The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

First time visiting here and I have to say the food and service were amazing! 6 of us dined on Saturday evening and we had a really nice time. Highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been yet and we will definitely be back 👍

We're new to corsham and our neighbour recommended Mother & Wild and we couldn't have been more delighted! Gorgeous place, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was excellent. Something for everyone and kid-friendly if needed. And definitely leave room for dessert...my lemon posset was the envy of everyone at my table! Looking forward to adopting you as our go-to local!

What a great little find, we were very lucky to get a table without a reservation, popular little place. We had some sharing breads oil/balsamic dip, carbonara and chicken wings with chips/salad. All delicious and we finished off with some gelato to take away.

There's a reason this restaurant has been going for decades. Family run with excellent food and service. Still excellent every visit. These guys are at the top of their game and the chef is also top class. Apart from the excellent steaks (always perfectly cooked) and lamb that I ask the chef to cook rare and serve with what he wants, there is a hidden gem on the wine list. If you want a red wine then go for the Susumaniello as it's perfection for the money. Every visit is a fantastic experience as I go with somebody who's been going to La Rosetta since 1988 and so we usually bump in other long standing customers and make an afternoon of it. Always a pleasure to be here for a meal and I travel for about 2 hours to go to this restaurant and so take this as a high recommendation. Another great visit, staff are always so friendly and welcoming and it's really like being part of the family.

Good value for money, especially the Aperito offer. They also have a deli corner now, after they close Mercato, which was locate inside the Grafton Shopping Mall. They sell nice Italian products, some as well from Greece and Spain. While for drinking and eating is great, the deli is a bit over priced.

The food was nice, but to wait an hour and a half for starters is unacceptable.

Amazing gluten free pasta and wonderful service

I had an interesting experience at cosa nosta tonight. For starters the atmosphere was terrible with all of the Chefs screaming at each other which made the atmosphere very loud and unwelcoming. Probably the loudest place I have ever eaten at. Then we got our bill and there was a service charge which is fine but they asked for it in cash and when we said unfortunately we didn’t have any they got very aggressive and rude then they added another 10 percent onto the bill additionally to the service charge and if my husband hadn’t called it out I don’t know what would have happened 100% do not recommend

Italiano a mitad de semana para nosotros como familia. No estaba muy ocupado como era un miércoles, pero eso no fue un problema ya que la comida salió bien y rápido. Los entrantes eran muy agradables, pedimos salsa italiana extra y se sirvió sin problema. La red era muy sabrosa también, mi esposa y dos niñas les encantó. Sin duda volveremos a probar algunos platos diferentes pronto. Sin duda lo recomiendo aquí.

Trabajé en Poco durante un par de meses en la tienda Headingley y disfruté de mi tiempo trabajando allí. La comida es excelente, hecha fresca por chefs que se preocupan por la comida que están haciendo. Hay una gran selección de postres y cosas saladas, cambiando semanalmente, lo cual es genial si quieres variedad en lo que estás recibiendo. Mis favoritos fueron los Calzones y los Arancini (¡tanto los sabores como las opciones vegetarianas son geniales!). Los desiertos son deliciosos y muy variados, así que hay mucho para elegir. La crema fresca Bomboloni, o pistacho Aragastina o Cannoli son mis favoritas. Pero todo es delicioso y vale la pena probarlo. Trabajar allí fue bueno. Detrás de escena hay mucho que hacer de gente trabajadora que quiere traer una porción de la cultura alimentaria siciliana a Leeds. Bruno, gerente de la sucursal de Headingley, es un tipo maravilloso que se preocupa profundamente por su herencia siciliana y proporciona a los demás una experiencia gastronómica que refleja la alegría y el deleite de la cultura gastronómica que experimentó al crecer en Italia.
