The Best Kebab in Barnet

The food was cooked very badly and it’s not fresh. My lamp chops was not included in the order. And I’m not a happy customer. Not going to order again from here. The food has no taste. I should get a refund. But they refused. I don’t web the food. My dog wouldn’t even eat this.

My go to place when I fancy a kebab, always fresh tasty and large portions! Very reasonably priced

The sausages were under cooked had to put them in the oven for extra time. Kebab was greasy

Wish they payed more attention to the order. On a number of occasions they have failed, such as salad or cheese on the order when it’s not requested.

Usually have had good experiences previously this time ordered a kebab with salad and no sauce but received just kofte kebab in a pitta bread no salad? Hoping just a mistake

Really speedy delivery (15min early). Although for the price and name XL Donner I expected slightly larger. Still I ate and it was ok but nothing to be blown away. They have 3 different sizes of doner - I took the largest and was just ok so I pity the fool who got the small one 🤣 On top of cheap foam packing, lack of any deals but quick delivery. Not enough for £27 order guys. Sorry 🤷‍♂️

Food was cold the bread was wet and was poor quality very disappointed as we always order from there and the food is gud when they can be bothered I spent 25 pound for cold food I could have made a cold salad

Booked delivery for 23:05 delivery was almost an hour earlier and because I was on my way home from work a family member took the delivery but the good was cold by the time I was able to get home to eat it. I called the restaurant to request that they redo the order but they refused

The food quality was so awful. The mixed doner meat was dry and salty. The pita bread was hard to bite. The chicken wings was over fried. None of the things I ordered doesn’t have a problem. I only finished half of it.

Decent quality food but how they can claim this as 'Extra large' is beyond me, if this is what the boss classes as big I feel bad for his wife

food was banging! The Lamb shish wrap I ordered was on point and was good on size, even for medium. The Burger I got on the side was also awesome and still tasted fresh and not dry when I ate it in the morning, since the bun was fresh :D

This was my first time using The Best Pizza & Kebab house and you can rest assured it will most definitely be my last. The mixed doner kebab cost £9.40 and for that, I received a quite bland and forgettable kebab. It was accompanied by a portion of overcooked fries to help seal the deal.

The meat was tasty, the salad lacked more vegetables, I have reservations about the sauce, because I did not get any sauce in my food, the tortilla was not rolled up to the end, the food was cold

The mushrooms were so mushy & so salty. The chicken was so salty that I had to bin it. Sad because the only, main problem with this order is the salt.. Way way way too much.. Sorry but I can never order from them again..

Very ,very nice thank you not too greasy ,just right for our taste i would rather have the sauce on the side in a separate container and the bread and salad separate as well,but the quality was great and we really enjoyed it,thank you.

Driver doesn’t speak/understand English, he wanted to take our order back while he was standing in front of our building, just he didn’t know which is his left hand so he could find his way to the entrance door of the building. Though we have received approx. 100 deliveries (including from your restaurant) without any problem, driver kept blaming me that I gave incorrect address. Please work with polite, English speaker drivers who know what left and right means.

The burger was burned and the bun was soggy. The kebab was drenched in sauce and salad with hardly any meat.

The spicy chicken wings that i worderd were not spicy at all, and they were fried in old black oil, beacuse they had that burn oil taste.

Order arrived over an hour early from requested time, delivery driver called manager(?) who said he didn’t care. The delivery driver was great however and took the order and returned at the requested time with fresh food. Doner kebab was poor, chips were nice

Definitely the best kebab shop in the area. Always tastes really nice and the salad is always fresh. The cheesy chips are really nice too. Delivery is always very fast. They always make the kebab how I like following order notes correctly with my extra onions and pickles.

You can’t get better than a kebab from The Best - we’d never go anywhere else.

Great good. Missing bottle of Diet Coke, the driver went out of his way and went to a convenience store round the corner and came with a bottle! Well played sir!

I have been using this kebab shop since the day it opened almost 20 years ago, never been disappointed despite the numerous ownership changes. The food is fresh, well cooked and well seasoned.

The lamb shish was very rubbery. Chips very dry. Donors were lovely.

The chips were well-cooked, but the kebab, around half of it that is, not only smelt like manure, it downright tasted like it. Very disappointed as it's usually high-quality.

Food was nice , however the taramaslata turned out to be humus , so a waste of over £3. We dont eat humus so it went in the bin.

vegetarian pizza so delicious 😋 but pepperoni sorry it was not possible to eat.... so dry and so less pepperoni like for double pepperoni and cheese pizza and also very less tomato sauce 😭😭😭

The food was freezing which makes no sense as I live round the corner and I've ordered from here numerous times before and is usually fine. we phoned up and the restaurant was happy to resend the food but when it got here it was exactly as cold as it was the first I was extremely unhappy this time round and it will be a long while before I decided to order from here again .

thought i was going to dislike this but couldn't have been more wrong, best chicken wings i've had for a long time and the pizza was laden with toppings. i also got a bottle of coke when i only ordered a can so i was very happy

Your average kebab! Would be nicer if the meat was put inside the pitta bread and not just on top.

Terrible service and food. My order arrived over 30 minutes late and on arrival the food was cold (bearing in mind the takeaway is about 5 minutes drive down the road). I made 3 phonecalls to the restaurant and not once was it answered. The mushrooms were undercooked, sloppy and had leaked all over everything in the bag. The chips were cold and soggy from condensation. The chicken burger was alright but nothing special and guess what... Cold! Oh and to top it off, my bottle of Fanta wasn't too be seen any where. I have made a complaint and am expecting a full refund for this appalling experience.

Meal came just as i ordered and the delivery was faster than advertised. My order notes were also followed and deliver driver arrived in friendly manner despite the rain.

Extremely easy to order and my meal was ready for collection. Only on arrival home did I realise there was an item missing from my order (pitta bread). However, this was the first time something had been left out and the rest of the meal was, as always, excellent.

Order arrived quickly and was hot and well made. Service was friendly. The cheesecake did get a bit smashed up in the box - I imagine it fell over - but was still good. I always appreciate a pizza with a decent amount of cheese on it!

Very disappointed, the food was of an abysmal quality, the doner tasted off and the chips tasted like they were microwaved, the driver also rang the bell at a very late hour where he should have called me just by using common sense. I would like a refund of my order as soon as possible, this is not acceptable. Jacob Granger
