New menu and regular food as good as ever. Service very good, just over busy towards end of meal, but enjoyed as always. Would always recommend Zizzi and Harrogate especially

Fantatic place.Great food and lovely staff

Went to Zizzi’s, waited to be seated for 2-4 minutes and in the end had to ourselves. Waited 10 minutes for any acknowledgement from a member of staff without luck. The restaurant was not busy so this was not the cause. We then left and went to pizza express where we were instantly greeted and seated, had water delivered to table within 2 minutes and managed to place order within 5-10 minutes. The difference in customer service between the 2 places was night and day. Note: pizza express was busier and still managed to deliver excellent customer service.

Fantastic evening out. Tom was our server - really attentive, friendly and even helped out with making the brownies. Brilliant service thank you!

As a regular customer at Zizzi in Harrogate, I never been disappointed. The food is brilliant and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional and this is clearly down to superb management by Dimi. Special mention must go to Mathew and Tom who served my friends and I this evening. The restaurant has been recently refurbished and I fully recommend it to others. Visited Zizzi in Harrogate for lunch again today (Saturday 30 March}. The food was as brilliant as ever and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We were served by Tom who always goes out of his way to ensure that his customers are well looked after. He is extremely friendly, polite and efficient - an obvious asset to the company. Many thanks

The restaurant has a really nice ambiance especially because the staff are all so friendly, helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely experience, as we do every time we attend.

Didn't end up staying since no one greeted us for at least 5 minutes at the door and staff walked past us without acknowledgement. One server eventually did but didn't appear to come back so we left.

My family and I had a lovely meal at Zizzis Harrogate. The food was great, service was fantastic and it was good value. Thank you to Natalie for being so brilliant and friendly!

Popped in for a goats cheese pizza last week when visiting Harrogate, the service was excellent as was the food and experience. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived but this was early evening and was busying up when we left. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would deffo recommend a visit and close to station x

Food was absolutely delicious, staff were amazing with a special shout out to Zedric who was very attentive & nothing was too much , would definitely recommend a visit here .

Food could have been a tad better, but exemplary service from the guy serving, Tom Dunn I think made the experience well worth it! Definitely Will be coming back soon

It’s been a few years since a visit to a Zizzi’s. Elisia ensured it was warm, welcoming, and relational. She helped us with our menu choices, gave some tips to help make the experience straightforward, and even had time for some conversation about our week and hers. She’s a true gem and made our meal and our evening memorable! Great job, Z’s!

Was soft launch night so small menu. Brilliant food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Service was a bit wobbly but staff very new and still learning how to do it.

The windows look very inviting so I decided to go in. Very nicely decorated. The service was friendly. I ordered a red wine but got served a rose wine. It was still lovely. The food was tasty.

New to Harrogate and been to Zizzi three times already. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are all outstandingly professional and nice and the menu is so varied and appealing. I love Italian so I am already on side when it comes to such dining experiences, but Zizzi far exceeds my expectations each time. Wonderful!

Lovely food and excellent service

Six of us (2 adults and 4 kids aged 10-15) ate for lunch end of Dec 23. Food was good and the service was excellent. I love Zizzis especially when the staff are great, as it was on this occasion.

Very disappointed with our visit. Long waiting times for food to arrive. Somewhat bland in taste. The staff were polite and attentive but obviously under pressure because of food cooking issues.

Food tasty but very limited range of gf and lactofree combined ie just margaritas Boyfriend said 'Sticky pig'pizza extremely pizza and struggling to eat it as burning mouth badly.Nice ice cream dessert in gf lactofree but that was the extent of menu for me as I have dual allergy

Best service we have had. Food was delightful. Fresh and perfectly prepared. Slight issue with the billing but agreed that would be resolved and wasn’t directly the restaurants issue. Really delighted with how we were attended to throughout the meal. Gold standard for service in a Zizzi and we have tried them the length and breadth of the country.

Excellent service from the harrogate staff I ordered on go eat and they didn’t deliver, I rang the restaurant and they remade and delivered it themselves in short time

We only had drinks we decided not to eat because the place was quite busy and noisy.

Have always enjoyed dining at Zizzi in Harrogate and the food has always been good. However last night the Bruschettas were drowned in Balsamic Glaze which overpowered any taste of tomatoes and garlic. The Rustica Primavera pizza, which we shared, was OK but only had about 4 olives and a few of the other toppings. We asked for it without Goat’s Cheese but got no extra Mozarella or anything else. We shared a mixed leaf salad which was just a few coloured leaves in a bowl with a dressing and a couple of “shaves” of Riserva cheese for £4. We finished with a very light and airy Tiramisu each. All in all our meal was very disappointing and we will not be dining there again.

We loved the food ! im gluten free and these are some of the best pizzas that cater to that! Big fan The hostess was lovely but our waiter didn’t seem to be “feeling it” quite slow - I saw our drinks had been made and they were then left on the side of the bar for about 5 minutes before being brought to us- yes it was busy but the amount of staff working there with waitresses standing around chatting -I was left feeling disappointed Would return for the food - have to say the one in Durham on a very busy night our server was running round left right and centre and brought amazing service with it - and that was with far less staff!

