Jarred was extremely helpful and intuitive. Jay was very kind and effective, admiring the pub rules at 02:15. Jay the security very kindly told us to leave. Would definitely recommend club in central that was open.

Thursday night at this 'Spoons. It's curry night, it's packed, but still we got drinks in 2 minutes and food in 10. And we're asked if our food is fine, and the carpet is swept, and our empties are cleared. And we get a smile. It's a Spoons, so not that posh. I know that, but we had a great dinner at a very sensible price in a ludicrously expensive city. BIG thanks to all the staff here. You pays your money etc. I know what I'd choose.

The food was nicely cooked but had to wait for part of it to come as it was missing on the dish but when it turned up it was cold the part Which was missing was cold

Lunch food portion sizes have gone down bigtime and at the pricepoint of £9 a meal, starts to not resemble value for money anymore. The burgers are one of those skinny McD types now, but you pay £9 for that and a portion of chips. Not what it used to be. I'd rather get a Tortilla wrap from around the corner for the same price.

Very busy, but absolutely great staff, food and service. It was busy when we went and that speaks volumes. Customers and staff were patient. Staff were apologetic but that wasn't necessary, they were rushing to keep up. Food plates were being delivered like flights taking off at Heathrow. All in all excellent experience.

Beer good; prices great; staff are amazingly good natured and polite. Burgers really poor quality especially as they are cooked until the same hardness as the plate they are served on.Not overly good. Too bad. UPDATE : Staff are still great, prices good but burgers still suck.

By your 7th pint of Ruddles she begins to whisper 'you should have tried harder at school. Have a whisky chaser'. 10/10. Would recommend

Unpleasant atmosphere, when you have many homeless coming inside grabbing half empty drinks and food of people’s tables. Surely you should have security on the door stopping this happening. Even the staff working here look scared and know they cant approach them. The menus on the table seem like they have not been cleaned

Quite possibly the worst ham, egg and chips that I’ve had in a Wetherspoon’s. Both eggs were broken, the chips were poor, and the ham was left flapping over the edge of the plate to such an extent that it touched the table when it was placed down in front of me. The photo is basically how it arrived (I moved the ham a few cm actually on the plate so it wasn’t touching the table). It’s not a sophisticated dish to say the least, but this pub classic deserves better! Tbh it did provide us with some entertainment as to how sloppy it looked. I’m sure this isn’t a niche market that Wetherspoon’s would want to claim.

Fab place the staff were so friendly, was very busy but still smiling, did think haloumi fries were a bit pricey for the portion size but were very nice !

Wow, thanks so much to my server Khushi on Friday night. It was very busy inside and the staff were also having to deal with some rowdy and aggressive customers which they dealt with well. Despite the busyness, Khushi was everywhere, bringing our drinks quickly and clearing the tables, cleaning the bathrooms downstairs. She was like eight people working, I couldn't believe her speed and professionalism. I thought from her demeanour she was the manager so imagine how shocked I was to find out it was her first day! Thank you for your amazing service Khushi, spoons is lucky to have you as an employee!

Went in for a coffee after a journey at around 10.45 am on a Saturday. Unfortunately this pub was packed with extremely loud (mostly) men, chanting slogans aggressively at the top of their voices. Really obnoxious and intimidating behaviour which appeared to go unchallenged by the staff. The ladies toilets were a mess, there was a bag of discarded clothing in one cubicle, loo seat smeared, and discarded underpants and faeces on the floor in another cubicle. All this first thing in the morning. I left the premises and will not be back anytime soon.

Ordered peri peri chicken and it came under cooked and pink through out. They refused to change it once I said that the undercooked chicken had put me off and told me their chickens come pre cooked so it will be fine. Refused to eat the food and won’t be returning again.

Ok pub. We went it was very busy, tables took a long time to be cleaned (and were in a STATE). Pints reasonable (London) price.

Service was poor in fact the member of staff was rude.

We had breakfast at The William Morris and are completely satisfied. The concept is simple: you order and pay at the front, and the food is brought to your table. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. For little money you can get a really great breakfast here - a real highlight in a city like London, where prices are often high. We particularly liked the refill system: you can get unlimited coffee, cocoa, tea and more from the machine, which is a great addition. The various sauces that you can make yourself are also practical. Of course you notice that some ingredients are frozen food and are only warmed up. But for the price it's absolutely okay. We would come back at any time - a real value for money wonder for London!

Rarely seen such a dirty restaurant. Tables are stuck, menus are smeared all over, even in a “cheap” restaurant you should pay more attention to this.

Order a large mix grill, and they forgat to put onion rings. 5 pice of fries they consider as a portion. The gamon meat was to well made, hard as a rock.

The pub is pretty good value for money. You can drink quite cheap beer compared to any other nearby stores (they have enough types, even Galicia star) and varied food. On the menu there are dishes that include food with a beer. I have to say that we have gone three different years on different trips and it has always been good, that is why we have repeated. This last year, the fish and chips pleasantly surprised us.

