i just had a very horrible experience today at Slough branch, customer service is so so bad. I ordered two boxes and lady asked if that's it to which I applied yes but straight away I asked if I can one more box of sweets and the girl was so rude. She started slacking me that I should know what I want because she was about to pack my bags. Bear in mind I still not paid yet. To which I said don't worry I will pay what I have ordered and please leave it and she started arguing with me that I shouldn't take things to heart and became agitated. I did say to her that I actually wanted to order more and her attitude forced me to just leave. Just when I was about to leave and still in shop she started bad mouthing me and funny thing is that there were only two customers in the shop so it's not that they are too busy. Fair to say I won't be going back again and recommend others to perhaps try Ambala because their staff don't treat you like dirt and make you angry. Horrible experience!!!!

Incredible vegan choices. Excellent service. I enjoyed a blue latte made with coconut milk that was absolutely fantastic, along with their vegan pistachio cake, which was impressive. Every bite of the cake was a wonderful mix of flavors, beautifully enhanced by its creamy consistency. The ambiance was lively, making it a perfect place for both informal gatherings and special events. I'm eager to come back and discover more of their creative menu selections. All in all, it was a dining experience that surpassed all my expectations.

We come with our kids to swimming lessons each week and I am so amazed at the prices they charge for everything! A bottle of water costs more here than at the Royal Opera House and a packet of crisps 50p more than in a Marylebone deli. They don't do any 'kids sizes' on their hot drinks so a hot chocolate for a 5 year old is £3.40!! I couldn't find an email address to contact them but just cannot believe they can justify charging these prices in a leisure centre in Hackney - I guess they can because people have no other choice but I think it is really unfair.

You have just lost a customer…. I went in today after work for bubble teas ( 3 bubble teas), when i got to the second order i kindly asked to change the tapioca as I do not like it although i liked the tea blend. The manager i think came and rudely explained that they do not change it and they can take it out but they will charge me extra for the other boba… this is what triggered my argument… i just wanted one bobe change yet they preferred losing out on 3 orders instead of changing ONE boba… business mindset -100. Anyways… I can see now that is just them doing the money grabbing techniques and do not give a flying F about what the customer wants… therefore I will never return

Not many chairs and tables as many seemed to be pushed to the side and possibly out of use. Other visitors definitely believed them to be out of use based on their comments. Another customer had a problem with the cleanliness of their table. The glass in the front door appeared to be smashed and boarded up with no handle on the inside so customers were struggling to get out.

En primer lugar, me encanta lo que intentan hacer y creo que todos los pubs deberían esforzarse por hacer lo mismo, pero es difícil creer plenamente en sus objetivos de crear 'el pub más ético' cuando sus trabajadores no parecen amigables o feliz de estar allí en absoluto! Estaban aburridos, se veían distraídos cuando nos sirvieron y de mala gana nos dijeron que no venden jugo debido a su desperdicio (lo suficientemente justo, ¡pero no tienes que ser tan condescendiente!) Se habían quedado sin la mayoría de las bebidas. Queríamos incluir la mayoría de las bebidas de la hora feliz como el vino y el vodka, la única forma de obtener un precio decente teniendo en cuenta que todo lo demás era muy caro. La comida era genial si un poco caro teniendo en cuenta lo sólidos que eran los bollos de hamburguesa. Mi amiga se quedó esperando hasta que el resto de nosotros hubiéramos terminado todas nuestras comidas para que llegara la suya después de preguntarle dónde estaba. Incluso entonces no se ofreció ningún descuento y tuvimos que pedirles que le dieran una bebida gratis como disculpa. Las sillas eran súper incómodas y demasiado altas para las mesas y la decoración hacía que se sintiera frío, carente de carácter y un poco de comedor escolar. Todos estuvimos de acuerdo en que la música era demasiado ruidosa y apenas podíamos escucharnos sobre los éxitos cursis de los 80 que no se ajustaban al tono ni creaban la atmósfera adecuada. Todos queríamos amar este lugar considerando lo que está tratando de hacer. El personal no era terrible y la comida hizo que valiera la pena el viaje, pero no nos facilitó el disfrute. Veo que The Green Vic se está reubicando y espero que pueda resolver todos estos problemas para convertirse en una nueva forma pionera de pub.

Went for Sunday lunch,everywhere in Greenwich was very busy,but Davys was empty apart from one table! I wondered why, I soon found out,poor service,cold dinner with two slices of poor quality beef,a giant dried out Yorkshire pudding took up most of the plate,and this was £23 plus service! Drinks exorbitantly priced,avoid this establishment.

Place is alright, but over priced. They make drinks pretty fast and nice, One time I AMOST Burnt my self sadly, Over all staff and the place is pretty nice, will recommend coming here, will come here.

We had such an average time at the Atelier. Mediocre food, pricy menus, poker faced staff, dull atmosphere. My first and last time.

Enfin un coin tranquille a picadelly,il y a même de savoureuses chocolatines ,et c est cheaper !!! Après un long trip a pied ,il est réconfortant de trouver cet endroit autre que chinois ,burger et autre fast food...

💥 ADVERTENCIA: Piénsalo dos veces antes de reservar Piccadilly Whip Catering Limited ¡Extremadamente decepcionado! Reservé Piccadilly Whip para la fiesta de la Sagrada Comunión de Tia en mayo y creo que dejé muy claros los requisitos de mi reserva. Pedí específicamente conos de helado para atender a 50 personas. Me cotizaron un precio total de £ 150 para esto, a lo que accedí y transferí un depósito de £ 50 inmediatamente. El día del evento llegó una camioneta de helados y la señora que servía le preguntó a mi hija si le gustaría un cono o sundae. Supuse que como ella había preguntado abiertamente esto, los sundae estaban incluidos en el precio acordado originalmente. Una vez servida mi hija me fui y regresé adentro. Después de unos minutos me di cuenta de que los huéspedes regresaban de la furgoneta con varios helados, piruletas y granizados diferentes. Cuando pregunté esto con los invitados me informaron que la señora que servía les daba a elegir. No cuestioné esto, ya que supuse que al ser una empresa que había tomado un pedido muy claro y como me habían dado un precio fijo por un servicio, el funcionario habría sido informado de los detalles de la reserva. Cuando volví afuera para ver a los invitados vi a la señora sirviendo ofrecerle un granizado a un niño indeciso. Me acerqué a pagar el saldo de £ 100 como se acordó y me sorprendió ver que el saldo había aumentado a £ 202. Cuando pregunté esto, la señora me dijo abiertamente que le habían dado instrucciones de “darles lo que pidan”. Luego me dieron el teléfono para hablar con alguien de Piccadilly Whip que era nada menos que grosero y condescendiente, incluso declarando que me había hecho un favor (a pesar del hecho de que mi reserva y depósito original fue tomado) por alguien que asistiera a la fiesta en absoluto, ya que en realidad estaban reservados.
