Costa Coffee in Merton

Place is alright, but over priced. They make drinks pretty fast and nice, One time I AMOST Burnt my self sadly, Over all staff and the place is pretty nice, will recommend coming here, will come here.

Came in here the other day ( Tuesday the 20th of April ) with my friends as we were playing mini golf and thought a nice iced coffee was needed after our game in the afternoon, so we popped into their costa with high hopes and only found our selfs with disappointment. Luckily i was served by a very nice young gentleman which made up for the horrid drink I was given by one of the girls who’s name badge I believe said Georgia or Georgette.. The only thing that made my Costa experience bearable was that young mans service behind the till. I wasn’t able to catch his name tag but he had long brown hair, very polite and professional. Other than that the atmosphere in that Costa is dim and depressing, it’s a golf place not a funereal. It’s meant to be cheery and jolly but it’s really not. The staff look like they don’t even want to be working there. Disappointing.

Dropped in here after playing a round of crazy golf that I also recommend (lots of fun). This Costa outlet is right next door and also has the view of the golf driving range. Coffee was quite good, the treats (biscuits, cakes etc) were the freshest I've ever had at any Costa, even though it was early evening. You can see the staff really take a sincere interest here. The premises were very clean, all tables clear and the floor spotless too. It had a nice atmosphere about it.
