Realmente me gustaría felicitarme por el excelente tiempo que pasé en The Franklin London. Todo está curado profundamente en los detalles, el personal es amable y extremadamente amable educado y servicial. El restaurante es uno de los mejores que he atado en los hoteles de Londres y es un verdadero italiano (soy italiano y aprecio plenamente todas las elecciones que hice). Una felicitación masiva a Stefania que me dio un montón de grandes sugerencias mientras elegía los platos, ella es muy agradable y bien preparado, ella escuchó cuidadosamente mis gustos y me compró a las elecciones correctas. It took a long time before we got our order and then before the food arrived. Over an hour. Boring taste of the food. The carbonara was unusual, and not in a good way. The pizza and ragu were quite tasteless. Sad experience for my girl who celebrated eleven years in London today and wanted Italian food.
