Sorry but the mocha was just luke warm milk. Tasted of nothing so i paid for extra coffee and cocoa which your barista wasn’t happy about. Ended up chucking it. I rarely go to chains for coffee, this is one of the reasons why. All in all, rank and rude. (London strand branch)

I recently ordered food from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The bagel I received was not fresh and tasted unpleasant. It was far from what I expected and certainly not worth the price. I won’t be ordering from here again.

El peor trozo de vientre de cerdo, si es que alguna vez lo fue, lo he tenido. He estado en The Duke para un Sunday Roast varias veces, y no podía elogiar lo suficiente con los amigos lo bueno que era su vientre de cerdo y los recortes. Tanto yo como mi esposa no pudimos comer esta vez ya que estaba seco, sin piel crujiente y empapada... Mencionamos a la camarera que no era el vientre de cerdo habitual, pero ella solo contesta que siempre ha sido redondo y servido de esa manera. Aunque se notaba que no apreciábamos la carne, los recortes eran buenos, no ofrecían una alternativa ni daban una simple disculpa. Así que pagamos la factura completa con cargo por servicio incluido, No podíamos irnos lo suficientemente rápido, tal fue la decepción.

Nice to receive a coffee from a shop that hasn't leaked everywhere. Really impressed with the packaging and how the lids are tightly sealed. Will definitely order again from here.

Visited the King's Arms for lunch today and was rather disappointed. Although the soup of the day was really nice, the main was disappointing. Service was pretty poor, with the food taking ages to reach us from the kitchen and the staff on the 'phone for a long time when service was required. All in all disappointing and we should've gone to the local Wetherspoons, The Furz Wren, just up the road.
