the windows at the front opened onto the street, so you got an indoor and outdoor experience at the same time. The menu is made up of cold mezze, hot mezze, mains and sweets. We tried a variety. The Beiruty hummous was huge- enough for 3 people, and delicious, although the pitta bread was not as moreish or fresh as it should have been- definitely a weak point that needs correcting. Their halloumi cheese, though, was exceptional, plainly prepared but perfect regardless. I was more than happy with one of the hot mezze as my main, for under £5. I picked the aubergine and chickpea dish which I loved- the aubergine was so soft and melted, just like the whole baked ones I loved in Jerusalem. My boyfriend had a grilled lamb dish which he enjoyed, and like mine, the portion was more than he could finish. I recommend this place and would return.

They offer really good selection of traditional dishes, well cooked and tasty food! Recommend hot mezze and pastries, kebbe and sambousek were delicious! Lovely dark ambient, service little bit slow. Would visit again!

As a start I have been visiting this place since 2010 to eat or mostly to smoke shesha "hookah" I was in love with the way the guy made the shesha ..! Was really amazing in am a person who smoke grape mint flavor .. But he is always on of my top 5 people who I trust in making my shesha .. Too bad I didn't know how delicious the food was .. Lebanese menu but in one of the best way cooked .. Always try the rice with any dish :) End it with a cup of Moroccan tea :) My only problem is the size for smoking area small :)

The food, the Shisha, the service absolutely amazing!! I have been here over 5 times and can not fault a thing!! I am a chef and I know GOOD food...10/10! Thank you to all the staff for welcoming me to a taste of Lebanon The best Shisha in Shepard's Bush!

The food was good and mixed grill was tender and good lemonada was eccellent but the service was unpersonal. I haven't even finished starter and the took it away to Bring the main meal.They were una rushNo. They are not having me again

We went here last night for our cousins birthday and the service was terrible- the worst we've ever had somewhere. Even thought there were many waiters they seemed to ignore most tables needing things; one of our party waited 30 minutes for water, another 10 minutes just to get a fork. I'm 6 months pregnant and had to wait 20 minutes for my meal as it had been forgotten. When my food eventually arrived it was chicken on the bone when I had ordered a boneless chicken dish. The Manager tried to tell me they kept it on the bone so it kept its 'shape'. I asked for it then to be cancelled but they insisted on bringing it back cut off the bone so we would pay for it (which we didn't) ! This restaurant was booked as a surprise for our cousins birthday and his wife was extremely disappointed that people weren't treated well. The staff were arrogant and we definitely won't be going back.

Been here a couple of times after a spot of shopping in the evening, and it's okay. It does get very busy so you are sometimes waiting for a while before you are seated. The staff are polite, but do look rather miserable. The manager is a nice chap though, and always seems welcoming. The food is decent, massive portions I must say, and I can never finish my main after having a starter but overall it has a large variety of choice. The price is quite expensive, my boyfriend and I's bill is usually around £100 with drinks etc. The only reason we keep coming back is for the shisha, which I do recommend, a little pricy as well, but it's nice to be in the middle of westfield and do some people watching while having a smoke. So, I'd skip a meal here, order a few drinks and nip outside for a shisha! Overall, an okay place, but nothing to write home about.

This restaurant serves large portions. We had calamari for starters, as it took a while to come they gave us bread and humous for having to wait. Ordered a salad as a side dish which was more like a main meal than a side. Overall food was very good but service was lacking that personal touch.

Went here for a meal with my kids (15 & 18) and after being shown to the table had to wait 15 mins before anyone came to take our order. They have a really bizzare system in place only the waiter allocated to your table is allowed to take your order - people who breing the food over to you cannot help you in anyway.Waiter we had was fare more intrested in the table with all females was more intrested in looking pretty than doing his job.Starters were just ok, but mains were good.Will never go back here.

Certainly not as bad as the past reviews. Not the best but good tasty food and the Lebanese house wine was great.

I went there once only..and the main reason is that I was looking for Halal meet. The atmosphere is good and the waiters were nice andSeats and tables were clean. Food was served at acceptable time and it was hot, but it's not really a good quality. I tried the mixed grill and my gf tried the chicken shawarma..and honestly both if us were having a light stomach upset as the kabab was a bit greasy..I am not so excited to go there again really.
