A lovely little impromptu find on a wet day. So friendly and helpful choosing our wine tasters. Nice wine selection and games to pass the time. Tasters were excellent value for money. Dog friendly too and the little dog treats were a lovely gesture. Highly recommend. Only wish we could have spent longer there.

Fantastic evening at Flinders. Cheese board was amazing (artisan cheese, bread, olives, sun dried tomatoes etc) - we shared one between 2 - and an owner who was passionate about wine. It is a quirky little place but that adds to its charm. It was quiet when we visited and if I hadn’t read all the 5* reviews that may have put us off initially, but we were glad we went in. If you are after a drink and some nibbles give Flinders a try!

This is a wonderful little gem of a wine bar. Kat was so friendly and helpful. Cheeseboard was outstanding and white port and tonic was a delicious blast from the past! Would recommend everyone to visit

Great selection of wines and a chilled atmosphere, for a smaller venue it wasn’t cramped either. Will definitely be returning!

Found a gem excellent cheese board totally underpriced. Chose a Rose from South Africa and it didn’t disappoint. Support a local business every time.

Popped in for a lovely cheeseboard and wine at lunch time. Excellent choice of wines and we were given advice and samples before choosing. A warm and friendly welcome and full of local knowledge. Children were made to feel very welcome and there were games to keep them entertained. They even kindly let the kids get some chips from next door and bring them in. 100% recommended.

We attended a wine tasting event here and it was fantastic! Matt and Kat know their wines and it was a great night all around. The atmosphere was fantastic & we loved the little cheese / meat platters. I highly recommend going here for the evening or even to try a different wine! You won’t be disappointed.

Brilliant little wine bar offering a small but select (and very good) wine selections. It was a massive bonus that it was dog friendly and the owner was very attentive and aware of our dog. We went for a glass or two but left with after sampling a couple of bottles and a cheese board. The music was brilliant and was of our era (we are in our 50’s). Did we enjoy it! Well we are looking at places to retire too and the GF basically said she would come here just for this wine bar! Enough said!

My wife spotted the sign on Bridge Street which said it was a very dog friendly wine bar so we had to pop in for a look. We were warmly welcomed, as were the dogs, and we were given a recommendation of wine which we went with and really enjoyed. If we hadn’t already eaten we would have tried the cheese board too as it looked very good. We will definitely be back again when we visit Berwick.

Stumbled across this place whilst going for a wonder on a trip to Berwick. It has a great atmosphere, extensive list of many drinks on offer, very very reasonable prices and fab service. Highly recommend a visit

A wonderful bottle of wine with the best music and aesthetically beautiful surroundings. A really super cheese board … but with lots of extras such as fresh bread, biscuits, sun dried tomatoes, balsamic onions and chutneys etc. excellent value and you don’t need to book. Candlelight on a dreary night - a welcome refuge.

I stumbled upon this little hidden gem of a wine bar while walking up the steep slope in West Street. Excellent range of very nice wines and spirits, comfortable surroundings, friendly customers, and very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Highly recommended.

We have spent a very special evening at Flinders Wine Bar and not only enjoyed the carefully chosen wnite wine but also non alcoholic drinks. The room is well furnished and the paintings are very well chosen. You feel immediately at home in this very cosy atmosphere! Edith, Silvia and Esther, Zurich/Switzerland

The postal address had a Morpeth post town, even though it is close to Amble. Finding it with the aid of a satnav was essential. A lovely sunny day and the field out front was very busy. All sorts were there, a food concession was selling pizza. The beer was varied, but great. Just a pity i was driving, no carry out bright beer is available. Only in cans. Such a shame, would have loved to taken away some of their heavier beer approx 6% ABV Staff were friendly and the interior accommodation was good.

Me and the wife visited here for a full English breakfast , and I must say it’s one of the best I’ve had , food very fresh and hot , caramel latte best ever, and the staff very friendly . Highly recommend, free car park at the rear.

This place is a totally fantastic! Do not miss out on the 'Kipper in a Bun'. I wavered, and thought to maybe have a 'Banger in a Bun' although was so glad I went with the Kipper. Perfectly cooked Kippers, Lemon mayonnaise, in a soft white roll eaten on the beach was just divine. Wife's comments were 'That was Lush!'. Great friendly service and all locally sourced delicious produce. Even the coffee was from Holly Island! All in a free car park!
