Burrito was good deal for money with a generous filling. quesadilla tasted fresh and the staff were very upbeat. Shoutout to Miguel the manager who was very friendly.

Better than expected, booked a table for 12 adults, the table was taken customers had to be moved to accommodate us. A choice of red or white wine . The cocktails were ok. The food was surprisingly good . Not sure about the hygiene as the glasses stuck to the table. It was busy on Friday night .

This place in my mind is the best place to eat at centreparcs sherwood forest. Menu is different and tasty. All the restaurants are pricey and portions on the small side but I really enjoyed what I had. Wife had the chilli which was extremely nice.

Jaanika gave us the most wonderful service, especially considering that i am diabetic. The food was great but the service was better! I do however feel that you should revise your company policy when it comes to tips because i wanted to give her a personal tip for her outstanding service.

We came in for lunch recently and sat outside. The food itself was great but what let our experience down was the customer service. We had two servers and one was very attentive and friendly but the other was abrupt and unwelcoming. We felt rushed to order and also rushed to leave as they were quick to clear our table and lingered with a cloth and spray until we left. A shame considering the food was lovely, a menu we would be happy to go back and try other food and drink items with the garden having massive potential in warm summer evenings. However, the standard of customer service would make us reconsider.

El terrible servicio al cliente después del pesebre me prometió un reembolso de 60 por un boleto de Nochevieja que incluye cena y bebidas, pero cuando llegué allí la comida y los cócteles se habían ido, 3 meses más tarde después de ser transmitidos de persona a persona con el reembolso, recibo una llamada telefónica diciéndome que deje de buscar el reembolso, ya que no me van a devolver el dinero. Wir waren heute spontan im Restaurant und haben ein gutes Essen bekommen. Am Terminal kann man hier seine Bestellung aufgeben, genau wie man es von Mc Donalds kennt. Alles easy Zahlung leider nur mit Karte Das Essen wird frisch in die Box geworfen. Ja geworfen oder auch geklatscht… Dabei macht es keinen Unterschied ob man M oder L bestellt, die Box bekommt genau den gleichen Inhalt … sehr schade ☹️ Geschmacklich ist das Essen gut 😌

This restaurant doesn’t exist in Whitley bay anymore.. trip advisor needs updating or something. I just phoned up and booked a table but arrived to a non existent restaurant (the place I spoke to was in South Shields)

Restaurant has closed down - and replaced with a Thai restaurant of similar quality Thankfully Eltham's food culture will not suffer as a result of its demise!

Not my usual type of restaurant. Which reaffirmed why I don’t eat in places like this. Food was warm but massively underwhelming. I’m surprised that a brand can take such a traditionally tasty and flavoursome food and make it so bland. At £10 for a medium burrito with guacamole that was predominately rice, Tortilla needs to do better otherwise it will end up like every other awful branded operation in the UK. Service was meh as well. Machine like with zero personality.

First time at Franks. Nice décor and warm welcome from the young waitresses. Early Saturday evening was busy and rather loud, with a birthday celebration in full swing on another table. Consequently, our two-couple conversation was rather hard to hear. Maybe, not the venue for an intimate meal then? The food was really tasty, but the tapas style menu was not to my liking and rather disjointed. Gotta be honest, call me old fashioned, but I prefer a formal Starter, Main & Desert layout. I had two Sol beers, but the remaining three only drank water. Consequently, the £190 bill, for what was essentially a selection of Starters did seem rather exorbitant! Maybe, more akin to a younger clientele, especially if in a group of mates and dates and friends...but we won't be rushing back!

There menu for Scenic Ridge Pinot Grigio says 12.5per cent ABV and when it arrives with a delivery it's only 11per cent They then have the cheek to charge you the same and no apologies

Just had lunch with a friend this afternoon. Atmosphere wasn't enjoyable - the only person who was beyond kind and helpful was Aky. There was an issue with my order from another staff member, and Aky was kind enough to help resolve it - much to the dismay from the other staff members.
