La comida era excepcional, pero la experiencia fue tristemente decepcionado por el espacio (o la falta de ella) el servicio y el tiempo que tomó en realidad para obtener nuestra comida. Llegamos a las 11. 30 , y tuvo que esperar a una mesa que se esperaba ya que el café Gloucester Rd es un lugar pequeño. Tan pronto como conseguimos una percha (taburetes y estantería alta contra una pared al lado de la cabina de DJ) pedimos y tardamos media hora en conseguir un café (que se servía y dejaba con otra persona, regresaba y luego me traía frío! ) y luego después de más de una hora preguntamos amablemente dónde estaba nuestra comida habiendo visto a otros que llegaban después de nosotros conseguir la suya. No hay disculpas - acabamos de ver a alguien corriendo en la cocina y salir diciendo que son 5 minutos. Claramente nos habían olvidado otros 15 minutos después y estábamos tan gruñones de hambre y listos para salir y la comida llegó! Tuvimos el desayuno japonés (cerdo y salmón) y fue fantástico - combinación verdaderamente excepcional de colores y sabores. El lugar era bastante funky con una bonita decoración, pero gritaba lugar para estudiantes con poca iluminación, no mucha pintura y un montón de superficies ligeramente ásperas. Si hubieran sido los precios de los estudiantes, me habría gustado. Pero pagamos más de 40 libras por dos desayunos y dos bebidas y aunque la comida fue excelente, lamentablemente toda la experiencia fue irrepetible.

Could have helped us out a lot more with the kids, cocktail was really mediocre, seating outside only needed a little bit of attention to prevent a draft in the middle of winter, didn't really feel looked after - unfortunately all of these things let down what may have been quite nice food/time.

Nothing wrong with the food it's actually pretty good and good value. However the service is rather frosty and cold🥶 I've moved my custom to the Caribbean Croft, I personally appreciate friendly and polite service 👍

I am correcting and updating this review after finding and checking the receipt, which indicates that an order was placed for the Vitality Bowl (Receipt 122658). The Thai Chicken and Vitality Bowl are very different meals. Clearly there was a miscommunication between my husband and the server, Jo----, on January 30th. The updated review reflects the experience that I had on my first two visits on Jan. 27th and 28th with the Thai Chicken (full) and the soups (Famous Coconut Chicken Soup and Detox Miso Noodle Soup). I apologize for the confusion and the unfavorable initial review. Thank you for the thoughtful response from the team, which prompted me to search for the receipt.

Wizzy is providing lunches until it closes on June 22! If you check their Instagram account before you go, you’ll know if there is lunch that day. As for dinner, it is available in two seatings every Friday and Saturday. The hours are incorrect. The lunch timings are roughly 12:30-13:30 but food may run out faster on some days. The lunch box is just £4.5 and you get generous portions and many options, different every day. It’s nourishing and delicious at the same time, honestly the highlight of my days working in the office! The dinner’s portions are huge as well, with so many courses. I’d recommend going there with others, but for lunch, it’s nice to go by yourself as well and have a chat with Wizzy who always has lots of insights to share about food, the environment, and her philosophy!

I had the chicken ramen. The broth was super creamy but lacking in flavour. The noodles were nice. The chicken was very rubbery and flavourless - didn't like it at all. Overall the food was fine but I wouldn't go back.

They cook the skewers in the kitchen now instead of allowing you to cook it yourself at the table. Generally overpriced and there was little atmosphere.

Amazing food, food came out quickly and was nice and fresh not as the one in The Mall 🙈 great service too!
