The Green Shepherd's Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham

We get there and guess what! Only one member of staff. We go to order with all my children very excited and then get told that it’s going to take over half an hour to even receive our food when we had somewhere to be in a short period of time. We have a very busy schedule and had planned this out a long time ago but we couldn’t go because we didn’t have time to wait over half an hour just to get food. It would not be possible for us to order, eat and enjoy our food in time. This is not the staff members fault. They really just need to employ more staff. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tonight, I spent £50 at this establishment, but the disaster I encountered is beyond words! I ordered a babyccino, and I was charged the price of a latte (£3.5) for a tiny amount of warm milk. If it’s not on the menu, just say, “We don’t offer it”—is that so hard? But the real issue is hygiene! The girl serving the ice cream touched it with her finger. How is this acceptable? Is it really that difficult to wear gloves and follow basic hygiene rules? As if that wasn’t bad enough, the guy making the waffle was flipping it with his bare hands! Using tongs or gloves—is that too much to ask? This place completely disregards hygiene standards! A total disappointment—I will never set foot in here again!

Over an hour late and was missing items aswell , not much of a great experience is it ?

I recently visited Creams, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The scoops of ice cream they served were incredibly small, barely filling up the cup at all. When I brought it up, the person serving was really rude about it, which just made the experience worse. I expected a decent portion, but what I got was far from satisfying. I left feeling unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a good ice cream experience. Definitely not worth the visit!

Emon was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the food it was top quality and taste and emon helped me and my friend with our selection of dessert and we loved it. I will definitely be visiting again and thank you emon for the great service!! Creams is now one of my favourite dessert shops.

We visited Creams Shepherds bush toady for my daughters 10th Birthday 🎂, she and her friends had a lovely time. We ordered plates of chicken popcorn crepes and a platter of Mexican nachos to share, some milkshakes , everything tasted great , the service was top notch, very helpful. Thank you for everything. I do recommend it %100.

i visited this creams and was served my emon, he was very lovely and made my day better. he recommended me to try the oreo milkshake as i was indecisive, safe to say it was very very good and i will definitely be back . shoutout to emon!!

Emon was a absolute star amazing service

Don’t order !!! They sent me empty boxes in the sealed bag. I Ordered 2 brownie with ice creams and scoop of chocolate ice cream on side. And they sent the us empty boxes.

The food was all over the the place and was soggy wasn’t able to even take a bite from the soggy mess around the waffle. The chocolate just went over the whole box and no chocolate was even on the waffle. I would love to have my £12 back into my account please and thank you . And I’ll never be ordering creams again !

Ok, friend had issues with rude servers

They got my order wrong three times, and when it finally came, the cookie dough was uncooked. The server didn’t smile at all until he brought the final order. When I complained, the guy at the counter he said, “This is how we do it.” The first incorrect order took 20 minutes and had milk cookie dough with regular chocolate sauce. When I pointed out that I ordered white chocolate cookie dough, he just added white sauce on top instead of remaking it. After explaining again, he came back five minutes later with uncooked dough. At that point I left the place, I wasn’t offered the courtesy of making what they advertise . Very unprofessional. The desserts aren’t made properly I wouldn’t recommend this place, might as well throw away your money.

2 scoops of Speculoos gelato (topped with Biscoff sauce). £4.60. enjoyed!

The order was too long and the food was dry

I went there with a few friends recently, it was a blast we were a little loud so one of the workers reminded us to be quieter. The food was great, it came in good time and I barely noticed the wait. The first table we sat at was a little shaky but other than that perfect. I loved the food, the atmosphere, the vibe and I love how they provide cups for the bathrooms. (Water, cleanliness).

A little understaffed but a great choice right beside the station Shepards Bush Market station. Got a small mango ice cream with boba, nice treat. Good quality not overly sugary

I ordered 2 waffles, however only 1 came

Had great service from Emon, very nice and considerate.

