EL&N London in Kensington and Chelsea

Esperé 30 minutos solo para llamar la atención del personal. Sus menús digitales no funcionan (escaneo a pedido y las pantallas digitales que tenían físicamente en las mesas) Esperando otros 25 + minutos para dos rebanadas de pastel que estaba listo para ir justo en frente de la tienda. El pastel nunca vino. Nos fuimos. Ningún empleado se dio cuenta. ¿WTF?

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at El&N. The service was appalling from the moment we arrived. Despite the establishment not being so busy, we were left waiting over 25 minutes to be seated. I ordered a vanilla milk, a s'more hot chocolate, and a classic hot chocolate. To begin with, the milk cake was served on a broken plate, with a large chip off the corner. I had to bring this to the staff's attention. It was particularly surprising that the staff serving the milk cake did not seem to be concerned about basic health and safety standards. Serving food on a broken plate with a large chip, coupled with the lack of milk in the cake, demonstrated a complete disregard for the well-being of customers. This neglectful attitude further added to the disappointment of an already frustrating experience. Additionally, the milk cake itself was dry and completely devoid of milk, making it incredibly disappointing. The classic hot chocolate was nothing more than cold milk, which was unacceptable. Overall, the quality of both the food and drinks was far below expectations. To make matters worse, the ladies' restroom was absolutely disgusting. The bin was overflowing with tissues, there was urine on the floor and the seat, and there was no soap available. The cleanliness was appalling. The condition of the restroom was utterly shocking. It felt more like a public restroom than the facility of a well-known restaurant or dessert shop. The staff appeared more focused on conversing with one another rather than attending to customers, which contributed to the overall negative experience. This poor standard of service, hygiene, and food quality has left me with a lasting bad impression of El&N. Regrettably, I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting. This was a complete waste of money and a disappointing experience all around.

Just popped in for some cake and a drink but won’t be going again. The service was slow and really poor. We ordered s’mores hot chocolates which took ages to arrive and didn’t have any marshmallows. (That’s the whole point of a s’mores hot chocolate!) We were never told that they had run out of marshmallows, and the manager copped an attitude about it after we complained. It also took ages to get our bill, and we could hear other customers having issues and complaining too. It’s really not worth going there anymore.

Might be a little in the pricey side but the food was good and the canes were delicious. Lola, who served us was super lovely.

Service and food Presentation was a let down: When we were seated, we were asked if we wanted water. The water never appeared. I chose the lotus banana French toast…..the presentation was appalling as the photo shows! We’ve been before and the food was well presented last time. My daughter’s meal was forgotten. I asked twice. In the end it arrived about 15 minutes after my meal. I overheard the people next to us ask the waitress for the service charge to be removed from their bill. The waitress disappeared and came back with the manager who asked them in a loud voice why they were removing the service charge. I thought this was so rude and embarrassing to question someone like that (the person said it was because their drinks got forgotten and the manager scuttled away).

One of the pretties cafe in London and other Elan cafes as well. I would definitely recommend going to have a nice drinks or lunch with friends or family, but not so often since the food and drinks are pricey.

Stopped by on the way to Hyde Park and was served by Tabira. She was the absolute sweetest and made our day! I ordered a spiced chai latte to go and a rolled pistachio croissant. The spiced chai was perfect on a chilly day

Situé juste en face de harrods, le lieu est vraiment mignon. Vous êtes très bien accueilli. Nous avons été à deux reprises, une fois pour le gouté et une autre pour le déjeuné. A chaque fois, notre serveuse a été adorable (une jeune femme, pas très grande) est d'une vraie douceur. L'ambiance est très sympa et la nourriture est vraiment pas mal.

Very poor service. Whilst waiting to be served, I noticed some ants crawling over some cakes. I brought this to the attention of a staff member who said speak to someone else. The next person brushed it off as she thought they were flies! The ants were crawling into the cakes leaving goodnes knows what.

Fun looking place. Good selection. Service a little slow but friendly enough. Food was good. Nice place to sit and people watch on a warm day

Pink decor, beautifully presented food and drinks and friendly staff. Could do with a revamp of some of the leather chairs as they were broken/ripped/faded but can’t fault the service and food.

Terrible service received from the waiting staff today. Definitely the worst branch we’ve experienced of this restaurant.

Popped into EL&N to get a bite to eat and a cup of tea and they didn’t disappoint! Our server Aliyah was fantastic and attentive. The food was delicious and the tea was just what I needed. The ambience of the restaurant was a whole vibe. I definitely plan to visit again!

Fui atendida pelo Adham e pela Momo. Tivemos um atendimento muito cordial, e cuidadoso e foram muito queridos . O red velvet estava divinal.

We had an incredible experience here. i am celebrating eid with my mum and my brother and we came for afternoon tea and cake. our servers Nikita and Thiery provided incredible service. The atmosphere was great. Nice music and overall a very pleasant experience! will definitely be back again. thank you !

i ate breakfast with my mom in this gorgeous place and it was absolutely delicious ! the team member Chechey was the sweetest ! i really recommend it !

Fabulous lunch with very generous portions. Great menu with excellent service. Cakes looked delicious but we couldn’t manage a dessert! Coffee was really lovely. All other customers seemed similarly impressed and staff were thoughtful and attentive. Will go back. Went there because too busy in Harrods café and would have been happy to have eaten their food in Harrods. Will go back.

We were exited to try the EL&N in Birmingham after visiting the London cafes. We were not disappointed with the beautiful setting aspect of the pretty dining experience. From the warm welcome by the hostess and wait team to the exquisite quality of the food, every detail is carefully curated with a sprinkle of pink passion! We had the full English and our eggs were poached perfectly. The attentive and welcoming kindness from Jaspreet set the tone for a memorable visit. It was very busy but she ensured that we felt valued and appreciated from the moment of arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and genuine care and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that cemented we return to EL&N and try more of what is on their menu!

Catena di pasticcerie dislocate in vari punti di Londra con location molto scenografiche. Dolci molto belli a vedersi ma un po' meno nel gusto, quasi tutti uguali. Personale disponbile ed efficiente. Consigliato per una pausa caffè saltuaria.

No welcome or interaction ,staff didn’t hesitate to bump you out of the way whilst looking at the cakes as we waited to be seated. Coffee was mediocre nothing special at all

Visited here today, the manager is unfriendly, cold and rude. She made me wait unnecessarily long for an almond croissant to be bagged even though she was dealing with me first she served over customers before attending to me. Other staff who were trying to be friendly she was rude to. The lady behind the counter had finished making my latte yet I had to stand waiting for her to put the croissant in the bag. She didn’t say thank you for my custom. Turns out she gave me a stale croissant which I had to bin. Based on this experience wouldn’t reccomend or be returning. She’s awful

GO TO LET’O The Coffee in this place sucks!!!!!! That “flat white” is not even close to what is an actual flat white coffee!! Awful! Do not go to Elen GO TO LET’O !!! They will make you really nice flat white that actually tastes like a coffee.

I was there yesterday and a manger of the team was a little bit rude but the manager on the flor Thierry was very friendly and squash the problem. The vibe is so nice ! Very good products

Had a really good time at this cafe. Have been to others before but this was much better. Food and drink was great but my friend was a bit disappointed with her bagel. The service was as good as they could do it because it was SO busy and I really felt for them! They were working hard. Would go back! Definitely get the pistachio croissant

Spotted this shop when visiting Harrods it looked so inviting I had to try these cakes. They were delicious.

Looks inviting …. Save yourself the bother . Service … Dreadful . Ambience … could they possibly cram any more tables in to the place ? Poor. Very poor.
