Uno Momento in Harrogate

Visited for Mother’s Day. Fantastic Sunday lunch, great sized portions, superbly presented and good service. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely Italian set in a beautiful part of Yorkshire. Although we have to travel about 40 miles to get here, it's definitely worth it. The staff are wonderful and helpful, and they're always flat out busy. The meals are always spot on. Because it's so difficult to choose from the amazing food, my husband and I usually choose a half pasta and half pizza option. This is a perfect combination. I met the main man tonight, and like the rest of the staff, the chef was a lovely guy. We've visited three times In the last month, and it's been perfect each visit. If I could give it 6/5 I would..lol. Definitely recommend, but would recommend booking, especially on the weekend.

Ordered a takeaway for my birthday. Food was ready within 20 minutes , staff were very welcoming upon collection. Portions were great , food was lovely. Can’t get better value for money in Ripon

Decided to take my family for a New Years Eve meal to this restaurant. We usually use the Harrogate Portofino but fancied a change of venue. (Big Mistake). I ordered a fresh calamari starter which wasn't fresh!! Very chewy, not good. My wife ordered goats cheese starter with Chilli Jam. That was no way Chilli Jam, it was definitely a strawberry jam. Undeterred we waited for our mains to arrive. And we waited and waited until after some serious prodding and a full hour later our mains arrived. By this time I just wanted to go home. This experience is in complete contrast to what we have experienced at the Harrogate restaurant. I won't be going back.

Simply the best restaurant in Ripon.Came with my family we all had starters and mains the 2 course set menu for just £14,95. Food was lovely and the service second to none. Is a good reason why this restaurant is always busy . Definitely highly recommended

We ordered a takeaway from here and chose the half pasta, half pizza option. The restaurant was very accommodating to our extra requests. The food was plentiful, tasty and fresh. Highly recommended.

Our first time in Ripon so our first time in Potofino. We called in for lunch after visiting the beautiful Cathedral. We were greeted by Martin and from our first contact with him and Christian we were made to feel at home. The restaurant had real atmosphere and for a Monday Lunchtime was well supported. Two of us had The Italian burger one the pasta all tasty and well presented. Our fourth member had smoked fish and rice , which she sai it was the best she ever had. We are already planning a return visit

We visited Portofino’s tonight with my elderly parents. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, seating us in a quieter part of the restaurant. The food was delicious and huge portions so we’ve brought some home! Thank you all for a lovely evening.

this restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. It's a great place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. Today we went as a group of 8 and tried the Sunday roast. it was to die for! Give it a try!

If you like cheap quality ingredients and tasteless food, then come here. Piling your plate with excessive amounts of food doesn't take away from the fact that everything about the experience is poor. Senior staff stand offish and rude. Anyone with tastebuds avoid.
