Marks & Spencer Cafe in Ealing

Today I went to the coffee shop in Wellingborough M&S. The service was abysmal, the lady making the coffee was in a panic and spilling milk everywhere, when I got the coffee I wasn’t offered a tray and the coffee was lukewarm. I couldn’t be bothered to complain as I think the assistants would have had a meltdown. I’m afraid I won’t be using this coffee shop again.

Thank you to the excellent service in Lewisham today- a replacement coffee quickly found when the one I had ordered had run out!

Visited M &S Cafe Camberley with the intention of having afternoon tea. It was 2pm and it was sold out. Very disappointing

Visited M and S cafe at Eclipse Park. Queue was long but we didn’t wait long to be served. My friend and I both ordered Avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast. The brunch arrived quickly but was very disappointing. The portion size was very small. Two small poached eggs at the side of the smallest slice of toast I’d ever seen with avocado on!! We were both still hungry after eating! I’m sure M and S could have stretched to two slices of toast spread with avocado and an egg on each slice! We know in future not to order unless you eat like a sparrow! It was a Shame as it was tasty but just poor value for money and poor presentation

Visited M&S cafe Ealing today. They are badly understaffed. 2 beleaguered pleasant staff desperately try to cope during busy lunch time. Constant queue. Tables full of uncleared places. M&S get your act together!

Hi, We hardly come to this cafe anymore, it is usually busy, but today thought I'd grab a bite to eat. Had to wait in the queue for a short time, even though they have an extensive menu board up on the wall, they always seem to be out of something or other, So we just got some toasted sandwiches, and two teas, the food here has gotten more expensive, the tea isn't very nice, and the food just doesn't seem as nice as it used to be. Also very expensive. Always seem to be different staff here .

Hi I recently visited the Café at M and S in colliers wood, The food was lovely, I had jacket Potato with cheese which came with salad and dressing, it was really tasty and the service was good too

I had a tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato and some salad the food is over priced considering the taste and quality. There was more tuna and sweetcorn then there was jacket potato. The salad was too much and to make it worse when you go to get cutlery the cutlery is dirty. When you tell them about it one lady said its only the one fork that was dirty and had an attitude about it. I have been before to have snacks that all it is good for packaged stuff nothing fresh that they have made. It is very disappointing and didn't really expect it from the M&S brand.

Had the worst breakfast ever served up in a couple of minutes lovely rubber sausage and disgusting dried up scrambled egg add a couple of coffees over 20 quid so disappointed really need to up your game get a cook not a microwave

Leave the meals alone but okay if just want drink and cake. Had battered fish & chips and just looking at the plate of food when it arrived was very unappetising. Didn't taste much better. Sorry M&S but was expecting something better from you!!

i bought today one apple and a pomigrant and bottle of water for 4.82. it is so much expensive. first and last time. i will never buy any product from here in my whole life again

Myself and 2 friends used the 3rd floor cafe at the Marble Arch branch. Good quick service and Jason a lovely staff member stood out for us on the day we were in.

1.Service is getting downhill. Either they are too busy or new staff cannot take the pressure. 2. Quality and quantity of food is changing. 3. Very limited choice and high price. 4. No choice for vegetarians

Hi have been going to the Ealing MS store for over fifteen years, I have bought many clothing items here for work and leisure purposes for a decent price and have always eaten in the upstairs cafe area. But recently I have noticed the quality and taste of the food has gone down hill, today when I visited the cafe I had the sausage breakfast bap, it was disgusting, the sausage they used was over spiced with black pepper and it was so chewy and rubbery that I took the sausages out and just ate the bun, their bacon bap is just as bad, the bacon they use is so fatty that in between mouthfuls I find myself taking out fatty bits. The tea is ok, and the cakes on offer are usually tasty but today there wasn't much choice of cakes. They need to change their breakfast options now, I think as it is the same old choices and I find that the choices from their toasted sandwiches selection are to salty a too cheesy, Today the cafe was empty it was around 11.30am, only a few customers, and I notice that the upholstery on their seating is worn, where we were sitting on the sofa style bench the seating had been torn, also the booth seating area need re decorating, the rest of the seats are plastic. I couldn't help feeling sad that I actually thought this place has gone down hill,big let down from marks and Spencer's, also it is far too expensive now. Also the cafe downstairs is not that good either anymore. I would say only their food hall seems decent, their clothing ranges have changed it didn't seem like I was at Marks and Sparks, it seemed more like T K Max. My daughter couldn't find a bra in her size, and I couldn't find any decent tops to buy, there seems their lingerie department has cut down on choices for nighties too. As long as they keep selling the trousers that I wear for work £12 and my choice of underwear , I will keep returning to MandS stores, the quality of clothing last for years, but please don't change your fashion range too much, I was looking for tops to wear, they usually have the style I like but I'm glad I went to Sainsbury's first and bought two tops they had , because today this store didn't have anything. Shame really. On the up side I absolutely love their jewellery sections. Reasonable and good quality, Which is also hypoallergenic. The staff are still helpful, on the occasions that I have shopped here.
