I love mitsuki, I go there often to have something different and I love it everytime I go.

Never delivered , delivery guy can not speak English and can not understand me, very bad experience

Amazing food, I love eating here. I don't have any photos of my food because I always become immediately distracted by the food when it arrives and by the time I think about taking a photo, it's at least half eaten and not quite as attractive.

Had a lovely meal here at the weekend for my daughters birthday. We hadn't visited for a few years but the food and service is still as amazing as ever. Staff are very friendly too. Will be returning soon. Thank you!

The food and the general staff were fine however after having paid for our meal and leaving, the manager came running after us and in the middle of the street accused us of not paying for our meal and walking off. I corrected him and said we’d paid another member of staff who had taken the payment. At this he just looked confused and walked off, no apology or anything… To the manager, as some general feedback can I recommend you check you facts before running down paying customers in the future!!

Best chicken ever, i love the sweet and spicy chicken, its on point. Spring rolls also nice.

We order from Bonzai occasionally, and find it’s so inconsistent. Sometimes the food tastes fresh, cooked well and at the correct temperature; other times, the complete opposite. Tonight’s delivery was incredibly disappointing. The gyoza and tempura were cold, clearly having been cooked far ahead of the time it arrived to us. They were also packed in air tight containers, and so had completely lost their crispness and become soggy and dense. The green dragon roll was in a container dripping from the sides with mess, and the sushi was struggling to hold its shape. It also tasted very fishy, so I’m questioning how fresh the ingredients are. Same with the hosomaki: the cucumber and avocado didn’t taste fresh at all. The lack of sushi delivery options means we will likely come back to Bonsai at some point, because at its best, it’s decent enough.

Jacob provided great service, and made sure we were happy with our food and kept us up to date on when food would be arriving.

DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went on sat evening during a lunch break w/a colleague. The girl serving us was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. After my colleague politely asked wait time + tried to explain we were in a rush , she spoke to us with complete disdain saying ‘it’ll take as long as it needs to, i have loads of other orders to do’. We tried to ask again for a rough time in minutes and she looked us up and down saying ‘how am I supposed to know?’. Can’t fit it all in one review but we were embarrassed in front of the whole store and upset by her dismissive demeanour. We will be taking our custom to laytea where they ACTUALLY care about their customers, I’d advise everyone to do the same!
