Unfortunately first time ordering on justeat the restaurant didn't let me know they cancelled my order I was sat waiting as I go no notifications from justeat or the restaurant I tried to call them and they ignored my call very bad for first time customer don't think I will be returning thanks to that.

Como fans de Roka nos entusiasmó probar este restaurante hermano. Visitamos un sábado por la noche y tuvimos el menú degustación premium. El entorno era agradable y el servicio era bueno, aunque la música poco a poco se subió y fue incómodamente fuerte más tarde. Había un par de platos realmente sobresalientes (incluido el plato de trufa y el increíble postre de avellanas), pero el resto no eran excepcionales y el sashimi parecía como si hubiera estado sentado durante un tiempo. I’ve enjoyed ordering from Hibagon for years, but tonight’s delivery was very poor. Chicken bento arrived stone cold and the meat was tough and inedible, served with an insipid watery sauce. This place used to be our go-to but it was a waste of £50. Won’t bother again.

Dine-in Experience The interior was simple but clean, and the staff provided excellent and attentive service. I shared the Teriyaki Salmon Noodles and sushi with my son. The Teriyaki Salmon Noodles were topped with plenty of salmon and were very filling. We thoroughly enjoyed the dish. The sushi was also carefully prepared and tasted delicious. Additionally, the bathroom was clean, which was a big plus. I would definitely love to come back again!

We booked for the Kaiseki menu as a special treat: a sequence of dishes showcasing seasonal produce, culinary skills and of course, seafoods. Each dish was beautifully presented with only the clean simplicity and precision hinting at the painstaking prep. When it came to the eating, for us the flavours did not match up to the visual feast: perhaps the food was overly subtle for our palates or missing flavour across the board was a reflection of the seasonality of the produce available in late spring? We couldn’t quite work out what was amiss - we really wanted to love the food but the package felt somewhat underwhelming.

Ordered food to be deliver to participants of a training. Paid, got confirmation email - on the day of delivery I called to triple check when the food is going to be arriving... They could not find it in the system. After a few minutes of searching the person on the other end of phone who did not mute itself said "oh its here.." they told us the food is going to be with us in the next 15 min - cut long story short after a few next phone calls the food arrived 75 min later. In the meantime - the participants went to shops and got themselves food - being very disappointed since we as host promised them lunch. Called once more to resolve me refund but...they cannot find us in the system again and the person on the line was everything - but helpful. first and last time. Very frustrating.
