The server was chill even for me and my friends who are teenagers aswell he was super nice to u sgave us free oce cream and didn’t care if we had cash when it was card only and one of my friends with no money got one for free

Not recommended at all! The manager was extremely rude! We were waiting on the table and talking with three staff members, and no one told us that they were closing! When we went to order, they told us that they were not able to eat sitting down because they were closing! Last time coming!

This place was amazing! The staff are so friendly and sweet and the food is beyond delicious! 10/10 cafe

Late opening. Could not care less staff. Dirty premises. Went elsewhere and spent our money on those who know something of hospitality for hard earned cash.

I would like to thank Jamilla for the wonderful service. Myself and friends went to Leicester Square crepeaffaire for savoury breakfast crepes and Jamilla served us, she was so welcoming, friendly ,funny and kind that we ended up coming back later on that day for sweet crepes that were just as delicious! I visited the shop in Leicester Square today with my parents, the service was terrible even though the restaurant was empty, everyone standing around chatting, not greeting customers or helping, i asked the one lady something- she couldn't speak English, service charge was included which I thought was ridiculous since the service was very poor. The pancake was nice, however nothing special, and it came with cream however we were told that we couldnt have cream in our hot chocolate, wierd!

Great service, very accommodating when we changed our order. Will be our go to pit stop when we’re shopping at Westfield London now.

I'm 39 weeks pregnant and have been using delivery service for meals more often, well because who wants to cook every meal at this stage?! While I used deliveroo, for the delivery service, this is no fault of theirs. The restaurant simply wraps cups filled with juice / liquid with cling film and put them on their side!!! The bag was leaking when the driver handed it to me so I opened the bag and the orange juice cling film didn't hold anymore. So at 39 weeks pregnant I had to get down on my hands and knees and clean the mess. This is rediculous. This is not the first time, but certainly the last time I order from them! I even add a note to the order to flag the issue each time.

It was really nice. The food was so tasty & enjoyable. Reasonable prices. The people there were really nice & friendly as well. Lots of Parisian vibes. Defo coming back.

Check over an hour for food to arrive that establishment look like it had seen better days. Management didn't seem to take responsibility for anything and thinks everything is just perfect there are so many things wrong with this place hopefully they won't survive the pandemic and and save us all all from going here

I had the the Whole Shebang in gluten free and it was the yummiest I have ever had. Super delicious and a must have but as a treat 😁

Wow, the worst I’ve ever eaten and £5! They only cook their crepes in one side so if you like flabby almost raw crepes you’re in the right place. I asked for mine to be done again and it was exactly the same and they looked at me like I was crazy for suggesting cooking both sides! 😥

Paid £14 for two crepes and one coffee. Coffee was lukewarm and the crepes tasted of nothing. They were meant to have hollandaise sauce but there was none in them.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but me and my friends love this place! The crepes are so delicious and to be honest people can see them making the food in front of them, also there is a queue hence you do need to wait, If you are impatient as in the reviews below I would stay clear but like anywhere you have to wait for your food to be cooked, unless you want it straight from the freezer of course. They do not have decaf tea but made one for me anyway using my tea bag. Super friendly and smiley, very polite ladies which is very hard to find these days. yes it might be slightly pricey but it is 100% worth it. Perhaps not to sit and enjoy in town, but as a takeaway i would thoroughly recommend. The crepes are lovely, and offer amazing veggie options as well as sweet .

Even if the place was not busy at all, we had to wait long time to have a cold espresso, two "freshly" smoothies (just taken out of the fridge), a cold crepes and a warm orange juice.

A few things... Their crepes are really tasty! However they always shut off the mini pancake machine an hour before closing and tell people they ran out of dough...but isn't it the same dough they use for the crepes...? Their waffles come in this pre-packed...

We waited over 15min for ordering and 30min for the food. We ordered the nutella waffle, crepe and strawberry shake which were very good. The price was a bit expensive. If you don't mind the wait, then it is worth it.

An overpriced yet delicious dessert place with open seating next to Westfield Food Court. The crepes are tasty and a good size, especially the Belgian chocolate. An ideal post cinema snack, despite the Westfield prices.

I have been few times and usually enjoyed but its rather pricy. The drinks ( cold teas are just OK) but REALLY like my duck crepe.
