Visited this hidden gem while our Grandson was having swimming lessons. What a find, being inside a large gym it was extremely unlikely that I’d ever stumble across it. I’m glad I know it’s here now. The cheesecake was to die for as was the Victoria sponge that my wife had. All homemade on the premises by the very friendly guy who looked after us. I suppose if you really thought it necessary you could go and work it all off in the gym. I preferred to sit comfortably in the lovely spacious cafe though and let it all settle gently. I’m definitely going to come back and try the breakfast!

Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The owners accommodated us with two small babies during a rain storm. My older daughter is milk an d wheat intolerant and always finds it difficult to find somewhere to eat, the second daughter is vegetarian, so you can imagined the difficult logistics; plus two babies to feed. The owners went to great lengths to help her; it was delicious. They put together two tables to help us and it was so good, we came back especially 2 days later. This is a perfect example of a small family run business offering a better and more personal service than the big chain cafes and succeeding. The staff hee are always happy to help and are a great group. The stock they have is great and good value. They have a solid selection of board games to play while you eat or drink. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants somewhere to chill with mates or family

Got introduced to this absolute gem of a café by my dad, went for lunch last week and was not disappointed. Incredible food with massive portions for a very reasonable price, staff greeted us through the door, were very polite and kept the place looking fantastic. If you're short on places to go for a great meal, then you're missing out on the best café in Hoddesdon.

Would recommend this place, food and presentation very good with friendly and helpful staff. The outside is attractive and welcoming , the inside is attractive comfortable and clean

Would say that this restaurant is a rather different place on Match Days but I avoid them & really enjoy meals there. A special meal for pensioners is a really welcome. Children seem to be welcome.

Fantastic fast service. gets busy at lunchtimes. not just fried food does great salad stuff that fills you in decent quantities.

We went here for a coffee and ended up having one off their excellent scones. Tea was a little weak, but then I like strong tea, coffee was very good. Cakes looked lovely and fresh They also do sandwiches cooked breakfast soup. what I saw off it all looked very fresh and well presented. Staff were a little slow in making drinks so dont go if you are in a rush. Just enjoy the place. It was not nosisy.

So happy I discovered this place, possibly the best BLT I have had & they do a good job with the coffee too. Super lovely staff! They have a nice selection of what look like home made cakes etc, will be trying on my next visit.

Llamado para algunos alimentos y quedé muy satisfecho... gran porción y no podía creer lo barato que vinieron todos.. poco cansados en la decoración, pero un pub muy agradable con buena comida ☺

Wow, what a great neighbourhood cafe in Bow - fabulous quality coffee - tried both the flat white and cappucino - really good. Such a friendly and relaxed place, decided to try their avo toast .... really great too. Definitely recommend!

Small traditional pub with friendly locals and walkers Music at weekends, open mic and quiz nights. Good food based in garden put you can eat meal in pub . Good for watching football as most people enjoy it without the usual macho tribal rubbish
