Pret a Manger in Hammersmith and Fulham

No recomendaría este Pret. . en particular, las cosas están ocupadas tratando de lograr objetivos y se han olvidado de que están trabajando en una industria de servicios. Servicio patético. Me sirvieron 2 Mocha’s como comida para llevar junto con otros bocadillos que pedí. Salimos de la tienda y la bebimos, literalmente sabía a agua caliente con una gota de leche. Llevé los cafés de vuelta a Pret y dije que no quiero discutir, solo quiero devolverlos ya que no saben a café. Literalmente se dieron la vuelta y dijeron oh perdón y ni siquiera ofrecieron un reembolso o un reemplazo. No tenía en mí discutir con ellos y simplemente me fui de Pret. Teniendo literalmente perder £ 8. 10 . No se trata del dinero, se trata del principio, la mala calidad y el servicio al cliente extremadamente deficiente. Nunca volviendo a Pret en Westfield Shepherds Bush Londres.

Rude and unfriendly staff, overcharged us for what we ordered and forgot to give us one of our drinks. Complained when we asked for hot water to heat a baby bottle (not to us just to each other but said loudly enough for us to hear). Clearly felt themselves to be superior to the customers they are supposed to be serving. Was not particularly busy so that wasn't an excuse. Would never go there again!! There's so many more places to eat at Westfield that give a better and more friendly service. These people give Pret a Manger a bad name.

Negli ultimi anni questa catena ha aperto un'infinità di punti vendita e ormai ad ogni cantone ci offre la possibilità di una sosta seduti al tavolo (con utilissimo wifi gratuito) o a un veloce takeaway. All'interno del Westfield ho così soddisfatto rapidamente la mia voglia di tramezzino al salmone, il loro resta sempre ottimo.

Todavía tiene uno de los mejores cafés de la ciudad y el pastel de carne picada estaba delicioso, sin embargo, carecía de higiene y sillas que necesitaban atención ya que estaban rotas en el área de la mesa del bar fuera del café principal. La basura quedaba sobre la mesa y la mesa misma necesitaba una buena limpieza y debajo de ella también. Hay pelos pegados en la mesa, quiero decir, no arruines esta hermosa y exitosa marca. Todavía iré allí por café y comida saludable. Todavía tiene esa calidad en su comida.

First thing in the morning was quite busy but noise of all staff talks to each other was disturbing but manager was not aware the noise since he is the chatterbox Please improve your coffee quality and size of a cheesecake is so tiny for the money you ask!!!!
