Unfortunately the food wasnt great and was overpriced for what it was. The shisha was decent and we got regular coal changes. The toilets are situated in Boga steak house next door, these were the most weirdest toilets ever, with no locks and in 2/3 of the stalls the door could not shut. In the one stall that the door could shut, the light did not work. Friendly and lovely staff, 10/10 service very welcoming! just a shame about the other things.

The food is very expensive, the food took ages to arrive and was over cooked lamb. The lounge REGULARLY gets full of loud/roudy hood rats/wannabe gangsters which sell drugs on the premises, which means the atmosphere is not good at all for a good relaxing time. I would not recommend it.

Had a big party today and reserved at cielo which was relatively easy to do. Had a wonderful time with friends, good food, good music and just a lovely comfortable place to be. I must give a 5 star review for the waiters and the manager . A young gentleman in particular who sat us down (rize i think his name was) and a lovely young lady and another male who i have forgotten the name of. Overall cosy atmosphere and a lovely place to be, the staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel at home

Went for a friend's bday dinner. Very slow service + food delivery to table despite being the only ones in the restaurant. Servers didn't know what they were doing. Didn't collect menus after ordering so no space for food on the table. Didn't inform us if the multiply ordered strawberry daquiris had alcohol or not, and alcohol drinkers were given non-alcoholic DAQUIRIS instead and so they started to drink unknowingly. When realised, the waiter offered to switch straws and give the non-alcohol person the half drunk drink. Was so appalled, imagine the unprofessionalism! Didn't give us an option to pay for what we individually ate, we had to split the bill equally despite some eating up to £49 and others £24. So silly, would not reccommend!!! No dancers like advertised. Made us control the music playing. Lamb chops were dry. No option of how well done we wanted it to be. Steak was also dry. Calamari was not good. Only got 1 star as the daquiri was nice. Sorry to be a karen, but i dont want anyone's day the be ruined by this place. Go to a different restaurant!!!!

Parking outside gets you a £100 parking fine even though the "owner" assured me it was safe to park outside. Disgusting, first and last time I will ever visit.

Took a group of around 20 people for birthday celebrations. The staff treated us exceptionally well and we were given the VIP area / re assurance about parking outside. Shame there was no shisha due to licensing issues but we were made aware of this well in advance. The atmosphere was great, the music not too loud and the drinks were strong. The food was great and we did not get a single complaint from anybody in our group. I highly recommend this place for people looking for a nice place to enjoy a meal and drinks as the vibes are still there without shisha. Can expect to see us again.

Poor service and discrimintaed. We were not felt welcomed as it was Sunday and it wasn’t busy but there was no willing to take order for 15 mins. Every time we had to order or ask, we had to nudge as the staff didn’t bother. We wouldn’t be visiting again. They charge service charge too despite poor service. Very unprofessional

Good local place with good drink options and music from dj. Great lively atmosphere and comfortable sofas. The place is good to chill for at the shisha bar.

Excellent service, good food however the fresh juices I would not recommend, very nice Shisha, only thing I would say is the music isn’t that great- but I visited on a Tuesday evening so I understand it wasn’t that busy

Got ripped off here last night, was charged £86 for 4 cocktails and shisha. Should have been £57. What a liberty !!!! Taken advantage.

The Hoshi and the rest of the staff at Cielo were friendly and the food was nice. We had Steamed Sea Bass and Roast Lamb. Both meals tasted good.

I had the best night with my friends the other day it’s the perfect spot with delicious food and the best shisha. The best part was the staff their patience with us we were a big group with different tastes and requests but the staff handled it amazing. Especially Susannah, Hocine and Haniy a massive thank you to this three for the outstanding service and understanding they had with no hesitation to fulfil all of our requests. Definitely will go back again soon.

Great place to go with friends or your partner. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good and priced fairly and the shisha is always the best! Shout out to Hoshi who makes every visit a great experience. If you go Saturday you’ll see his traditional dancing, he knows how to work a crowd!

Went to the cielo parlor today for a Turkish breakfast 😍😍 and i can honestly say it was absolutely delicious. It really reminded me of home, the way the food was all laid out and displayed, you had a choice of all different sweet and savoury options, real authentic Turkish breakfast, Served with Turkish tea. The taste of the fresh bread was Divine. 🍞 Will definitely be back for more.

