Bought a range of food from vegan , vegetarian and chicken katsu wrap. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Pics are of my vegan bowl with wholemeal rice, carrot, red lettuce, inari, crispy onions and topped with siriachi sauce.

I want to love it, I did used to love it - but I find the service you receive to be pretty unpleasant, uninterested and rude. I have had a couple concerns about freshness a couple times (between myself and a colleague who used to go together), sweaty vegetables and slightly off colored fish. On the occasion I plucked up the nerve to raise an issue, I've been met with blank glares and an eye roll. Sad to say, unless some major changes are made - I won't be returning. 😔

I had the pleasure of ordering a poke bowl from this place, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. The poke bowl itself was a dish that was not only delicious but also visually appealing. For an 11.50 lunch offer with a drink and edamame is something you can’t complain about at all in teddington. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect and that I had a great dining experience. Their warm smiles and willingness to accommodate my preferences made the meal even more enjoyable. I could even go onto saying this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The manager I think she was, was so well- mannered, polite and as a whole just lovely This takeaway stands out as a shining example of how it should be done. If you're a fan of poke bowls and appreciate friendly staff who genuinely care about your experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's a five-star gem that I'll be returning to again and again.

Updating my review as had really bad experience with service. Lady who served me made me feel very unwelcome when i asked for salad her coworker next to her said she can chop some and lady who served me told me we run out of salad even I heard they have it from her co-worker.I felt very unwelcome and like I disturb her through all service.. if I plan come next time and I see this lady on her shift I will definitely not go inside.. always had pleasant experience with everyone else.. maybe she was in bad mood but don’t take it on people is your job. Terrible customer service 👎🏻

Cannot stress enough, do not order from here. We paid £30 from Deliveroo for two poke bowls. One with extra protein. Both came with the same amount (which was next to nothing). The tuna was grey and tasted off. We got mild food poisoning from having a few bites. Unbelievably below average food and I truly cannot believe the positive reviews it has.

Not bad but not good. Perfectly friendly and helpful service from only staff member but menu is was ok a giant flat screen slideshow which you blink and miss. What happened to good old fashioned chalk board? It’s not like a 20cm pic of a poke bowl is going to sway my buying choice. Food was alright, about what I would expect from a poke bowl from Tesco with a £4 premium on that. £9 total with an extra £1 for brown rice. Yes reader, you read correctly, £1 extra. A blatant and bizarre cash grab, more preposterous even than the gastro trend of charging more for sweet potato fries. @owner - all your menu should be available to a customer at all times. - charge the same for brown rice, you’re not paying the equivalent % more yourself so stop taking the mick. Best of luck

Without a doubt one of the best places on the high street for lunch. The staff are all friendly, in particular Aysenur, she is always so polite, helpful and has a smile on her face! If you haven’t experienced a poke bowl or anything from the bowl and roll, head on down! X

I have been twice here. First time was due to an order on TooGoodToGo. Please stop using the service as the surprise bag that you offer is even more expensive than what you actually safe from waste. Very poor. The second time I ordered from the menu and nothing really special. I wouldn't come back. Please stop using TooGoodToGo as you don't understand how it works.

Popped in here for lunch, queued for 10 minutes only to be told we would have to wait another 10 minutes while the solo server prepared online orders! Absolutely appalling service, don’t know how they can operate like this, customers behind us were walking out! In the end we waited 40 minutes for 2 Salmon poke bowls. Would of been quicker to order online & have delivered! Food was good, but won’t be returning - Life is too short!

Very disappointed with this place. We usually order poke from Island poke in Wimbledon, we thought we would try this place as it looks very good online. It was so disappointing, very small quantity, you can only select four toppings and the quantity of fish is ridiculous. The photo below shows a poke from Island Poke on the left and a poke from The Bowl and Roll on the right.

Friendly staff, nothing ever too much trouble. Great loyalty scheme and they represent really good value against other Poke places I’ve been.

Had dinner here on Tuesday. It was delicious and the girl who served me was very friendly and helpful. So nice to have a brown rice option and the seaweed made a lovely change. I would thoroughly recommend it and will definitely go there again.

I really enjoyed my chicken katsu bowl from Bowl and Roll today - so much so, I ordered another one for dinner. The staff member serving me was very helpful and explained how to build a bowl, and she gave me extra citrus sauce as requested. Their food is healthy, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

I love this place! Super tasty food with wide variety so you can keep coming back again and again and never have the same thing twice! The poke bowls are really healthy too, which is great if you’re watching your waistline like me. And the garden out the back is a lovely quiet spot to eat lunch :) will definitely keep coming back

Fantastic value for money and surprisingly varied options, the dining in is a back to basics affair, but there is a nice garden at the rear, which is accessed directly from behind the serving counter. There are numerous poke dressings, however the spicy one lacked punch, as did the jalapeños.

One of the best hidden lunch spots in Teddington. Not too expensive to get a really hearty poke bowl with tons of mix ins and toppings. Has a really nice decor inside with friendly staff. Right on the High Street; Definitely give it a visit.

Was very pleasantly surprised the other day when I tried my first poke bowl. I had the spicy tuna poke bowl, and it was amazing! Ticked all the boxes; healthy, tasty and filling. Will definitely be treating myself to another!

The best spot in Teddington for a lunch. Great and food and brilliant customer service would recommend to everyone. I was served my a friendly and very efficient server in Aysenur who is a huge asset to the restaurant.

Good spot to go for lunch. Available on Deliveroo or can order in store via the website. (Or just turn up) Just remember there are two Bowl and Rolls in Teddington. And the Poke one is at the east side of Teddington. There is plenty of choice on how you want your poke. I usually go for salmon, brown rice, betroot, cucumber, lettuce, carrot and avocado. I use my own Gluten Free Soy Sauce as this no longer seems to be available (at least on Deliveroo anyway) Authentic poke bowl from Hawaii, definitely one of the more healthy options for lunch in the area. Well worth a visit.

Visited Teddington High Street for the first time in several years, and noticed this oddly named eaterie. So went in as curious about the menu. Clean, modern interior and friendly lady behind the counter, helped with suggestions about what would compliment our choices in dishes. Full Bowl of Salad and Protein plus a Drink for a tenner, very reasonable. Plus on a very hot day, there's a small shady garden out back. Whilst sitting outside enjoying our deliscious meals, we noted the constant stream of couriers and customers for takeaways. Obviously a popular place.

Just had lunch here for the first time, really enjoyed it, lovely food, very helpful girl serving and sat in a little courtyard garden at the back of the shop. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Feels like you're getting less than what you used to for your money. Had a rather unpleasant moment today when I asked the lady if there was any fresher lettuce per chance as it was brown (I was the only person in there). I was met with a sort of dismissive sigh as if it was an entirely unreasonable request and I felt too awkward to push it. Put a bad taste in my mouth which is a shame. Equally bad taste left by the carrot which had obviously been left to sweat and gone bad.

Nipped in to support a local business we've not been to before. Was underwhelming - with little instruction of how to order, and a thumping bill for what is essentially a few cold salad bits thrown together! If it wants to compete with the Teddington High Street - it simply needs to up its game for the money! Sorry. Won't be coming again!