This restaurant gave two young children food poisoning, they’ve been ill for four days - the only two in the group who shared the same plate at creams. The toilet was a state and when I asked for toilet paper, because the person before me told me there was none, I was told there was no toilet paper and was given a kitchen roll.

Asim and his coworkers are great and very attentive. I’m from Los Angeles and this place is great. Been in London the week and I came here twice. The selection is off the hook and servings are a great deal. I wish we had one back at home.

Amazing service Elon was really lovely

Taste was good but the serivice was very bad . There was a hair in a ice cream jar and i reported it but the staff was rude with his voice and didnt not accept there was a hair. Then he accepted with a rude face after i pointed the hair .

Turned up this evening, card machine not working. Went to get cash and came back. Ordered a sticky toffee pudding but they ran out of it. Chose fudge cake instead and asked for custard with it, they said the microwave was broken so they couldn’t heat the custard. Then asked for a cappuccino but the coffee machine wasn’t working. Absolute shambles. Now I see why it has a 3 star Google rating. Will definitely not be attending again. It’s a shame there’s no Urban Chocolatier nearby. They are much better in my opinion.

Today I went in creme shop, the place was amazing.. very big and comfy, also very clean. And the staff who serve us was Emon, he was very gentleman, he help me with my order, and making my food is excellent quality. Thank u so much.. I will come again..

I went there today with my friends after a very long day and our order was really long and Emon Ahmed was an absolute dear taking our order. Also the crepes were huge definitely more than a serving for one person!

There was a hair in the ice cream, which completely turned me off

Very bad treatment, today they advertised free ice cream may 17, when i went there they said it finished at 6, other people on instagram say they told them at 3, There is no mention of end time for the promo on their instagram

Put an order in at 9pm and it said it was coming at 9:35 and never came until 11. Waffle came cold and the chocolate was all dried up

They gave me 2 red velvet cakes when I order 1 lemon meringue cheesecake and 1 red velvet cake

Absolutely rubbish,always don’t have ice cream and made new menu but noting available. Definitely not coming again and don’t recommend.

It was a bit squishy not usually how I get it

The place is nice. They have a great selection of ice cream flavors. The scoop size is decent. The taste is really good. The staff is nice. The service on the tables was minimal as the staff was low. We went on Saturday at noon. It wasn't busy. We will for sure visit again.

They poured the syrup on the waffles and the cheesecake was still defrosting. I am sure the people working there could make a cheesecake in house.

Ordered on Deliveroo few times every single time have had missing Items. They don’t have two brains cells between the lot of them. An order is an order prep check send, they make this look like an impossible task.

Utterly poor service. Staff need to go on a training course relating to Customer Service. They all lacked eye contact, no one smiled and nor did they bother to take our order until I ushered someone to the till. Very bizarre. There were very few items on the menu that were available.. I went in for 2 of the new items and walked out with neither.

I’ve been given the wrong order

I love this place, everything is amazing the staff is very friendly and polite.

Driver went to a different address and delayed delivery which caused ice cream to melt for both items.

Took my two boys on Sunday evening and have to say considering there are negative reviews our experience was VERY POSITIVE!! My boys had waffles one was create your own with Lotus Biscoff and although it didn’t come with ice cream he did get ice cream and my other son has the Tropicool waffle both amazing and the waffles cooked to perfection!! I had the Berry Slice Sundae which was delicious!! It had fresh berries and crumbled meringue pieces. Overall the food was excellent and we received excellent service and the staff went out of their way to make it a lovely memorable experience

We went in and staff refused to even talk and just pointed us in directions instead of communicating. The guy did not listen while we were ordering the 2 items we wanted. So we had to order twice. And made it seem like it was our fault. The food was nowhere as good in other locations.

I bought two waffles expecting it to be fully with bueno sauce however one barely had enough sauce

Avoid their hot chocolate. Ordered 3 Luxury Hot Chocolates came to £8.85 and theres no taste of chocolate in any of them. Taste burnt and gritty.