Upon my visit before heading to Victoria coach station, I decided to treat myself to some lunch and a pint at this Wetherspoons pub. Unfortunately it was a disappointing visit. I ordered a drink and the glass was hot and wet (looks like it just came out of the glass washer). I informed a staff member about this, but was ignored, so I drank the beverage from a bottle. I asked a staff member for my table to be clean, as it was incredibly dirty. No one came to clean it up, and as soon as I got my food, they placed the cutlery and napkin on the dirty spot. When my food arrived it was ok, apart from the chips being undercooked (which was strange for a Wetherspoons pub). I couldn't eat the chips, and I told the staff that I'm done with the food. I was weary about using cutlery and napkins because of poor standards, so I avoided using them. I did not receive a check back for my food, even though it is a policy that they were supposed to. I could've asked for some fresh chips, but I feared that I would get more undercooked ones. Why do I get the impression that Wetherspoons pubs are the worst pubs to visit?

On my tube journey from Heathrow down to Victoria I checked on the map and saw that this Wetherspoons pub was close to the Hammersmith tube station. I was in dire need of a hearty breakfast and coffee. Wetherspoons rarely let me down on that score. In fact this particular pub was perfectly OK. I was amused to see some other reviews about the pub needing a deep clean. Because on the morning I visited there were a plethora of cleaners everywhere doing their best to make the place look spic and span. Anyway, I had the standard full English breakfast and received my mug for the unlimited supply of hot coffee/tea/chocolate. All ordered at the bar & all good. Oh, and I also found the downstairs restrooms to be completely in order. Perhaps coming at the start of the day, a Friday, the cleaning crews were preparing for a busy, international rugby crowd.

Decent Chicken tikka masala. Steak 🥩 was okay, a bit chewy for a sirloin

Decent Wetherspoon's pub a couple of minutes walk from Hammersmith Underground Station. Ten cask beers on handpump when I visited including a stout. Lots of outdoor seating. The pub commemorates William Morris, the Arts & Crafts designer who lived nearby.

It is what it is. Reasonably priced food and drinks in the centre of Hammersmith. Some guests are in suits, others have called in from under a bridge.

Reasonable prices, hot food. Can be quite loud at times. Had the fish and chips which were quite good.

Excellent place for an English breakfast in the morning and perfect for an afternoon. Good pub and good atmosphere in Hammersmith.

It's a Wetherspoons. The Chicken Ramen was made with spaghetti bit tasted ok. Service was slow. Beer was cheap-ish.

Bar manager here is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Perhaps it would be worth retraining him in customer service. Had an issue with my drink, but he was unwilling to help out or even listen to my side of the story. There are plenty of spoons that are actually worth visiting, but this one I’d avoid. Had previous issues with this place and how the drinks always seem off/flat/rancid.

One thing you can be certain about is that the Wetherspoons will always be good value wherever you are. When we arrived, it was very busy. Using the App we ordered food and drink. The staff worked very quickly in getting our order to us. All round very impressed.

OK Wetherspoons. A bit grubby and very crowded. Also, they don't do the "Rib-Eye" steak on Tuesday's anymore.

Another nice Wetherspoon's pub, this time in the centre of Hammersmith, with a large open area in front. When I visited, this open area had a large TV screen set up with a number of food stalls there. Very exciting! A wide range of meals and the usual excellent choice of guest bitters made this a lovely experience. Service was not the best, but it was very busy.

Excellent food and reasonable priced.

Ordered jacket potato and beans (for someone with dairy allergies) and chips and cheese for myself. They put the cheese on the potato which was not specified and when I asked for this to be rectified a rude member of staff told me she would not charge me again as a once off courtesy for their mistakes. Really unimpressed when wanting some quick food.

It’s a Wetherspoons so you know what you’re gonna get. Not the nicest bar I’ve ever seen but populated by regular people grabbing a couple of cheap pints and good honest food. £3.70 pints are pretty hard to beat in London.

Worst experience ever, a bunch of old folks keep jumping the queue when I try to place an order, and surprisingly the cashier lady just let them do it.

Nice pub with good food at decent prices. The large Breakfast for under 7 £ could feed two. Coffee is 1,50 with free refills and the decaffeinated coffee is pretty good.

It's a Wetherspoons so ya basically get what ya pay for, which isn't a bad thing but also isn't a good thing lol. Half decent, and did what we needed it to do.

The staff is friendly and you can keep refilling your coffee for 1.65 euros. There are a lot of people in the morning, but there seem to be a lot more people in the evening, and the beer is delicious~~~Good value for money for breakfast. Well, the bathroom is spacious and clean!!!!!!! The seats are spacious, so many people come in with suitcases.

Grubby sticky tables and filthy toilets. The actual venue is fairly big. One entrance leads out to a shopping centre where there is lots of outdoor seating. This would be a much better place if it maintained the brand standard.

Very busy Friday afternoon visit but food arrived within 15 mins of ordering, the London Pride was in superb condition & only £3.15 a pint which is amazing value for west London 😀. Staff were excellent & nothing too much trouble, we spent 4hrs drinking & chatting which flew by - 10/10 from us

Anthony is amazing , he knows the menu deals and how the food can be asked for and what options are available , able to tell me each individual ingredient and different ingredients in drinks , and we can’t forget how approachable he is, amazing .

Ideal for eating cheap in the area, for example, 1.56 pounds for unlimited coffee, it's rather rare here 👍👍

There is a variety of breakfast menus and unlimited coffee refills. It's okay if you eat it without expecting any taste. I had a large breakfast and it was plentiful. Two fried eggs (soft-boiled), bacon, two Lincolnshire sausages, baked beans, three hash browns. Total £6.59. Eggs Benedict is £5.61.

Order my food. Had to ask for table to be cleaned which nice guy did. When it came it was wrong asked why no reply they said the would correct. Never happened. Very Disappointed.