Ordered drinks , they kept forgetting the order throughout the eveninh. Toilets were not clean . Atmosphere is great though , music was really good too .

Had a lovely evening there was a such a nice atmosphere the staff was amazing let us set for my friends bridal shower didn’t mind us at all the food and shisha was amazing and the vibes was perfect and defo made it an evening to remember thank you to hossain and the rest of the staff for looking after us so well would defo recommend booking and visiting the place

There are couple of things I am going to point out here based on my own experience in there: • In their Cielo Turkish Serpme Breakfast menu, it is mentioned that "14 per person between a minimum of two people" even though we were three and we clearly asked for an extra plate but still everything in that breakfast came for two people which we had to ask them to bring us more food for the 3rd person as well! •The fried eggs were covered with too much oil which we had to use tissues to absorb the most of it! •The fruit plate came along with the breakfast was unwashed and some raspberries were completely squashed and not eatable at all..also the strawberries and raspberries had black spots on them which we had to return and ask them to change the fuit plate as well! •We also have ordered a refilling tea pot for 3 people but it did not come with a candle or any sort of heater to keep it warm and when we asked them to reheat the tea for us unfortunately they replied that it is impossible and instead of that we could order another pot of tea! •Another thing which could be fixed is that they do not provide tap water for customers and instead they sell bottles, even I mentioned that I personally have issues with mineral water they still brought me bottle of water! • The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff members were excellent and they tried their best to keep us happy.

Friendly Staff. Tasty Food. Accessible place. This is our second time here. We got same service like our first time around a week ago. By far this is our fave go to places for breakfast/brunch If you wanna meet friends/family, you can bring them here. Very nice ambience. We don't mind going back every atleast once a week😊

Went for the breakfast launch. Piss poor service and the staff don't care if you aren't being seen to or if you're unhappy. Waited over 2 hours for a very small order which was way below average with items missing.We had to chase the staff down to order and to ask where our food was. A lot of people left the restaurant unhappy today but management seemed to not care. I had to go to the cafe across the street because we were still hungry. Annoyed to have wasted time and money at this place and definitely not going back. Don't waste your time.

UNPAID TRIALSHIFT! Be careful when going for a trial shift. I went there for a hostess trial shift in late 2020 and ended up working ALL NIGHT as a FOOD RUNNER. They had filled the hostess position yet they didn't tell me and got me running all over the place serving food until CLOSING TIME. (Almost 7 hours) They told me to call the manager and ask for the payment and when I called they always said the owners were busy. I never got paid for those working hours.

Came with a group of 7 for a Birthday last week! The team were very accommodating and have seen them buzzing on Instagram! The food and deserts were amazing and would definitely visit again! DJ Timm on the night was a great DJ and played the perfect birthday songs for us!

When it comes to the weekend, I just Want to go to a nice place with good food, banging shisha and music that I can vibe with. I can safely say I found my new spot. The place has nice settings n food was really tasty for a shisha place. Could go just for food. But the shisha is on point though, they do really nice mixes. But for me, the music had me vibing all night. Big up the DJ for actually pleasing the crowd, you can tell everyone was enjoying it. DJ Timmy is there weekly I think so defo Going to be my new spot. Well done CP, great place to come to. Nice customer service throughout evening. 👍🏾

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Had high hopes when I had booked and walked in for my mums birthday. Spent alot of money in there, to only be dealing with staff who acted like we were being too much of a bother, they had really poor customer service. All the food came out cold, considering the place was basically empty. The shisha burnt out quickly and when we spoke to staff about it, told us it wasn't, they didn't check on the shisha, so they were burning our quickly. Wouldn't do anything about it, and told us to pay for more if it was burnt. I'm pretty sure the cocktails had ko alcohol in them and could cut your throat with hour sweet they were. The worst cocktails I've ever had. I've been going shisha lounges for so many years and have visited so many. This has to be the worst I've ever been too and they are too overpriced for what they offer. This had to be the worst experience, we ended up leaving earlier than we planned to, because I the service was so poor. To top it off, we get to the desk to pay, to be told its cash only. I'm pretty sure they're fraudsters. Worst place ever

