Sacred Cafe in Hammersmith and Fulham

While packed in the crowd in Westfield, we always stop at Sacred, very good service, excellent espresso and a space to sit and reinvigorate before going back to the shopping madness.

Somos de Sri Lanka y hemos vivido en Nueva Zelanda. Fue irónico leer el menú para ver que un kiwi creó el lugar y también se refería al té de Sri Lanka. El café era bueno y mi chai latte también.

Parada rápida de café durante un viaje de compras. Expreso era tan bueno como el café con leche helado del afiliado. Mejor que el de dos grandes cadenas hoteleras, pero no tan buena como muchos de los pequeños artesanos asadores disponibles ahora.

La comida era agradable, pero el personal era un poco de mal humor y poco servicial. No volvería en una prisa.

Being from New Zealand, I was happy to see a place serving lolly cake and L&P. The staff are friendly, and the food is good for the price. Seating is limited, and staff should take care that people sitting their are actually paying customer.

All I wanted was a coffee. I ordered it. All was normal. Just really disappointed with the coffee. perhaps i was the one in a hundred bad coffees.... hmmm

Oh wow - ok its a little expensive but the coffee is the best ever and I love a costa coffee.. would definitely go back

I've been using this place for a few years and used to love it, but recently I've had some poor experiences there. For some months now, we've noticed that the staff are disinterested and abrupt (almost to the point of rudeness), despite not being very busy. They seem to want to hurry you along even though there's no-one else waiting to be served. On my last three visits, there has been a problem with what I've ordered. I was given a brownie that had been frozen and still had ice-cold chunks in the centre. On the next visit I didn't get what I had ordered (I asked for a white chocolate cookie, they gave me a milk chocolate one) - not a big deal, just irritating. Last week I ordered a chocolate and raspberry brownie, and the server went to the fridge and started unwrapping one from there, which she placed on a plate. I pointed out that the ones on display all have a raspberry on top, so could I have one too? She looked annoyed, and said "the raspberry is inside". I shrugged and said OK, but she went and fetched a raspberry anyway. Just as well she did, as it turned out there was only one tiny piece of raspberry inside the brownie, to the point where I could have questioned them describing it as chocolate and raspberry! Enough - there are plenty of other cafes in that location, I'll be using those in future.

Good location in the centre on Westfield. It always seems busy. Good they have almond milk, soya milk and coconut milk. The sizes of the coffee are a little on the small side but the coffee is excellent and worth it. The seating isn't the most comfortable but the coffee makes up for it.

Når man bor på et hotel med dårlig kaffe et andet sted i byen, var det HELT vidunderligt at gå ind på denne lille café. Jeg har drukket både Latte og Cappuccino, begge smagte de himmelsk. Betjeningen er venlig og hurtig. derudover kan man oplade sin telefon ved bordet. SMART. men kom for kaffe. Den er god.

A few years ago this little coffee shop in the atrium of Westfield would serve arguably the best coffee in Shepherd's Bush accompanied with fantastic service. Now unfortunately, the staff all look disinterested, untrained and hardly ever smile. Did I say untrained? The coffees now are average at best, and for what they charge there are many more independent cafes in the area that will trump these guys on every front.

It's in the centre of the mall so open air. The seating here is not very comfy as no backs to the stools. They do have soya, almond and coconut milk but be prepared to pay an extra 60pence for it in your capuccino. The coffee itself is average but with the extra cost and the size of the takeaway cup they serve it in is so small it's really an expensive coffee.

I came to this cafe in Westfield rather than going to Pret whch is always a decent bet. The servers here were not friendly or welcoming and we were served our food from paper cups and paper plates at basic and uncomfortable tables and we paid £10.50 for 2 absolutely tiny croissants and 2 small flat white coffees. The only reason this place did not get one star is that the flat white was very good as was the quality of the croissant.
