My party and I looked forward to the "Unlimited Sushi" experience. Our hot food as well as our rounds of sushi were all tasty and appeared freshly prepared. The quality of the sushi was so-so, however for the price point I certainly cannot complain. There were quite a few rules to the buffet experience which made the whole experience quite confusing initially, however our waiter was willing to explain the concepts to us. The service we received varied quite drasticallly between different team members, some were friendly, inviting and almost comical whereas others were quite short with us. Overall we were satisfied with the level of service we received. I would recommend Sushi Eatery to anyone with a sushi craving, it is certainly a unique experience with stellar value for money.

I've been visiting Wasabi on Piccadilly regularly for the past few years. Used to be pretty good value. Had chicken teriyaki there today : the portion was tiny and the price too high: £6.15 for a ladle of rice and a ladle of teriyaki. I counted three small pieces of chicken in the Teriyaki. Post lockdown the portions have got smaller and the price has gone up. Shame, because what I had tasted pretty good.

wasabi are in some respects better than itsu. Neither are 'authentic' Japanese but wasabi is better in terms of variety and price for sure. Cheaper than itsu. I only had the miso soup which was nice. I like the fact that it is freshly made and piping hot. They need more protein sashimi options. Otherwise a good choice for a small branch located in the heart of the West End. Despite saying this, it was very quiet and near empty Tuesday evening. I was glad and enjoyed my soup watching the world go by outside. Good music. Very limited seats on high tables mainly. I would hate to come in when it is crowded. Staff were pleasant and friendly but need to be more engaged rather than on autopilot. Reasonably clean but could be better. Staff chose to play on their phones most of the time I was there. If you need a quick bite, then yes.

Best sushi I've had in London. Great value for money, good customer service and yummalicious food! I even hosted my birthday party here once. Was also in a a photo shoot here for a magazine, years ago. I continued to visit this place and also featured it in my column for Laissez Faire magazine. I would recommend all UKAI branches to anyone who loves Sushi with a modern twist!

I have to say that I am a regular customer of this particular restaurant. Not anymore after my experience yesterday. Last night the employee who attended us charged us 20% more just to sit there and eat. Something unusual since I was eating there only two weeks ago, and I didn't pay any extra just to sit down. The clerk had a strange attitude, it took him a long time to select the order on the computer. It seemed like he was mentally counting and calculating that percentage. I complained, and although he apologized, saying that are the company's rules, he refused to let me see the receipt. If this is a new emoresa policy, it seems completely abusive and ridiculous to me. And if it was an act by the employee, I hope they take action and receive an explanation and feedback. Very dissatisfied