I have been to cielo many many many times before and usually have a decent experience. So I recommended it as somewhere to go for my aunts birthday. We had a small group - 5 of us, nothing extremely big or unreasonable however the service was shockingly poor. The majority of our food was cold when it arrived and several of the drinks were too sweet or warm. The shisha was burnt out within the first hour and we constantly had to ask to have fresh coal. They also still only accept cash which is honestly such an inconvenience especially following Covid when a lot of places in fact take cash less now. The waiters would mess up what we asked for and anytime we asked for them to correct this or needed something we felt like we were actually being a bother. Considering there was 5 of us and basically totalling just over £100 per person it wasn’t worth it at all and overall honestly a horrible experience. It’s a shame because Cielo has the potential to be really great and the manager himself is a nice guy but I actually felt so embarrassed to have been the one to recommend us coming here.

The 1 star is for the dancers... Everything else was abysmal. Don't waste your money, honestly.

They refused entry because I was wearing sandals. I pointed out another customer already in there was wearing sandals and they responded ‘that’s ok because women are allowed’… in 2022 I’m shocked this happened. Terrible place with outdated views. I don’t blame the staff who turned me away, I blame the owner who put this ridiculous rule in place.

AVOID Absolutely ridiculous. Myself and my partner were turned away as one of us were wearing sandals when we pointed out the four female customers sitting in the bar wearing slip flops we were told it’s a male only rule. Laughable.

Its a calm place to go. Excellent service. Rozhina, Hoshi, Ali, Daniel, were all very quick, and courteous. Got a Variety of Shisha flavours which are good. Food menu is limited but what's present is definitely tasty.

The service I received from Ali was exceptional. Ali was communicative and incredibly helpful. Nothing seemed like too big of an ask. I’m incredibly grateful and could not overstate how impressed I am with the level of service. Ali is a credit to the business and made our experience vibrant.

Was unsure of what to expect after reading reviews but chanced it anyway. Seated straight away and drink and starter orders taken quite quickly, served and then returned for main orders. Dips and prawns all nice and the beef shish and lamb cutlets were well seasoned. Drink order taken wrong but I went and spoke to the barman and he corrected it no issues. Service is rather slow in there as there's only the main waitress and what looked like someone higher up helping her. Overall it was a nice evening.

I recently visited here & enjoyed the experience very much . We were served by a young man called Ali . He was polite and went out of his way to make sure we had a great night. Would definitely come here again and hopefully will be served again by Ali ! 😄

Disgusting service, food took an hour, got the wrong orders, we asked 5 times for cutlery which made our food cold. Defiantly not worth the money and on top, they only accept cash. Avoid considering the options in the area.

Honestly if you are reading this and thinking about going there, I highly RECOMMEND TO AVOID. Super rude and aggressive not worth your time and money. There is a million other places to eat around the area, you would much rather go there. This isn’t the only bad review. I wish I had looked at the reviews myself before going to the place. I don’t really leave feedback on business account. I went there to order something for take away. So I asked for menu. But the security guard was pointing me opposite kebab shop to go there and order from there. I find this a bit weird and rude. Like he could tell me. That we don’t do take away sorry. I wouldn’t mind and I will go. But you can’t point different other shop to go order from there.and I believed you guys do takeaway. Very poor behaviour from their guards. Some one needs checks on these security people they gonna ruined their name.

I booked this place for my birthday for 8 of us. The service was amazing we was seated straight away, The staff was very useful and helpful and they bought our drinks and shisha no longer than 5 mins!! The quality of the shisha and drink was 10/10. A massive thank you to all the staff who came out and sang happy birthday to me!! If you’re looking to chill and enjoy your night i highly recommend this place!!

This restaurant need to be ashamed of themselves. My daughter and her friends booked a table for a birthday celebration two weeks ago. On arrival they were refused to be seated by staff so they left and went to another restaurant. This restaurant charged one of the girls £125 for no show! Which is completely false as I had driven four of the girls there myself. They are all under 18 years old and for them to he treated badly, shouted at and then charged even though they never ate there is absolutely despicable, shocking and never should have been done! I'm disgusted they were able to bully under 18 year old girls by being agressive, abusive and racist towards them when there no reason to treat the girls the way they did! Poor girls were in tears. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
