The best restaurants serving Italian food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Vine aquí para una comida de cumpleaños ya que muestra una mayor variedad de comidas en comparación con otros lugares de la zona. Gran relación calidad-precio y comida muy buena y sabrosa. Increíbles patatas fritas y estas se cocinan exactamente como deberían ser! ¡Gran tamaño de porción! Uno de los mejores que he visto. No pases por alto este lugar ya que el exterior no le hace justicia y lo hace parecer más pequeño de lo que es. ¡Ciertamente volvería a comer allí!

Went there 17th May. Normally I love to go there, but not this time. Kids behind the bar were busy, waited 15mins for a pint of Guinness and a vodka & coke, yes the drinks were bought to the table.But what was disgusting was that when the drinks arrived I asked for a piece of lime in my drink as I normally do. The young man behind the bar brought me a slice of lime in his fingers. Not in a glass or even on a cocktail stick. He had obviously not been trained, in Health & safety. I wont be going there again. Always met my friends there on a Saturday evening. Not any more.

Unfortunately the Luxury Ice Cream Company online menu is wrong. I was there on Sunday afternoon intending to have a banana split and buy my grand-daughter a Biscoff sundae but neither of these was on offer. The LICC did not respond to my email the day before our visit and their telephone number was not recognised. Having said that, the ice cream we did have was delicious.

Passing through Mirfield on the navigation on a Saturday, couldn't be bothered to cook so sought out something a little more upmarket than the pub's burgers. This restaurant is around 3/4 mile out of town and at first sight situated in a less than ideal location, next to an industrial/trading estate. But once through the doors, a warm welcome - the proprietor juggled tables to make room for the three of us (around 1800) on what was otherwise a fully booked evening. We all opted for the salmon special on a bed of spinach, veg or salad side dish included at £19.50. Fish precisely cooked - big tick! The usual range of Italian puddings, and none the worse for that as they were very well done. Went off-piste with the wine, a NZ sauvignon blanc (at £28), in order to get a drier mouthful than the house white. So, around £108, before tip, for the three of us - acceptable for food and wine of this standard. Would return (with a booking!) if in the area again.

Excellent food and service - delicious pizzas (incl several vegetarian options) and great sides!

Nice restaurant Very busy. Menu has a large selection of apparent traditional Italian dishes with a few other cuisines also represented on the menu. We both went for the half and half (half pizza half pasta) these were still large portions. One interesting thing to note were the spring onions in both the carbonara and the pasta Alfredo. Not an ingredient we have had in Italian pastas before.

As we cannot respond to the owners review on our previous review. Thank you for your reply to our one rated review. However, after using your restaurant for years, and having zero issues, we are extremely disappointed with tonight’s outcome. Our advise is, don’t use an online booking service, if your business is quite clearly not able to manage it!

Down from Newcastle and have to admit, the food was absolutely delicious, I would recommend highly, you won't be disappointed 😋

There was eleven of us we all ordered different items from the menu and all the food arrived hot and well presented and enjoyable the atmosphere was nice reasonable priced worth going again

Tuvimos un desayuno aquí con amigos a las 10 . 45 am La habitación de arriba estaba helada cuando me dieron una mesa pequeña calentadora que tardó una eternidad en calentar. El desayuno era más pequeño de lo normal menos contenido en la masa madre y no tenía guarnición de ensalada. Llevo mucho tiempo viniendo a desayunar. La encantadora pareja que lo dirigió durante años eran personajes reales y escuché que se han retirado o vendido / dejado el negocio. Parece ser dirigido por gente nueva.

This understated little gem of a restaurant consistently turns out delicious food. The service is brilliant and we will be back.

Great tasting wood fired Pizza! Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable price. Daniele the manager has excellent customer service skills and will do everything to make sure the customer is 100% happy. Our favourite pizza place.

Nunca antes habíamos visitado este lugar y pensamos que San Valentín sería la ocasión perfecta para ello. Todas las opciones en el menú para pasar la noche se veían increíbles, y cada curso era simplemente fantástico. Lo que terminó nuestra noche fue recibir un agradecimiento especial del propietario, que fue un toque encantador. Sin duda volveremos pronto, no puedo recomendar lo suficiente!

I eat here quite a lot (possibly too often). This place is on two floors and the stairs to the first floor are pretty steep so if anybody in your party has any mobility issues I would recomending booking and telling them that you need a table on the ground floor. There are no steps and the ground floor toilet, while maybe being a bit narrow is also step free. I tend to switch between having a pizza and the lasagne both of which are lovely. They offer a take away service as well as eat in but, no delivery service. The staff are lovely, helpfull. Compared with other pizza places in Hebden the food at Origano is very well priced. They have an open kitchen so you watch you pizza being prepared and cooked. I don't know if they offer GF pasta but, they do serve GF pizzas. The standard pizza vases are made there but the GF ones are bought in. Plenty of veggie and vegan options as well. They do get pretty busy at time so, I would recomend booking.
