We have just returned from a long weekend here and it was brilliant Debbie & Steve both very attentative, the accommodation, they even gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco each on our anniversary. Selkies was just what we needed, a spacious, clean and tidy room with en-suite to sleep at night. We also met Alban one of the barmen and he was just as great as the owners. The food was delicious, seriously recommend the cheese board platter, halloumi and the garlic mushrooms. We will definitely be returning in the very near future.

Lovely food, well presented, good value for money-Staff lovely and friendly. Can’t wait for the summer weather-will be a lovely spot!

We had a lovely afternoon tea in the garden at Hillside on Tuesday 27th August. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming and provided a selection of sandwiches, fruit scones and cream, and a selection of cakes. It was hard to choose what to have first, coffe and walnut cake, Victoria sandwich, red velvet or chocolate fudge cake. We chose to stick with the usual tea but could have had other teas or coffee. Really good coffee and breakfast bagel at reasonable price with great service. A little gem tucked away on the way into the city.

El personal era encantador y atento, la dueña es Lisa, pero no estaba en ese día, sin embargo, su personal hizo muy bien y nos proporcionó una comida encantadora y un servicio fantástico. Only popped in for a lunchtime coffee and decided to upgrade to lunch. Food was made with passion and pride by the owner. We had Arancini and the pistachio tiramisu. The service was excellent and made for a memorable trip. I’ll be sure to visit again.

Today we had a civil marriage lunch for 10 people at this restaurant it was amazing food and service! High recommendation.

Yet again a great 2 night stay here- can’t fault it- fab service - great food and even better customer service - again !!!! Went above n beyond great customer service - for our 2 night itison deal - for our anniversary - had flowers sent there and Grant dealt with it all fab !! Put flowers in our delux double room and fab superior king size bed - yet again all fab service with smiles from Grant and Sophie and Emma too and all other staff too - highly recommend this place and everything with it ! Will deffo be back - one of our top favourites……

We booked lunch for a large group in October, and Helen was fantastic at liaising with us about our menu choices. The food was delicious - fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the spacious dining area and the views, and really appreciated the warm welcome of Helen and her staff. I definitely recommend eating here if you're on Mull!
