The only reason this has 1 star is due to the horrible service I received. I came with a reservation and was laughed at because they were extremely busy. The reservation clearly meant nothing to them and they did randomly seated people they saw. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated and 1 hour and a half for our food and drinks. Albeit the food was great, the appalling service overshadowed the experience. Donât bother going when it is busy.

La Pasticceria EL&London Ăš un vero gioiello per i golosi. L'atmosfera Ăš accogliente e raffinata, perfetta per concedersi una pausa di dolcezza. ÂżCĂłmo se mantiene este restaurante en el negocio? Casi caminamos por lo que parece tan deteriorado - y deberĂamos haberlo hecho. Se pidiĂł un gin tonic -venĂa sin gin tonic- solo agua de soda. Solo el precio del gin tonic era correcto! Se supone que las comidas de tagine vienen con verduras y tienes media papa y dos rodajas de zanahoria. El personal no es alĂ©rgico. Sobreprecio, bajo entrega. No te acerques.

The eatery was virtually empty at 3:00 pm. We were seated promptly but was left waiting for over 30 mins. No one came over to take our order. The kitchen lights were soo dim, that you would question if it was the front of house staff were warming up the tapas on top of their front of house responsibilities. After 40 mins of waiting and hearing a lady complain about the food being tepid we left. Iâll be sticking with the branch at Bluewater.

First time visiting london, i visited this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great ngl !! And a big thanks to the servers they were truly nice especially the moroccan guy Houssam, was kind and helpful đ«¶đ» Great place đ«¶đ»

Weâve eaten here a few times over the past few months. Itâs always been disorganised, but the food has made up for it. Last night - Saturday- was disastrous. There appeared to be only two members of staff working in the restaurant, which was virtually full. We (a family of four) sat down to eat at 5.45pm. Even checking in was a struggle. The desk wasnât manned, staff literally running from bar to restaurant. Another couple also waiting to be seated said âthis doesnât bode wellâ. We managed to order reasonably quickly. There were several large tables and (apparently) two functions. The starters of two garlic breads came fairly promptly, but were soggy and undercooked. Our mains were sat at the restaurant pass for some time, under heat lamps. My fish and chips was cold and the chips inedible. My sonâs sausages were also cold and his chips inedible. There was no check back by staff - they simply didnât have time - so we left most of our food. Itâs such a shame that Oakman havenât staffed the Woburn properly. Itâs a great venue in a great village, but it will be a long time before we go again. Ironically they emailed a survey request to my husband this morning âtell us about your visit!â From past experience, this is futile.
