No gluten-free sushi options - very disappointing

The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. I came here with my family and couldn't fault the place. Clean, tidy and a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in here for the first time. The food was not too bad. We ordered something that we didn't like very much. The dumplings were really good. Later I brought a cold dish that could also have been better. When I ordered I asked if there was a toilet, but there was none. I asked again afterwards but really couldn't go. They told me to go to the MC d'honalds down the street. However, this one was 2 blocks away. (By the way, we had chosen to eat there on site, so I find it very unprofessional that you cannot offer a toilet to your customers.)

Self checkouts, food was delivered very quickly (rice + miso). Very friendly staff. Competitive price. You can eat in our takeaway.

It’s an example of customer service. Branch manager (not sure but I think she is, girl always in dress) works here with such a love and warm approach to people that I didn’t witness anywhere else for long long time.

Few weeks ago I got scamed and had to cancel my card I've have been going to its restaurant nearly on a daily basis Anyway I went to its I was unaware that they do not take cash so I was unable to get any food but then the manager came out and gave me food for free So just wanted to say thank you for being so kind

I came with my sister and mom me and my mom ordered ramen and my sister ordered sushi The ramen was tasteless and disgusting🤮 My sister said her food was nice and a couple hours later she started to feel SICK! And she couldn’t get out of her bed because itsu gave her poisonous sushi So I DONT RECOMMEND you to eat there I hope that helps.❤️

My fav sushi place when I want something fast

Food is fabulous, service wasn't really in question as it's a self service, however a female member of staff appeared and was helpful with questions and direction. Atmosphere is a tricky one as it is what it is a fast food stop off, it was clean and adequate.

Coconut chicken soup was amazing! I order the same when I go to the office and I have little time to have lunch. The teriyaki salmon is also really good!

Great food, friendly staff and so much choice. Food is super tasty and a good portion size. You order everything on a screen and it was super busy. whilst a screen reduces amount of staff and opens up more ways to pay it doesnt help people as they spend ages choosing as you can easily view full menu until you get to the screen causing a big queue at peak times. Atmosphere nice setting just wish the high seats had a bar to rest your feet as it feels uncomfortable having nowhere to put your legs. Will visit again food excellent.

We adore these restaurants. A dream for celiacs who can tolerate some soy. So many options. Inexpensive and delicious. We eat here frequently whenever we're in London and wish there were some of these restaurants in the states.

Love the Misu soup here, was open right up so near the holidays till 9pm, one the only places to eat a decent hot soup in a winter's night where all the other places are but closed. I liked this place because you can sit and eat and don't have to worry about too much noise, the cold from the fridges where you are sitting by, small comforts.

Thought I would try something new, gyoza and Korean fried chicken with rice. It was awful. Gyoza and rice are undercooked, chicken was "Korean". Sushi last time was ok. Will just go to pret next time.

Mi familia se detuvo aquí para almorzar hoy. Tuve el plato de sushi de salmón, mi marido tenía el udon de pollo y nuestras hijas tenían los bollos de pato bao. Me encantó mi sushi, que era encantador y fresco. Nuestras chicas limpiaron sus bao bollos en poco tiempo. A mi esposo le gustó bastante su comida, aunque yo no era fanático. En general, la comida es buena y sin duda volvería. Mi única queja sería que hay poco en el camino de las comidas de los niños.

I'm a tourist and I really enjoyed itsu. they had great options at low cost for Japanese food. They have nice and colorful decor and no wait. This location did not have a restroom.

Healthy maybe but not delicius.

Possibly the worst preparation of Chicken Teriyaki I've ever had. Walk-in, get a barely warm (supposed-to-be Hot Rice Bowl) Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl, and all you can taste is Ginger. Loads and Loads of Ginger. So much ginger that it took me 500 ml. of Water to get rid of the taste of Ginger. Honestly, my colleague had to throw his bowl half-eaten, and the over-enthusiastic counter staff couldn't be bothered from screaming across the floor to patrons if they could help (in taking orders). I hear and read a lot of praise for itsu, but today, I stand deeply disappointed.

I live in America, furthest from home I've ever been from home is Canada. But I like sushi, squid nigiri is the my favorite. Apparently you guys spell "checkbook" as "chequebook" so that's interesting.

Had the salmon set - perfectly fine and fresh but I feel like it’s super overpriced. Particularly to eat in!

My wrap was stuffed full of the devil herb coriander. One bite and right into the bin it went. If you insist on making things taste like soapy soap the least you could do is label the wrapping with a warning!

For rice lovers in the center of London on Fleet street.

I had high hopes, popping off the tour bus, for a nice bowl of noodles, chili chicken udon to be exact. It seemed filling and I suppose healthy but a little bland. Please put salt on the table for those wishing to have a little more flavor. The sushi, which my daughter ate, seemed to be the best option.

Yes, clean and friendly and the dishes are well prepared and presented but not sure if this food is all that healthy as it is very salty and goodness knows what else goes in it. Miso soup x 2 and ham hock and egg + salmon sushi and rice rolls just over £15 and the sushi gives Japanese food a bad name but what do you expect for the price. OK once in a while but give me a £4 handmade sandwich from one of those old Italian sandwich shops or similar (not chains) and it's much better value. Or save up and eat proper Japanese or Asian food once a week.
