Ordered quite a big order of pizzas and other bits for delivery. It came piping hot and the portion sizes of chips and the children’s meal was massive! Definitely will be ordering again

We just had an amazing experience here. We were a party of around 14 people, some who have learning or physical disabilities. The staff went above and beyond to make each and everyone one of us feel welcome. They accommodated all of our needs. A special thank you to Jas who was our main server. He was very patient and friendly and an absolute star! They knew we couldn't leave much of a tip for their service but still went an extra miles for us. Extremely satisfied! Will be recommending it to everyone I know.

Mixed kebab was absolutely horrendous.

Dined here this afternoon after winning a competition. We had the 3 course lunch menu & it was great from start to finish. The 3 ladies serving were lovely. Chefs were polite. Yummy food & fast service. Thank you.

Visitamos este encantador restaurante italiano junto al río en Otley en el día de Morhers. Estábamos reservados para las primeras horas de la tarde y nos sentamos a nuestra mesa de inmediato. El restaurante tiene mesas dentro de un invernadero al entrar que tiene vistas directas a la orilla del río. En el interior hay mesas y una pequeña selección de productos alimenticios italianos en la recepción para comprar. Nos llevaron arriba, que tiene grandes vistas también, dados nuestros menús y bebidas pedidos tomados un poco más tarde. Había 2 / 3 opciones de cursos para el Domingo de Madres con entrantes, pastas, carnes , pescado y opciones vegetarianas. La comida era bastante sabrosa, aunque nuestra red tardamos un poco más en llegar. El personal es amable y educado. Los baños están limpios, aunque un poco apretados. Aparcamiento fuera.

Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

Don’t know who made it but flip me .cold,the smell but I tried to ignore it and just eat , until the smell got to me and my stomach started hurting it still hurt can’t sleep took 1hour and 17 minutes to arrive maybe is not your fault but cmon man I have had shawarma my whole life and please don’t come at me saying I don’t know what I am on about I am from Iraq and what we it is shawarma if you don’t know but flip me the only thing that was good was the Pepsi and also in the picture and description I thought it was 2 shawarma but no ti was just 1 smelly one sorry about it is just I am really upset because I haven’t eaten for a while and I ordered some food and is just really disappointed me

Fantastic Meal at Pizza Express Ilkley I had a great dining experience at Pizza Express in Ilkley. I ordered the Garlic Prawn pizza along with a chilli and basil dip, and my brother had the lasagne with dough sticks. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and full of flavour. The portion sizes were just right, and everything was served fresh and hot. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, making the experience even better. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere, and despite being busy, the service was efficient. The price was reasonable, especially with the 25% discount code I used, which made it great value for money. Overall, a fantastic meal, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be visiting again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered this nuttela and strawberry crepe and an Oreo milkshake, it came after 40 minutes and it tasted rubbish and out of date , I gave it to my cats and they didn’t want it either. The overall price of this was £8 and the portion was tiny. I don’t recommend getting a crepe or milkshake from here as it is horrible and has ruined my day. If I could rate this 0 I certainly would

We have always paid more money for this takeaway as it was our treat. I have never had a bad order up until tonight, it’s was awful. The base of the pizza was like a mattress with cheese spewed over it and over the edges. The burger was like it had been punched and the chips were like they’d been flash fried. Honestly awful for a frequent customer spending over £30 at a time with £3 delivery. Do better !
