The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

We booked a table for 8 of us. Loads of choice on the menu. Garlic bread starters were amazing (in fact I now want to go back and get pizza!) Food was brilliant too. Large portions and everyone ate everything. Great service too. There are a lot of us - so it’s good to know we have a good local spot for family gatherings.

Good bakery close to Regents Park with arancini, salads, sandwiches and cakes. Classic Sicilian drinks to try and fantastic service and hospitality.

Arrived for a pre-booked table for lunch on a match day, I am mindful that it would be busy, but it took 15 minutes of standing there next to staff before one of them even had the courtesy to acknowledge me, which just made the rest of the experience consistent, the food honestly was awful I had one bite of my main course and left it the starter was horrific the main course even worse. I would say it's potentially the worst meal I have had in the UK, when coupled with the service level,l I felt I had to write this review.

Nice ambiance, service very good, foooood we had paninis and sandwich the fillings were very skimpy and I believe they had increased their prices. Not value for money. We have been in before and enjoyed our food. This must have been an off day. Will try it some time in future.

extremadamente sorprendido de lo deliciosa que es la comida aquí. Tenemos 3 platos de pasta y todos terminamos hasta el último bocado. El interior también es realmente hermoso y moderno. Definitivamente prueba este lugar, ¡no te decepcionará!

Vino en una visita en solitario mientras esperaba para recoger mi coche. Lleno de familias un jueves por la noche y luego entiendes por qué. El servicio es cálido y amable. Las pizzas son calientes y sabrosas y el café es el mejor en SE 23. Sin duda recomiendo la ensalada César con virutas frescas de Parmesano y sabrosas anchoas grandes. Te golpearás los labios. La próxima visita será con la familia. 😎😎😎

This was the second time that we have visited this fantastic restaurant in a large family group. The first time 9 of us attended for our grandson's 21st birthday and it was so good that we booked again for our annual Christmas get together. This time there were 15 of us. Some chose from the Christmas Fayre menu and the selection was amazing. Others selected from the main menu which was a plus for us as other venues that we have been to for our Christmas 'party' only offered choices from their Christmas Fayre. I have to say that no one was disappointed with their meals. Perfectly cooked and presented and great portions. However, I must commend the service. Nothing was a problem and we were not rushed at all. Some restaurants that we have been to hardly let you get your starter down and they serve you your main course. Not here. A lovely civilised break in between so we could all enjoy being together. That said, the wait wasn't overly long that we were all awaiting our next courses. We had a great night, good food, fantastic service and certainly not over priced. We will all certainly book again, either individually or for our next family celebration. So, if you are looking for a nice meal, either just couples or for a bigger celebration, this is the place for you. Thank you Little Sicily and we look forward to visiting again.

Visited for the first time with a group of friends. It was absolutely lovely and so reminded me of places we’d been to in Italy. It looks like a cafe but the food is amazing. We ordered wine by the carafe and ordered various pasta dishes which we all said were delicious. Simple, relaxed, friendly, unhurried, just what eating out should be. We will definitely go back again soon.

Fantastic evening and meal four friends. The food is delicious, we had the vegetarian and meat platter to share really good. The service was excellent Definitely recommend

Woman’s attitude on phone was horrendous and then a man came and called a c*** on the phone. Don’t recommend

I ordered from these at 9.30pm as a late tea, they close at 23:00 apparently. 45 minutes later I get a message saying my order is canceled as they are closed. Absolutely useless. Thanks for the messing around.

Assolutamente non un ristorante italiano, da non ritornarci. Costo altissimo per quanto proposto, non riesco a capire come si possono rilasciare recensioni positive.

A little out of the way and not that welcoming from outside but once inside it is truly wonderful. The welcome the food and the wine , everything go well together A must visit if you are in the area

Uno de mis cafés locales favoritos! Hacen un matcha latte increíble y los bagels son deliciosos. Todavía no he probado la pizza y el vino, pero espero con ansias!
