The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Chatsworth Derbyshire Dales East Midlands

I had visited here last year with a friend when we were staying in Baslow for the Christmas Markets at Chatsworth. We loved our meal so much last year that we booked to come again. So glad we did. Delicious and imaginative food (especially when you're a veggie!). Amazing staff and lovely ambience. Great evening from start to finish. Thanks so much

Charlies food is very consistent. Gorgeous food freshly cooked, made with local ingredients. We went for a celebration lunch the food was exceptional so good we are returning again soon

We were blown away by the kitchen table experience, a seven course tasting menu served in the kitchen environment. The service was second to none, from our greeting in the lounge, Adam looked after us all evening, with a fantastic knowledge of wine pairings served with each dish. The menu itself was incredible, we loved every single dish, highlights included the beetroot tartare, the halibut and the venison. Being able to watch the chefs work and interact with them made the dishes even more enjoyable as it's clear the team are really passionate about their menu. Thank you Greg, Matt, Charlie, Ewan, Ross and team for creating a magical evening for us, particularly Ewan who is the magician of the culinary world. What a talented team of chefs, thank you for letting us experience a memorable birthday meal. We will happily come back to eat in the restaurant which looked like a lovely atmosphere too.

Waited 25 minutes for two light breakfasts. They arrived on plates swimming with grease, the mushrooms were cold and much of the rest luke warm at best.The staff seemed to loiter about with no sense of urgency and some staff training would'nt come amiss. The whole set up for ordering and serving hot food badly needs reviewing. A very poor Chatsworth experience not to be repeated.

Visited today for coffee and lunch with my husband and dog. We were shown to a table in the side room which is dog friendly and it was fine, if compact. We had a toasted sandwich and a normal sandwich. The bread was fresh, plenty of cheese filling but would have liked more ham too. Nice side salad to accompany the plates. However no salt or pepper on any of the tables and no-one asked if we wanted anything or how our meals were. Coffees were fine.What I don't understand is why a family of 4 without a dog were showed into the same area rather than the other side of the cafe, so it did get very claustrophobic.

A lovely visit to the Devonshire Arms. A really lovely atmosphere with tasty food - the best of our visit. Lots of choice, and lovely staff too. They had ran out of all chicken dishes which was a shame but still plenty to pick from. Great location with free parking and dog friendly, definitely recommend!
