Ahmed, is a joy. So accommodating and provided excellent meal suggestions. Also, when I asked for sauce.....he brought 'em all!

Great place to get some Lebanese food and if you like to smoke shisha there is seating outside to enjoy this also. The portions of the food are good and it is fairly priced. I will be back for sure!

Came here with my best friend visiting from South Africa, for dinner. Ordered the lamb schwarma, brought us a naked schwarma instead. Server took it back and brought us the proper one in the wrap. Ordered a bottle of Chenin Blanc, Server said out of stock. Our waiter did not once check in on us. Asked for the bill and waited over 5mins for it whilst he was chatting to other customers. Service pathetic. Won't go here again.

Just had shisha and drinks today this evening around 19:00 to 22:00 The Lebanese lady and the Egyptian man (waiters) were very rude and unapproachable, ignoring us when we called and unwelcoming; underestimation when asking about the available desserts and drinks. Totally would not recommend.

I went for dinner yesterday the food was basic like any other food you get in Turkish restaurant but the price was far more expensive wich I'm still trying to figure it out how did it get to £99.29 Never back again.

Food was so fresh - simple ingredients but all the flavour has a lot of depth. We had the fattoush with grilled chicken and the spicy sausage in tomato sauce. The pita bread is a MUST - freshly baked and to die for. We were treated to a dessert at the end. Really pleasant and kind staff, will for sure be back.

Service is very good, Atmosphere is great as well. If I could give the service 6 starts I would Iesa and Sasha made sure I was taken care of, checking up on me and making small talk with me every now and then during my long stay. 10/10 would recommend to o anyone visiting Westfeilds. They have a great variety of shisha to chose from ensuring that everytime you come would be a different and great experience.

Great friendly service from Eissa! Than you!

The food was delicious, first time trying Lebanese food and it did not disappoint my expectations. Service was also great. However, because it’s an open space the inside of the restaurant smells of cigarettes and Shisha as most people are smoking in the terrace (I’m a smoker myself so it didn’t really bother me) but I can imagine it would bother someone who does not smoke.

They have recently increased their price for Shisha.. shocking quality of Shisha. Their Shisha wasn’t too bad but now it’s one of the worst I have had in London.

Fantastic food, extraordinary service. Both Sasha and Ahmed served us so well. Definitely getting back here soon

Terrible service: we asked for a table inside away from the smokers. During the meal they decided to open the folding doors so we were next to the smokers. When we highlighted they said they had to opened. Food: is okay but limited in size. Payment: a con. They asked us when paying if we wanted to add service neglecting to tell us it was already included. If you want to smoke sheesha only then maybe (as long as you check the bill) else steer clear

Terrible service. They decided to open the folding doors so that we were next to all the smokers (and there’s lots of them). They seemed surprised we didn’t like the smell whilst we were eating(and did nothing about it). They then tried to get us to pay extra service on top of the bill by not showing that the bill already had service. Deceitful. Definitely not recommended.

Disappointing food! The chicken thighs were not fresh. They were dry and lukewarm when they were served. The service was really bad. We had to ask 2-3 times for water, sauces etc.

Some of the worst tasting food I've ever had. Would not recommend. We ordered the lunch set menu, but the food was really bland and didn't taste nice. Also our salad said it would come with Lebanese bread but there wasn't any. Not worth your money. The staff were also not giving a care in the world. And looked miserable. The only good thing was my tropical smash smoothie and our bottled coke zero.

Went with family, booked a table for seven. Shown a table which had spilled drink over table and seats. We told waiter who did nothing about it, in the end we had to clean it up our selves. No menus were given to us ha to get up and find some. We were left without service for ages, ever though the restaurant was not busy. Had to go and find a waiter just to take our drinks order. The waiter was very not a friendly man, and seemed like he didn't really want to be there. He wasn't listening to us fully and got the drinks order wrong. The food was below standard, not heated enough, small portions and underwhelming. The prices are high at this restaurant, totally unjustified for the poor quality of service and below par food quality. There are alternative Lebanese restaurants in the area. which we have been to which are much better in quality of food and service. First and last time we will go to this place.

I had a great evening meal at this restaurant and the service from Sasha was exceptional - warm and friendly and made us feel so special, we will be back!!

Unfortunately this restaurant was a big miss for us. We came to celebrate a birthday under a reservation and were pretty much ignored upon entry, the initial welcome was quite dismissive and there was no bringing to our table. It immediately set the tone but I’m always happy to be proven wrong. The lady serving us was extremely casual, perhaps again something I’m not used to, but in terms of attire and dress code / smart appearance, there was a lacking. Hair was all over the place, cardigan coming off the shoulders both sides. I presumed this spot in Westfield would have a bit more of a classier feel, staff uniform, hair tied back(food hygiene reasons), but no. The service otherwise was okay, they checked on us multiple times and food came out with good time. There was a general lack of friendliness from most staff asides from the woman, who was very friendly. The food was quite disappointing, I never knew hummus could be dry but this one was. The rice and fish dish was also VERY dry, I had to wash it down and I rarely drink with meals. My companions were also very much 50/50 with the food - it was quite average and perhaps the fact we came on a quiet Tuesday evening was the reason however from a catering background I do feel that standards should be held no matter the season. The internal decor is pleasant, and the staff were nice in bringing out cake and serving. I wouldn’t come here again honestly. I would mention to the restaurant to keep standards high no matter the day of the week.

Amazing place with a great service from Issa and Maher

A substandard restaurant experience. Mandaloun was one a quarter full yet service was painfully slow. It was a long wait for someone to take our order and at one point I went to the bar to refill my own order because my request was ignored and forgotten by staff. The man refilling glasses on the next table only had to look in our direction to see the empty glasses. Shawarma was gristly. We were also left waiting 15 mins for the bill with the presumptive service charge already added. Short staffed? Careless staff? Whichever, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
