We came as a family for the rugby. Staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered food for 9 people and the food came in good time and was delicious and hot. They serve a verity of food so everyone was happy. Highly recommend

They offer vegan food which is nice but they do not educate staff what it actually is. I have experienced it and also other friends receiving non vegan food which is not acceptable. You have to question why a meat sausage and bacon sandwich is cheaper than a standard vegan sausage sandwich minus any vegan bacon. Makes you question the quality of the meat food especially nowadays how cheap vegan food is!

Have eaten here a few times and also had takeaway. The food is cooked fresh to order with the rolls being warmed. The food is very good and we are always made welcome. There is limited seating Inside with a couple of tables outside!

Greeted by a pretty cold unfriendly receptionist. Was told we had to produce Id which was news to us. I asked if she wanted me to nip back home to Yorkshire to get it, that fell on deaf ears. I’m Quickly learning at this point not to try and lighten the mood with an attempt at a joke. Anyway luckily our son had a pic of my passport from a trip he’s organising. We went to our room which was a twin and looked more like the cleaning cupboard size wise. The beds and bedding were real comfortable 👍. The shower although powerful was a waste as the shower tray didn’t empty fast enough and would soon have overflowed. The room was generally tired and uninviting. May have to stay again when we visit friends as there isn’t an abundance of accommodation on Canvey. If there was we would use it. Sorry Oyster fleet, must try harder.

Boycotting store, no heating in cafe or store it has been like this for sometime, How can you expect paying customers and staff to function in such terrible conditions.

This is not for the cafeteria it’s for Morrisons hot food counter there’s only one Lady the lady with the glasses and the tattoos that’s really nice and the big fella that’s really nice and helpful. Apart from that you cannot get a sausage before 10 o’clock. They look like they don’t want to serve you and when you do ask for something they look unhappy, absolutely disgraceful

Run by the Salvation Army the cafe sits near the olympic cycle track. There are tables inside and some comfy sofas though there's no air conditioning so it can get very warm indoors. Wooden picnic tables outside have plenty of options for families with children and dog walkers. The menu is very limited, basically hot and cold drinks, breakfast rolls with a choice of bacon or sausage, pies, pasties, chips, sausage rolls, sandwiches and some pastries. The breakfast bundle is good value at £5 for a breakfast roll and any hot drink. The service is extremely slow but as there's only one pay serving and pay point it's down to the speed of the staff and the amount people are ordering. Between our party we had a steak pasty, a vegetarian pasty, chips and sausage in a roll. The pasties are a good size, chips were plentiful and there were two sausages in the bread roll. Pretty good value and everything tasted very good. I noticed a flyer advertising live music on some evenings with a £2 donation entry fee. I'd happily visit again as we weren't in a rush and enjoyed the lovely sunshine with our food and drinks. The coffee options were good quality.

Takeaway, food was missing, phones restaurant twice no answer left message no call back. Fries were soggy, chicken was ok, nothing special.
