My favourite restaurant in Leicester and definitely the best Japanese restaurant there. The cheese beef, all gyozas, maki, duck roll, bento box - everything is perfection. It gets busy so get there early on weekends as they don’t take bookings.

I ordered my meal from Deliveroo and there was hair in my food. I took a picture of it and was ready to email it to the restaurant. I rang them and they didn’t even apologise and said to contact Deliveroo! Expectedly, Deliveroo said it’s nothing to do with them because it isn’t a delivery issue. I tried ringing Kokoro back, no answer. The chicken looked very dry too. Very disappointed as it was one of my favourite meals

La comida y el personal general estaban bien, sin embargo, después de haber pagado por nuestra comida y salir, el gerente vino corriendo tras nosotros y en medio de la calle nos acusó de no pagar por nuestra comida y salir. Le corrigí y le dije que habíamos pagado a otro miembro del personal que había recibido el pago. En esto sólo parecía confundido y se fue, sin disculpas ni nada ... Al gerente, como algunos comentarios generales puedo recomendar que compruebe los hechos antes de agotar los clientes que pagan en el futuro!

¡Los peores Waga del planeta! ¡Somos una familia que ama Waga’s pero Leicester es un verdadero agujero! Está sucio, desordenado, la comida no está ni cerca del estándar de Waga’s normales. Ninguna de las comidas es el estándar de ningún otro Waga que he visitado. Desafortunadamente para nosotros, este es nuestro Waga local y también es deficiente por mucho ¡Lo único bueno de este restaurante es Michael! ¡Fin de! Necesito aprender a dejar de venir aquí ya que es basura

Ordered a whole big order through click and collect, the website told me to pick up my order at 20:30. When i arrived the lights were off and the doors were locked (at exactly 20:30) while the website continued telling me to pick up my order. I tried ringing the phone number to at least ask for my money back since there isn’t a refund option online but no one picked up. So ye basically took my money and closed early.

Came in today with a friend for a late lunch and we both had very enjoyable meals here. The portions were a little too big in my opinion but were most definitely full of flavour and the cost was worth it due to the amount of food that we had. The service was very good and the atmosphere was lovely, very calm and friendly. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Went to this place like many other Wagamamas in Bolton and Manchester, their quantity was absolutely and shockingly less, bang bang cauliflower didn’t have any sauce and taste, absolutely less quantity compared to wagamamas in Bolton, Manchester and Nottingham, will never recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t please me at all.

Después de que mi colega pidiera amablemente tiempo de espera + tratara de explicarnos que teníamos prisa, nos habló con completo desdén diciendo «tardaré el tiempo que sea necesario, tengo muchas otras órdenes que hacer». Intentamos preguntar de nuevo por un mal momento en minutos y ella nos miró arriba y abajo diciendo «¿cómo se supone que lo sepa?». No cabe todo en una reseña, pero estábamos avergonzados frente a toda la tienda y molestos por su comportamiento desdeñoso. Llevaremos nuestra costumbre a laytea donde REALMENTE se preocupan por sus clientes, ¡les aconsejaría a todos que hagan lo mismo!
