Great escape from freezing cold London! Gloria and John were great! We were offered complimentary miso soups which was very kind

My favourite Itsu! This Itsu is by far the best one I have visited the staff are friendly, the options are always there, nothing is ever out of stock, staff go out of their way to help you and after a long day at work that’s what you need! Also I would like to say thank you to Gloria, she is so helpful and always greets me with a smile! She truly makes the experience at Itsu the best! Hope to visit you again!

Gloria and John were very kind in letting me stay a couple minutes past closing to finish my food. It was very much appreciated! Food was delicious as well.

I popped down for lunch today and after finishing, I started reading my book. A little while later, one of the workers named Gloria came and served me a sweet treat as I continued reading. These small gestures truly make the biggest of differences. 10/10 on everything!

Stopped by in the evening to get some delicious sushi on my way home. They still had a very good selection. Met a member of staff called Gloria who was super friendly and helpful and cheerful.

Walked in here for the first time. The food was not too bad. We ordered something that we didn't like very much. The dumplings were really good. Later I brought a cold dish that could also have been better. When I ordered I asked if there was a toilet, but there was none. I asked again afterwards but really couldn't go. They told me to go to the MC d'honalds down the street. However, this one was 2 blocks away. (By the way, we had chosen to eat there on site, so I find it very unprofessional that you cannot offer a toilet to your customers.)

Self checkouts, food was delivered very quickly (rice + miso). Very friendly staff. Competitive price. You can eat in our takeaway.

It’s an example of customer service. Branch manager (not sure but I think she is, girl always in dress) works here with such a love and warm approach to people that I didn’t witness anywhere else for long long time.

Few weeks ago I got scamed and had to cancel my card I've have been going to its restaurant nearly on a daily basis Anyway I went to its I was unaware that they do not take cash so I was unable to get any food but then the manager came out and gave me food for free So just wanted to say thank you for being so kind

I came with my sister and mom me and my mom ordered ramen and my sister ordered sushi The ramen was tasteless and disgusting🤮 My sister said her food was nice and a couple hours later she started to feel SICK! And she couldn’t get out of her bed because itsu gave her poisonous sushi So I DONT RECOMMEND you to eat there I hope that helps.❤️

We had a lovely time at this branch and been to several.. The service was first class the staff and manageress made all the family feel at home, and showed service can be done properly and with a warm welcome and smile. Food was delicious prompt and served exactly as we requested..

Food is fabulous, service wasn't really in question as it's a self service, however a female member of staff appeared and was helpful with questions and direction. Atmosphere is a tricky one as it is what it is a fast food stop off, it was clean and adequate.

Coconut chicken soup was amazing! I order the same when I go to the office and I have little time to have lunch. The teriyaki salmon is also really good!

Good Japanese food place for a quick meal. We ordered everything on a touch screen. Food was tasty too!

Great food, friendly staff and so much choice. Food is super tasty and a good portion size. You order everything on a screen and it was super busy. whilst a screen reduces amount of staff and opens up more ways to pay it doesnt help people as they spend ages choosing as you can easily view full menu until you get to the screen causing a big queue at peak times. Atmosphere nice setting just wish the high seats had a bar to rest your feet as it feels uncomfortable having nowhere to put your legs. Will visit again food excellent.

We adore these restaurants. A dream for celiacs who can tolerate some soy. So many options. Inexpensive and delicious. We eat here frequently whenever we're in London and wish there were some of these restaurants in the states.
