The most unorganised and chaotic place in St Pancras. Third time I tried this Joe & the juice, I kind of put the initial chaos down to it being busy but by the third time I tried it ( about a month later ) it was equally as chaotic and nowhere near as busy. 5-6 staff members flapping about at the back, taking 2 people to make one drink with nobody taking orders. Time is of the essence in train stations and nobody in this shop seems to understand that, waiting 10+ minutes to order for an overpriced coffee that tasted of dirt.

Tried this branch at St Pancras over a year ago now, thought it may have improved on the service and hygiene! Sadly not, still awful and kitchen looked chaotic. It's such a shame as most of your branches have happy staff..this one definitely needs a sprinkling of happiness and a sponge and a mop.Will not be returning.

On my morning of travel to Amsterdam, I decided to grab a croissant to have on the eurostar. I’ve never been here before and so didn’t know what to expect but the staff were very friendly and the croissants looked huge. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised; the pastry was flaky, buttery and tasty and so I would definitely come back.

Friday afternoon. I asked for a stress down with no ginger, was presented with a juice with ginger. Told the lady behind the counter. She was shocked and begrudgingly made another. The other member of staff said he had hers me ask for no ginger. It is only now that I have bad stomach pains that I realised she made the second juice from the silver dregs jug and not the usual machine with frozen blocks. I seriously believe this is the cause of my illness.

I've tried a smoothie here once and I really liked it. But when I got back considering getting another one I was told that they don't take orders because they have too much to do, in spite of being officially open... Just as I was reading the menu for future reference a member of staff asked me to give her way at the door, which I did but I didn't realise that she had a huge trolley full of rubbish, which doesn't allow for any customers while its being wheeled through the main door. While I was trying to work out what was happening the girl gave me a look of pure hatred to the point that it was disturbing. There seems to be some kind of adversarial stance towards customers here. Besides, to have such a loud and dirty trolley come through the main door while there are customers on the premises is really not nice. A fully unwelcoming picture and behaviours. I will give this particular branch a miss in future even though it is right next to my work. I agree with others that it looks dirty as well.

Very very slow service, no eye contact, and a seemingly filthy chaotic open kitchen. Quick wash of juicer using only water between orders of different juices…. Shocking really. Appreciate staff shortages but your prices are high but your standards sadly low.

Rude staff, slow service, and an open complaint from a staff member how she didn’t want to make the shake a customer had ordered. Not a single pleasantry. Juice is nice though.

Went to the one in at Pancras- the sandwich was ok but staff were pretty rude. Waited at the counter for a couple of mins - 3 girls saw me but stood chatting and didn’t acknowledge me - one was standing around eating a muffin with food hygiene gloves on - hope she changed them before preparing the food! after a while one girl came over to the counter - didn’t say hi or say anything just raised eyebrows to me waiting for me to say something. Then after, the girl who made my food brought it over to the counter put it down - no thank you, goodbye , eye contact anything - felt awkward in there!

So I popped in to get a juice. Third time lucky this week. The past two times, first it was closed and second time no juice. I use this branch very frequently. So I stood waiting for over 10 mins. 3 members of staff. I was not even acknowledged. One staff member making a juice, one on sandwiches one floating in and out. The sandwich girl then comes to the counter totally ignores me and serves a girl who literally just walked in. Seriously what is that. Honestly the shop is looking dirty. The staff is usually lovely but these 3 my god. Bad attitudes and not a good front for your business.

Love the menu selections, my son had a juice, I had a mocha ... but its just so slow. The staff seemed distracted, one on their phone, the other just needed a rocket up his jacksy! It's not as though they were busy. Coffee was good but WAY too hot for me, I burnt my tongue on the first sip and then set it aside for 10 minutes with no lid before I found it a comfortable temperature.

Called in for a drink whist waiting for our train - good service and decent coffee. I had a smoothie which was delicious.

Just called for drinks but the service was extremely slow...uncleared tables and the place was quiet..to be fair the coffee was ok but I’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

Paid 11.40 for a smoothie? Slow service and the smoothie was so sweet and lumpy! Shocking! How can a few apples strawberries and kiwi taste so gross?

I really want to like it...... But I can’t. First the basics. If you are going to sell tea, at least have white sugar available. This is a perfect example of people who haven’t got a clue what they are doing. It’s all very well saying that you are a healthy shop but suggesting brown sugar for tea....... Dirty heathens :-) Oh and there’s nothing healthy about sweeteners, if you want to go down that road. Staff are friendly but painfully slow. However if it’s snobby coffee you are after and the opportunity to pay over the top prices to be served by a flamboyant hipster, then this is definitely the place for you.

The problem with Joe & The Juice is that their staff are either really great or absolutely awful. This shop in King Cross is the latter. For a location in a train station they certainly don’t act like it, so slow and seem to want to do nothing but ignore customers trying to order. After being ignored for 10 minutes I walked out. Will not be visiting again.

Went in to buy a couple of drinks before the train. Place was empty. Waited ages, had to interrupt the two young people behind the counter (who were looking at something on a phone). Paid, and was then told they’d run out of what I’d ordered. Got a refund and left. Amazed places like this can get a franchise in such a prime spot. Makes me fear for the future of the service industry.

Quick coffee waiting for the Eurostar. Greeted by a friendly member of staff and the coffee was good. Music is very loud, more of a bar vibe than a café. The choice of music might not be to everyone's taste...the language is colourful!

I use this branch on a regular basis and the staff are consistently friendly! Amazing choice of juices/smoothies/coffees and the best homemade bran muffins EVER! Prince of Green or the AMG are my personal favourites!
