Very rude staff, unbelievable. Treating customers like idiots and verbally abusing them. You ask for a receipt and will get abused.

cannot believe "meeta" and the other girls service today!!!!! disgusting!!!! I wanted to buy a drink but realised I had a free drink reward, to check if this was correct, I showed it to "MEETA" and said I had a free drink reward and wow.... I did not expect what was coming next! she laughed in my face, and said "SO?" she gave me a horrible stare and horrible looks, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" and her and the other girl kept saying mean things.....I was standing there with my mother I could not believe what dirt the manager employed! lol. she was new to this country too I'm guessing... what a way to disrespect us! I was honestly so shocked.... the stares the looks she kept giving me and what she kept saying to me.... she misinterpreted what I asked for .... wow!! if she does not get sacked, you know that COSTA does not stand for humanity! the made the drink in anger and the first few sips of my drink tasted very salty too...meant to be a sweet drink..wow. the other girl did not even stop her she just laughed too

When visiting costa Westway Greenford nikisha was brilliant her customer care and service was second to none and she is so pleasant and lovely - and made my experience wonderful. Thank you 🤗🙌🙌🙌

We visited this retail park and I was delighted to find there was a coffee shop here. My friend and I had a very decent coffee as I would expect from Costa.

I was with my little bro, who wanted to just order Ice Latte from Costa in Ruislip Road East, because he had a 50p offer which expires on the day he wanted to buy it. He told the tall female in the cashier that he wanted to buy Ice Latte because of his 50p offer off. The female told him that those expired last month. Note that we essentially live relatively close to this shop, so how could it not work. My little bro showed this offer on his phone to the b****'s face and she understood. What was annoying though was that it didn't work when the QR code was scanned & they didn't try to give us another chance to do it again. Repeating that it won't work. Honestly though, this is very lazy & lack of engagement to help with the costumer to solve this problem at all. In the end, my little bro didn't get his drink. What a wasteful visit. The other one, who is a shorty female, was equally bad in the previous visit I was here. Back then, I thought that they deserve a second chance, hence I didn't do a review for that. Consequently, in both visit, they have no sense of being polite or kind serving me and my bro, to the point that I want to punch them so badly, despite the fact that I clearly oppose violence, indicating how bad these female servers were. PLEASE THOUGH, BE AWARE OF THESE FEMALE SERVERS IN COSTA RUISLIP ROAD EAST GREENFORD. IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE.

This establishment is located in bust business retail park and is must visit when shopping. Staff are friendly and at times greeted with a smile. Service is bit slow but there is always room for improvement. This establishment is clean and covid protocols are filled and impressed.

today at 16:46 in Ealing Broadway COSTA felt like I am living in Soviet communist Eara , very unpleasantly served for asking to change my coffee to extra hot as I ordered & repeatedly asked for . Myself being raised where that employee of that COSTA , we are allowed to beat up customers if they asks something similar to this , I think , it’s important for a brilliant company like costa to teach us their policy before serving customers, COSTA should not be attracted to cheap labour only ? WHY WOULD ANY 55 year old family oriented person wait twice for the same cup of coffee while his/ her two kids waiting at this COVID-19 time ? I am sure people with common sense would know what I am talking about . There is saying : ( the guest don’t like the guest but the house owner don’t like both ). It seems very much true in a big metropolitan city . I appreciate you all reading this . I LOVE COSTA , today’s incident just spoiled my afternoon walk . Love you all .

Ordered a hot chocolate made with Soya Milk extra hot Wasted my money to be honest It was Luke warm, the hot chocolate had no taste at all. More staff needed as the staff seemed very stressed out and were rushed of their feet.

I returned in the hope that someone from head office might monitor reviews and look into this outlet. Apparently not. The flat white still had no texture two months after my previous review.

No texture to the flat white at all. Just like a latte with less milk. Probably the worst flat white I've ever had.

Not really thought about writing a review on this Costa, has I am only 5 minutes away... I am a fan of Costa coffee I must admit, with my Costa card and all, so this may be a bit biased but as per usual it was a fine cup of coffee before my retail therapy session.

The best coffee you can get in my opinion.Friendly staff and of course perfect coffee,superb place to have a quiet coffee.

It's located in the middle of Westway retail park in Greenford. It's not large but I don't think you have to wait longer than usual to find a place to seat. It's staff are friendly and their service is average.

Went on a Sunday morning and it was empty. Served quick by a nice member of staff. Only issue was the toast it was so hard I struggled to cut it with the knife.

Great coffee each time. My choice over starbucks anytime. Great quality, fast and superb service. You can great pastries on the go too. My fav is the mocha hot. Fast takeaway too. highly recommended for any coffee lover

Just what I needed after the sun hit me Absolutely yummy Belgian choc cooling drink Staff seem to be new as the lady whom served was polite and effective !
