Came for lunch on a Monday. An hour after finishing eating one member of the party (out of 2) was violently sick and had persistent diarrhoea.(salmon and avocado roll and tuna tataki salad) We called the restaurant to inform them and despite initially speaking to a sweet apologetic waitress we then got passed to the 'manager' Isa who was rude, passive aggressive and honestly should not be working in the service industry. Essentially called us liars, told us we would have to come back In for a partial refund- she was only willing to refund what the unwell person ate. Refused to apologise at all claiming everything is fresh and of top condition at Kotta, this is factually incorrect as the person who was unwell had not eaten anything else that day. Furthermore the restaurant only has 3 star hygiene rating. The owners need to find a new manager who actually understands customer service.

We came here for dinner with friends and had a great time. The place is small and quite busy, it is very charming. We got perfect service, best 🍣. Special rolls are just huge and amazing.

An amazing Japanese restaurant in the heart of London. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from Leicester square. My local friends took me there. The place is small and cozy. The chicken katsu was delicious, and the same goes for the meatballs. The service was quick and excellent, the price was great for the value.

17 Godliman StreetI really wanted to like this place but the fish was terrible. The tuna was off! Seriously, a manky taste and slightly eggy smell. The one thing a sushi restaurant needs to get right… won’t go again.

240 Regent StreetService was impeccable from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and escorted upstairs, where we enjoyed an unforgettable dining experience. The lighting and ambiance made for a perfect evening, and the food was both visually stunning and delicious.
