The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Grove Kingston upon Thames London

To be honest we felt let down by the whole dinner. The service was not great. One dish never appeared and it was taken off the bill. We waited over an hour between dishes and asked several times when it was coming and kept being told yes soon. We watched the Delivery orders constantly being picked up which added to the frustration of whilst sat in your restaurant we were getting less service.

I’ve been there for first time. I asked for noodles and chicken curry. Came soup, perhaps it was instant soup, like the one you put the hot water in it. I’ve paid almost £6. I’m pretty sure the lady did not understand what I asked to have. Hopefully next time I’ll get what I want.

Not gonna lie, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to, and I can't get enough of it. Every time I go, I'm tempted to order twice because the food always amazes me. The customer service is incredibly kind and friendly, and the staff are such cool dudes 😎🌟! There's one particular guy who's always willing to do everything in the kitchen, and he works unbelievably fast, always making it on time! Oh gosh, I wish I could remember his name... he's short and funny! I'm pretty sure you'll recognize him quickly if you visit. Anyway, I'm very happy with their service and will never forget how tasty the food is. I highly recommend it for your family or even a date 😏 I'm pretty sure you'll have a great time! 🔥

Service was an easy 10/10 the waiter was amazing , such an icon the food 10/10 the atmosphere 10/10 honestly no complaints. Been going Wagamama ever since i was like 6 months old with my mum lol must go in Kingston

We wanted to eat something warm, since they were closing we weren’t allowed to eat inside, which is fair . We asked if hot food was also half price since they closing they said no. So as we could not eat in and neither food was discounted we decided to leave. Just to witnessed all hot unsold food was thrown away in n plastic bags. Not only waste but also environmentally unfriendly business. Not to mention a very unfriendly cashier (female) . Not the place I will return also the quality of food has downgraded.
