Horrible service, ordered the same drink twice and it came differently both times and was disgusting Very cheap quality food and found hair in my dynamite prawns. The shisha had to be made 3 times because of a disposable pipe being reused.

Muy decepcionado con el personal aquí. Me hicieron sentir mal y es una pena ya que el café y la bollería son muy agradables, pero no volveré aquí hasta que haya una mejora en el comportamiento del personal o un cambio de personal. Realmente decepcionado y molesto por la interacción desagradable e innecesaria que tuvo lugar.

Lovely place great staff, coffee and and snacks. Has a lot of style and you can see the proprietors put much into their business. One issue alas is the acceptance of dogs and one can understand the pressures like others to accept. The problem is with the owners who dangerously allow their dogs to lie across the limited access into the body of the café.. Quite selfish and unfair to the business as might not pass a H&S review on the number of occasions that we have visited. Would give 5 stars bit for this concern.

Visité el pub el 22 de enero de 2019 para desayunar. Había estado usando el pub de forma intermitente durante 10 años o más sin problemas. En esta ocasión llegué a eso de las 12. 30 y pidió una cerveza y desayuno. La nueva camarera me informó que tenía que cambiar el barril. Cuando se entregó, de repente noté un fuerte olor a lejía en el bar, pero supuse que estaban limpiando las cubiertas. Cuando probé la cerveza me atraganté. Sabía como (lo que imagino) lavando sabores líquidos. Obviamente, había una gran concentración de limpiador de tuberías en el vidrio. La camarera estaba confundida y confesó que no sabía de dónde había salido el abrumador olor a lejía, pero admitió que mi vaso de cerveza apestaba. Llamó a su superior, quien procedió a investigar y luego limpió la línea correctamente. No me dijeron nada, solo lugares comunes, pero ella estaba claramente preocupada. Después de visitar el baño para limpiarme la garganta, me devolvieron el dinero y me ofrecieron una cerveza diferente. Very rude staff, unbelievable. Treating customers like idiots and verbally abusing them. You ask for a receipt and will get abused.

Sutton, Londres - sooooo slooooow. A veces tienen a la persona en la caja también haciendo bebidas calientes. Es una broma. El personal está tan sobrecargado de trabajo, la dirección parece una broma

Cerrando el 21 de MARZO de 2025 muy triste, ya que la ubicación es genial, con los grandes ventanales de vidrio viendo el ajetreo y el bullicio de Shepherd's Bush.

We. Spent £15.57 for 2 coffees and a snack. The service was bad. We were ignored while standing waiting to be served. The table and floor was dirty, I had to ask for it to be cleaned, it was eventually cleaned but just with a tissue no fluid. The staff attitude was very poor, they had no idea of how to provide customer service, they were very arrogant, like they were doing us a favour by being there . The atmosphere was dull. We will defiantly it return there.

Have visited this pubs quite a few times over the years and is always enjoyable. Whether its for food, which is always good, or for a few drinks a good time is always had. The staff a great and welcoming the bands that play are good quality. Only the other night the had bbc folk award nominees Gentlemen Of Few. They also have beer garden with things for children, climbing frames, slides and a bouncy castle in the summer. The only down side is that they don't allow dogs, but with live music and a childrens play area, these could be the reasons.
