No, no, and no! I’m Sicilian e I live in London from 6 years. I always tried to find a Sicilian shop to eat a good arancino but… no one is good for it! The Good Rice was my last chance. What can I say? Instagram makes miracles! From Instagram I saw a lot of delicious food looks very yummy! I went there on Friday and I didn’t find what I expected! I didn’t find arancino with meat! I found other flavour. Arancini was cold from the day before but I didn’t complain because I don’t come back anymore. Sorry!

Be careful when you purchase online, I have problems with the order as follows: I bought 3 bigne con crema e fragola (choux) pastries for £1.80 each, they were tiny (bite size) no description on website so not as expected. I bought five Castelle di Castellammare and were not as advertised, no chocolate and not as described on the webesite. The Castelle had a bad after-taste, couldn't eat them, they fried them in old oil/ old used for other meals which made them inedible. Bad practice, I know about catering. The ricotta filling was too sweet. The chese and spinach arancini were good, the only part of the order i would recommend. Disappointing and not value for money overall. I'd say don't buy online. I bought for my mum's birthday, these issues ruined the experience.

I’ve ordered my birthday cake and two trays of mixed Italian sweet pastries and they were so delicious! All my friends were very happy with the selection and the quality. The guys from The Good Rice Italian Bakery even delivered to my place at no extra cost. I was amazed and very happy with the service, the quality of the food and also with the very reasonable price. Definitely recommended and will order again!

Freshly filled cannoli and very friendly staff. Been a fun of sicilian cannoli for a few years now and am always on a look out for them in London. This place is a hidden gem for them!

Absolutely amazing. Popped out for lunch in an area of London I don't usually work in so looked on Google maps for nearest eateries...what a find. I am going to make it my mission to go out of my way to pass by there again. Extremely friendly staff and the lightest dough I have ever had, I wish I could make bread like that. I didn't try any of their sweet treats but that will be rectified on my next visit

We shopped for sfincione, focaccia, arancini, sfogliatelle. We went to visit this bakery with the idea of bringing home as much as we could. And we did! The food is not cheap but when we had our lunch "rotisserie" stile, we enjoyed every bite. It is worth if you are looking for something different and tasty. The gentleman serving us is friendly and sociable, our cannoli were filled on the spot and we definitively recommend for a taste of Italy.

Ho effettuato un ordine con the Good Rice ordinando prodotti per 25 persone, un ordine al quanto importante dando solo 2 giorni di preavviso in un periodo Natalizio e durante un lockdown dove spesso ristoranti che effettuano take away sono pieni di ordini. Nonostante cio', loro mi hanno immediatamente confermato l'ordine e la consegna senza problemi ed in orario effettuata da due ragazzi veramente gentili. Posso solo dire che i prodotti erano di gran qualita' e le porzioni in stile italiano veramente abbondanti. Tutti hanno apprezzato il cibo e sono rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Ringrazio di cuore tutto lo staff, che ha salvato la nostra serata. Liliana

I have been there a couple of times and they always served us delicious sicilian specialities. My favourite were pistacho cannolo and focaccia with Mortadella and Burrata or with Porchetta. You can find there a really good pistacho cream. Excellent value for the money and friendly staff.

Everything they have is delicious! There is a wide variety of salty and sweet food. Excellent service too. We’ll come back soon.

I have had one of the most out of this world culinary experience of my life tasting their delicious pistachio tiramisu & pistachio cake. I can’t wait for the pistachio panettone. Everything I have tasted from The good rice bakery is really high quality. A class of their own for both sweets and cakes breads and savoury goods. Very excited about their home delivery arrangements. Thank you very much.

Arancini, Fagotti, Ravazzate, Cannoli, un mare di pistacchio! This is the best place you can come across in London! Literally amazing food at a very reasonable price!

Great variety of amazing Italian food, pastry and cakes - my favourite is the pistachio cream filled croissant but literally everything I had so far is top quality at very reasonable prices. I make detours when traveling in central London only to eat here and my two young kids insist in cycling there most weekends for the pastry. A gem hidden away in a quiet street near Euston, Warren St and Regents Park. Highly recommended!

Superb on the several times I have visited! As a local it’s handy, reasonably priced and quality food. From Pizza, Arancini, pastry and roast chicken with potato’s all good! Partner Italian and she rates it too. How a couple of people have rated this one star I do not know, they must have got the wrong place. Thoroughly recommend!

Food was delicious and very appealing! We left the place very satisfied. Very good prices for the food! I would definitely recommend to try their cannelloni and pizzas! If you’re looking for Italian food, that’s the right place;)

I have never seen something like this in London, it seemed to going back a few years in the past, when I was living in Sicily. I tried Ricotta Cannoli and 3 different Arancini's flavours.. wow.. stunning. Highly recommend.

This is an absolute gem: a bakery and cafe that offers authentic and delicious Sicilian pastries and light meals. The owners are passionate about their ingredients and menu with great service and-of course- excellent coffee. I can not recommend enough and intend to visit regularly...

Found the price too expensive, average service and food quality nothing surprising. Bought 4 items overly priced and got one napkin! Ridiculous! Not a place to recommend or come back.

Michele & Mattel are great hosts and make you feel welcome straight away. The coffee is great and the food is even better. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please give it a try, you will not be disappointed!