I have been a long-time customer and for the first time, I have been denied a NHS discount. The server (Karim) said that the branch was different to the other Creams’ and afterwards, he was chuckling with the other server and said something in his language while glancing at me. I did not feel comfortable with him. Such a shame I have always loved going to Creams. Never going back to this branch.

bc of the low rating i was a bit hesistant to try this place but since i was craving some sweets i walked in. you never know sometimes! i was gonna get ice cream but they kinda looked like they have bunch of artificial colorings and so i went for the speculoos waffle. it comes with vanilla ice cream and crumbles. i to-goed the dessert. i ate it and it was so amazing like it was really good. i was so full but i ate it all. id recommend you to try if you like caramel waffles and ice cream.

Terrible product. £12 for a tiny bit of ice cream and some choc brownie. Served in a milkshake cup so the The brownie was at the bottom and ice cream at the top by the time you reach the brownie all the ice cream was gone and the brownie was too sweet and sickly to eat

There was no icecream with my order

Went for a meal and drink before event at 02 Shepherds Bush, and it was ok. They had to find the chef as he’d wandered off just as we placed the order, but the food was good and tasty (we had the Crowd Pleaser sharing platter plus sides of coleslaw and mac n cheese). Good selection of local ales and lagers too.

Very tasty as always. This time better stuff. Less miserable than some other brunches I have visited.

A friend had recommended this place. Sadly too cold yesterday to sample their ice creams but lovely strong coffee and great ambiance. Best thing said friend ended up joining me here afterwards and I will definately be back for more coffee and to sample their luscious and yummy 😋 looking Original Ice-creams.

Ordered some pizzas off the app and it took 30mins for them to tell us they didn’t have any pizzas. They didn’t also have much to offer after.We hadn’t also had our drinks and when we ‘received’ them off the bar because we wasn’t told they was ours, they got the drinks wrong. The food was ok when we received it but the service was terrible.

I just came here asking the bald white guy if they have a chocolate shake he said no they don’t have it. Although I just got the same thing the other day so I took out the menu card looking for it and he took the menu from me and said (in a rude tone) to leave, I said sorry? He said just leave!!! I asked him to call the manager and he just said he is the incharge and that I can’t order. He is the rudest guy I’ve ever seen. Worst customer service. I’d never come here again.

Got 2 scoops Ice cream cookie dough and chocolate. Good selection of ice creams. Price displayed wrong though on the selection and a lot of the ice cream flavours had gone, unsurprisingly the choices I wanted to have instead of what I got, should replace the trays of the most popular flavours

We arrived during thr Carnival. We were tired and hungry. We found the Green Room. Comforting. Our type of spot. Then each day we looked for our early dinner. And we were not comfortable with the places we walked by. So again back to the Green Room. Tuesday was 4£ punt day. Wednesday came and nothing around here looks appealing. So back to the Green Room. We loved the calamari. A salad. And a pint. Loved talking with everyone and their helpful advice. I felt comfortable. My husband enjoyed it also.

He was late by 1hour waiting a long time

Half of my order didn’t arrive !

I used to visit this pub before football but gave up last season as the ale was rubbish (when on), queues were horrendous as too few staff. We went there last night as our usual pre-match pub was closed and were surprised to find it quite empty. On buying my first pint of London Pride, the only real ale available, I was shocked to be charged £6.20 - I asked the bar staff to top up my pint at that price! The pride was just about OK, but we switched to larger for the next round and were charged £7.45. Unbelievable prices for a very ordinary pub. Not a great lover of Spoons but it is up the road with a well kept selection of ales at £2.50 a pint.

Great food, lovely staff, and a delightful pub to enjoy a drink, food and relax and unwind at. The BBQ jackfruit wrap was delicious and certainly something I’d have again.

Took over 1 hour and 30 mins to come ice cream melted waste of money

One of the waffles was the wrong one and the state of both of them both when they arrived was horrific. Also, the box shouldn’t be placed on the side in the bag as it has toppings that will go everywhere inside the box and bag.