I came in Saturday night for a spot to eat and quite honestly, it was fabulous. I'd had a rough day and just wanted a quick pizza to take the edge off. I arrived shortly after 8 and was served by Freya(?) who was gracious, polite and very knowledgeable! She made me feel comfortable and not at all strange for dining alone. 10/10 for service, food and atmosphere. I will most certainly be back.

Visted 26/10/23 Planned a quick evening meal with our son, ended up leaving 2hrs later, having had a wonderful evening and really great food & wine. The staff were so helpful and made us all feel really welcome. Definitely would visit again.

Exceeded expectations this evening with the best food and atmosphere with family after a bit of a disaster last time , definitely will be back ! Strange smell near the table we were at that's only fault we had , smelt like bins wafting at the odd moments .

They are trying to do more work with fewer employees. Therefore, waiting time increases and quality decreases.

Booked to eat dinner here on a Saturday evening so I could use a voucher that was nearing its expiration. When booking, I was encouraged to sign up for their zillionaires club - I did this & received an electronic voucher for a free garlic bread starter... They are now card only & all bills are presented on a mini electronic screen, so no needless use of paper there. The place was really busy with a lot of large noisy groups, but we were soon seated in a quiet booth away from the noise - this was a blessing. Our waitress was really genuine & friendly, I thought we'd be waiting ages for our food as they were so busy but we were pleasantly surprised by their speed & efficiency. The food was just amazing & apart from having to correct an item on the bill everything ran smoothly. I'm definitely eating here again.

First visit to zizzilicious. Food great atmosphere great. However what topped all of these was Cedric. Being a proper clutch I spilled squash everywhere which he then cleaned up but more importantly his food recommendation was off the chart. He's a credit to you zizzi. Keep hold of him. Excellent service. Surprisingly good pizza. Very tasty with good herbs and seasoning. Then a ReVisit in July/2023. Still most enjoyable.

This was our first visit to a Zizzi restaurant, and we were so impressed we had lunch and then came back for dinner. We were on holiday in Harrogate, and this was a quick stop. The waiters on both occasions were lovely, and the food was fresh and tasty!

Let’s talk Pizza! Zizzi impressed me with their proper size pizza. When it comes to vegan pizza I think every vegan can’t let me lie about how hard it is to find a good vegan Pizza. It’s been a long time since I had a Margarita pizza and zizzi made my day by having a Margherita on the menu. One pizza each wasn’t the only thing we ordered, as usual we went crazy ordering everything we could. We ordered: 🔹Garlic Bread: Brushed with garlic and rosemary. 🔹Rustica Vegan Margherita: Made in our signature Rustica style with tomato, vegan MozzaRisella and fresh basil. 🔹Chips: Crispy thin chips seasoned with rosemary & sea salt. 🔹Vegan Meatless ‘Meatballs’: Plant based meatless ‘meatballs’ in a slow-roasted tomato sauce with vegan MozzaRisella. Everything was 10/10 and not because we were starving because we had zizzi on a different day and it was also delicious. Conclusion, If you’re in the UK don’t forget to visit Zizzi and Sign up for free Garlic Bread 😋

Very disappointed. Thin and crispy pizzas but soggy bottom, Poor service, try writing the orders down instead of remembering them incorrectly. Difficult to have a conversation as noisy yet still not a good atmosphere and to top it off, overpriced.

Absolutely awful. Whilst ordering food there was no options for removing item in meals. I cannot eat mushrooms and so didn’t want them on my food. Tried phoning them to request my items without mushrooms. I tried phoning them for over 10 minutes with absolutely no answer just went to voicemail all the time my order was processing and then changed to cooking. Food arrived full of mushrooms and ruined for my purposes. I’m sure the food was amazing the others that ordered with me enjoyed theirs but I had to order other food from somewhere else and pay twice. Either add the options for removing items or answer the phone when it rings!!!

Four stars largely based upon the shear effort and hard work that the staff put in at this restaurant. Food as expected (just ok and surprisingly bland for Italian) service excellent.

Went this evening for just a quick pizza, haven’t been for a long time. I have to say the pizzas were good! But my reason for writing this review is because of the young man waiter we had this evening (George) he was was brilliant, very attentive knew the menu qnd the drinks available well, very pleasant! Nice to see someone enjoying work and he has a great sense of humour and some good banter with us! Such nice change nowadays!

Went for evening meal after a day at NEU conference. The staff were attentive and food great especially as it was washed down with a few glasses of prosecco. Such good value with a TASTE CARD.

Quite disappointed as I was told over the phone that food intolerances were no.problem & staff would help me choose but I just got an ipad put in front of me. Even the waitress could not use it. She got out some sheets of paper but didnt seem to know what she was doing. Dishes that were recommended over the phone e.g SeaBass she said were not suitable for me & all she suggested was pasta with a tomato sauce. Eventually she suggested adding some King Prawns to it. I wont be going again because it was not as promised. Poor value too.

The atmosphere was amazing and the food we had, the starter. We had to wait 2 hours and the main still hadn't come out. We gave up and left annoyed and frustrated. Other than that it was great. We would like to try again and hope it won't be a repeat.

It was my daughters 12th birthday party, she enjoyed it a lot and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! The food was top top, the manager was very helpful and professional along with all staff! We will be definitely coming back ❤️

Zizzis used to be much better. Chefs are nice and friendly but the waitress was ignorant. They don't care about bookings or if you have any special requests even though they are asking for it. Food is ok, but in my opinion it's not worth it. It's not that special anymore.
