I went on Sunday afternoon, on 13/04/25 to Mandaloun Westfield and I was served by Silva which was very helpful with his recommendations for a fish dish. Along him I was served by Sacha, she gave me a great suggestion for dessert...milk pudding 🍮 😋, amazing . You should try it. Thank you to the chef cooking today.🙏 Thank you to all the team working there.🩷

I think it is one of the most rare places were the food is so close to the ones in Lebanon.

Very good bite of food, atmosphere is elegant and relaxed I had couscous and grilled lamb, with the house made Lemonade with mint. Very satisfied :)

Food was a shambles, rice had a very overpowering elachi taste. Bread was just a pitta bread from Tesco and some cheap hummus. Big miss wouldn’t recommend ibsr.

Decent service and atmosphere for this Lebanese restaurant in Shepherds Bush, but other than the houmus, the lamb shawarma and chicken wings were quite lacking in inspiration and in any kind of flavor.

Sasha one of the waitresse was really nice she was smiling the whole time and our food wasn’t delay, the food was soo good best experience.

The food would have been great, but their mixed grill was precooked, then warmed up to serve. It was not fresh and tasted dry.

Food was terrible. Tasteless.. even 18month old was spitting the food out, it was that bad. Waste of money.

The service is not good. They do not change the charcoal. The shisha is exact and its price is 35. The place is cold even though there is heating. I asked for a change. The employee’s psychology was rude. The shisha was free. The most important thing is that the tea is bad, as if it were salty water. I don’t know how to describe it.

Good place, however the only thing I would change would be the time limit they set for the shisha. The boy who helped us was not very attentive, however there was a girl who helped us and was very friendly.

A good meal! Service was attentive to our needs and all the food came in order very quickly, which was perfect since we were starving, Sam and Sasha were on top of everything and were happy to answer any question about the food. we had 3 mezze and 2 mains and it proved to be a bit too much as the portions were quite generous, flavours were nice and rich. Good place to bring friends.

Wonderful place with very gorgeous interior decor (the white deers with red ribbons were adorable), food was flawless and some of them reminded me of my grandmas cooking and brought me back to my childhood (especially the vine leaves). sam and sasha were doing an amazing job taking care of us the entire evening, would definitely recommend this place!

I recently dined at Mandaloun Westfield and was disappointed. I ordered the Sea Bass, expecting a well-prepared, flavourful dish, but it missed the mark. The fish was tough, undercooked and the skin was wet instead of crispy or barbecued. And, it was just a fillet—not a whole fish—despite the £24 price tag. The Sea Bass came with a bland portion of rice and an overwhelming amount of vegetables, leaving the dish unbalanced and unsatisfying. While the restaurant's decor is stylish and inviting, this doesn't the high price or poor quality of the meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Mandaloun ever again and can’t recommend it based on this experience.

Manager me invitó a pulsar un botón en la pantalla del lector de tarjetas (10 %, 12 . 5 %, 15 %, 20 %) para dar propina al personal. Estaba escondiendo el billete en la bolsa del librito pero lo pesqué y señalé el cargo por servicio, 12. 5 %, ya añadido. Dijo: "Eso es para la tienda. Estos botones son para que dejes algo para el personal. " Esta práctica es contraria a la ley introducida el 1/10/24, que establece que el cargo por servicios se aplica al personal. Aparte de este truco sucio, Mandaloun es casi tan libanés como el pollo tikka. Nos sirvieron pescado de baja calidad, demasiado cocido.

Realmente quería gustar este restaurante libanés, ya que aquí para una reunión de Navidad con un amigo. No es así, mi amigo fue desafortunado de tener el salmón, como se muestra muy cerca de secarse por completo. Tenía 3 gambas muy grandes servidas con mariposa, pero para mi consternación también se cocinaron demasiado, así que no hay sabor del mar, pero de hecho insípido. El servicio no en su punto, ya que no me preguntaron sobre las comidas y como con el amigo me abstuve de iniciar sobre la calidad.

Sasha served us this evening for dinner. We had such a pleasant dinner. Food is lovely and Sasha looked after us and gave complimentary dessert. Thank you Sasha for wonderful service and Mandaloun for the great food. Will be returning.

We told the waitress about one of our group who has a cinnamon allergy, so she checked with the kitchen staff and they told us that the dish was safe to eat so my friend ordered it but when they brought the lamb and rice dish and she tried it, she straight away tasted cinnamon in the rice and then they didn’t even offer to take it off the bill at the end! The service was so slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. The atmosphere terrible. Toilets also dirty- never a good sign! It was like eating out at a glorified kebab shop- do not recommend.
