Been going to Pizza World for years, and almost every time the food is great. The staff, who have been there for years, are great and always accommodating.

We order delivery every Friday because their pizza is delicious and delivered so quickly. Our fave is the Quattro Fromagio ❤️🍕

Bought pizza from here for years. Just got charged to use a debit card for payment. which is illegal. You cannot charge a fee for card payments. You have lost a long term customer. Well done

The food was really good but the person I was on the phone too was really arrogant and he kept signing whenever I said an order. The employees name was lealand and I just want to send a complaint about him.

I had pizza and chips last night, I’ve woke up in the morning violently throwing up out of both ends, if you love food poisoning, i highly recommend! !

It's the third of fourth time I've used these guys now (pizzas only) and every single time they've tasted great and proper authentic, nice thin base and no grease at all and the prices are good too! These guys are so much better than your standard kebab shop pizzas and are without a doubt one of the top places in Harrogate.

Usually a great little pizza shop, used it for years! but the last couple of occasions have been a bit of a let down. I thought we would give it another go tonight but both pizzas were undercooked, the dough was still wet and the fries were soggy and hardly no seasoning. Not sure what’s going on there at the minute. Last night the guy cooking wasn’t someone we have seen before… And I’ve just checked on the food standards agency and they have 2 stars! I’m sure the old food hygiene rating is displayed not the upto date one.. Not great

I went to this pizza place and it was okay. They had a lot of different kinds of pizza to choose from, I ended up getting a pepperoni pizza and it was fine, nothing special. The crust was kind of doughy and the cheese was okay. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn't go back.

Orderedered 2 american burgers one came charged 8 pound rang to dispute this and basically made me out to be a liar it was for me and my son absolutely shocking ordered all the time from here not no more

Just ordered chilli burger and double Hawaiian burger. Was told it would be 45 mins to collect and when I got there 35 mins after ordering ( 10 mins before said collection time) it was ready, God knows how long it had been sat on the side, when I got home I had received a double chilli burger and a single Hawaiian burger, both served in soggy bread buns with stone cold rubbery chips. Very very disappointed.

We visited Pizza World recently and chose the £10 deal we got one meat feast pizza to share plus 2 portions of chips plus two cans of pop,it sounded a cheap deal.The Food was The PITS!!! The pizza was thin and like cardboard and had no taste at all but was greasy.We were starving so we had to eat some of it.Gross!! The French fry chips were stone cold so definitely not made fresh!.Awful place! Won't buy from here again!.

We use this place alot but I do have to say that the take away service is very poor, we only live 5 minutes drive up the road and have had 3 terrible deliveries. The food took 1 hour and a half just for 2 burgers and garlic bread, when it arrived it was cold and burnt This has happened every time recently so we always now just go collect it and I will say it's great food if collect Love the chips

Use to love the pizzas from here, but think their chef has changed because they aren't as good as what they were. Order delivered wrong several times too. Disappointed with them now.

been going here for must be about 15 years now, and it's still the best place in town for pizza, extremely friendly staff and the pizzas are always amazing, same with the chips! the best chips in town!

We just had a party and asked Pizza World to deliver. They were extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The pizzas were lovely and tasty. Thank you loads for your help and for making our party easy and stress free to organise.

My favourite Pizza takeaway for at least the last 15 years. They have a wonderful American style chip spice for their chips which is unusual for Harrogate. Their pizzas are big and the cheese goes on top of the fillings and melts over them. The free garlic bread for orders over £20 is much appreciated. The pizza is just as nice cold the next day and I always order enough that there will be leftovers. Both chips and pizza are high in salt- make sure you have plenty of drink to go with your meal. Friendly service whether collecting or ordering delivery. I remember them once delivering to my house in the middle of nowhere through the snow and ice! Not fancy fare, look elsewhere if you want rocket salad, cherry tomatoes and goats' cheese. Always a lovely treat.

Loved it service was very good and very pleasant staff and the pizza was excellent.

Had to wait over an hour and 40 minutes for a pizza to arrive and EXTREMELEY RUDE owner over the phone when asking how long it would be. They did not even let us finish our sentence and hung up on us twice. We turned the pizza away when it arrived and refused to pay for such awful service which we informed the owner before they hung up on us. Then the delivery driver had the audacity to say ‘thanks for wasting my time’.

placed an order 80 min ago on a monday... still waiting even though told 10 mins. they must be delivering on foot. terrible service and asked for a margherita and got some unknown meat pizza when arrived 2 min ago do not use

Over 1 hour wait... Rude owner on phone when checking how much longer the wait will be?.... Stodgy pizza that had obviously been waiting for the delivery as long as me! 😬 Very disappointed not only with the service but also the attitude of the owner when dealing with my compliant.. Lost customer .. More pizza houses elsewhere with free delivery.. One word to sum up.. RUDE! Would of give zero stars but not possible to allow me to make a review 😠😡

Reasonable pizza, not the worst I've had. However ensure you have the right change as the delivery driver doesn't appear to carry change! Either that or it's his way of getting a tip!

Disgraceful haven’t ordered from their in a while remember why now 1hr and 50 mins for delivery ! Too tired and past it went to bed instead unhappy family and kids had to cook them something out the freezer after an hour waiting as it was past bed good job as wasn’t till another 50 mins they knocked

Great pizza, great price. Very industrial area and only for takeaway or delivery but it's very yummy and far better priced than the chains in town.

Really rude they forgot something so I told him while he was here he said he would be back with it in 5 mins 20 mins still nothing so I phoned and they said they would send someone out 20 mins later still nothing so I phoned again and they had a go at me very very bad service
