The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Castle Leicester East Midlands

Sushi was really good, everything else was ‘ok’ but nothing special. Problem was it was way too cramped. They need to remove a few tables to give more of an open feel.

Terrific sushi for what we had and made fresh there and then, which was nice to watch.

Great food everytime! It's busy but not too loud . Pretty chilled atmosphere. Friendly service. Spicy noodle soup is delicious. Bento boxes are cute and really filling. Sushi and dragon rolls are the best I've had in leicester. Homemade lemonade is great too

La comida y el personal general estaban bien, sin embargo, después de haber pagado por nuestra comida y salir, el gerente vino corriendo tras nosotros y en medio de la calle nos acusó de no pagar por nuestra comida y salir. Le corrigí y le dije que habíamos pagado a otro miembro del personal que había recibido el pago. En esto sólo parecía confundido y se fue, sin disculpas ni nada ... Al gerente, como algunos comentarios generales puedo recomendar que compruebe los hechos antes de agotar los clientes que pagan en el futuro!

Kept pushing back the delivery time

¡Los peores Waga del planeta! ¡Somos una familia que ama Waga’s pero Leicester es un verdadero agujero! Está sucio, desordenado, la comida no está ni cerca del estándar de Waga’s normales. Ninguna de las comidas es el estándar de ningún otro Waga que he visitado. Desafortunadamente para nosotros, este es nuestro Waga local y también es deficiente por mucho ¡Lo único bueno de este restaurante es Michael! ¡Fin de! Necesito aprender a dejar de venir aquí ya que es basura

Really yummy food and very friendly staff, put me in a good mood I would recommend for sure

Today I ordered on Deliveroo at 6:55pm, the food took 2 and a half hours to arrive which was on the restaurant fault as they didn’t prepare the meal. Kept calling them constantly, and they kept ignoring my calls and kept telling me to wait 15 more minutes which wasn’t true. I’ve spoken with the restaurant and Deliveroo about a full refund as this isn’t fair which the food arrived cold, and 1 item was missing. Having contacted both the restaurant and Deliveroo, they told us they couldn’t do anything about it and they wouldn’t be offering any type of refund. There was no help or support from either party, honestly so upset.

Really impressed with Celeste who was great at her job and just so lovely and friendly. Food was great as usual. Impressed also with a male employee (white with fair hair) who had to go over to an all male table who were being rowdy. He was ultra professional and easily calmed the situation - job well done. NO VAYAS AQUÍ EVITA A TODA COSTA. Se sentó por la noche durante una pausa para comer con un colega. La chica que nos servía era increíblemente grosera y poco profesional. Después de que mi colega pidiera amablemente tiempo de espera + tratara de explicarnos que teníamos prisa, nos habló con completo desdén diciendo «tardaré el tiempo que sea necesario, tengo muchas otras órdenes que hacer». Intentamos preguntar de nuevo por un mal momento en minutos y ella nos miró arriba y abajo diciendo «¿cómo se supone que lo sepa?». No cabe todo en una reseña, pero estábamos avergonzados frente a toda la tienda y molestos por su comportamiento desdeñoso. Llevaremos nuestra costumbre a laytea donde REALMENTE se preocupan por sus clientes, ¡les aconsejaría a todos que hagan lo mismo!
