The best restaurants in Shepherd's Bush Green Hammersmith and Fulham London

Popped in for coffee and a cake this morning. My first visit. Friendly service, good coffee and great value! Will come again next time I am in Shepherds Bush.

Sadly, as I was a reasonably frequent Balans guest, I am compelled to write a bad review. Cocktails were fabulicios, but alas, that is where the fabulous ended. The menu seems reduced, so we picked bites and sides; croquettes, mac cheese, chicken strips and skin on chips. These I sum up as cold, cold, burned and old. We watched the burned chicken, croquettes and chips in the windows for at least 15 minutes so they were stone cold, even the dishes, when we eventually persuaded the hard pushed waiter to bring g them to us. The chicken was black in places; however, the most inexcusable was the chips. No skin and very old. When I say old, the potatoes had clearly been cooked once and left for a day or two to go grey and powdery. Whether they were fried again on the day I do not know as they too, were cold. All in all, for £127, we had six cocktails and the disappointment of having to order a pizza when we got home. Really disappointing, as Balans used to he a bit if a staple of mine and only ten minutes away. Sorry, Balans, once loved, but from now on forgotten. I recommend the Bull next door feom now on.

Tuvimos una muy buena comida, pedí el tocino y la hamburguesa con queso y patatas fritas. La hamburguesa tenía un sabor delicioso y fue cocinado maravillosamente sin duda vale la pena el costo! La salsa de patatas fritas era preciosa, pero las patatas en sí eran un poco decepcionante y se sentía un poco empapado. El servicio era muy bueno y no tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para la comida.

This place shut down, it was rare to find a somewhat independent restaurant within a shopping centre. The food here was great. I'll definitely miss it.

It was so bad. There was no tomato sauce on the base, barely a tablespoons worth spread over a LARGE pizza. The cheese was so so so bad. It was so rubbery, did not taste like real cheese. It did not melt or go stringy like mozzarella is supposed to do - even cheddar. It was just terrible pizza. You can't really go wrong with pizza. I don't know how they managed to make such a horrible pizza. I didn't even want to give one star. My husband also collected the pizza and it was pouring down with rain so he asked for a bag for the pizzas and the guy behind the counter said no. How bizarre and unhelpful and rude.

Toilet disgusting! Food is okay. The service is terrible. The waitresses are not friendly… Hired the karaoke room for a birthday in the basement , I had to keep going up to ask for stuff, awful service. ! The restaurant is not clean either.

I'm surprised all the other reviews on here are so outdated I would give it 10 stars if I could I literally come here on a weekly basis with my friend. The reasturant owner called Hamada is a very kind, respectful and generous person. He's kind with both customers and his employees which is something you don't see much these days and always smiling in everyone's faces. Defined worth the visit. The opening and closing times are good. The food needs an entire other review from how good it is. The best thing I like about this place unlike others in London generally speaking.. is the amount of options and variety you get on the menu. If you're going with your family for example they have both grilled chicken which is crazy crazy good and they also have fried chicken options.. they have both beef and chicken burgers the beef ones are amazing. They have lamb and chicken shawerma/donner options. They have very good pricing for the quality they offer. Honestly I never write reviews but for a place I visit on a weekly basis because of how good their food is, the least I can do is write a up to date review because honestly all these old reviews don't do the place any justice for what it is now. Oh and a little note for any Muslims this place is 100% Hallal. The pictures I attached are from different days when I visited and over a long period of time just to give you an idea of how good the presentation is as well. I have more pictures but I don't think any more are necessary 😂.

Primera vez ir allí para una sesión shisha con mis amigos y yo no puedo creer que el nivel de servicio que recibimos. He estado esperando 20 minutos para que nos atendieran aunque no había nadie allí, pedí un melocotón y menta sabor y el camarero nos trajo una manzana shisha y me dijo que es lo que pedimos. tardó demasiado en cambiar el carbón y el sabor murió en un instante. Nunca volver aquí de nuevo.
