I visited Zizi and it was an excellent experience. It’s an Italian restaurant where they really pay attention to every detail, especially cleanliness. The hygiene is very noticeable, particularly when preparing the pizzas, which gives you a lot of confidence. The food was delicious, and you can really taste the quality of each ingredient. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very attentive. Definitely a place I recommend if you’re looking for great Italian food in a clean and welcoming setting.

Fantastic food and a brilliant venue

Had lunch at zizzi harrogate yesterday. We go here a lot because the food is consistently good and we are always well looked after. Our waiter Jose, was very attentive and friendly as usual. Rec

Tom looked after us with good humour and patience. We never felt rushed, which was great as we all had lots to talk about. Food was excellent and hot on arrival. Only slight disappointment was that the coffee tasted a bit 'thin', but we do like it strong. Thanks again, Zizzi and Team.

Nice spot for lunch for my wifes birthday. Jose our waiter was excellent. Polite, chatty and helpful. Was quiet when we went, hence the 4 stars. Some Italian background music would have been nice and nake it more authentic. Toilets were spotless and spacious too. Thanks - Jose - for making it a great lunchtime experience.

Today my son and I visited Zizzis for lunch, the food was very quickly served and was very nice, however......after paying our bill we left the restaurant, within about 90 seconds my son realised he had left one of his bags, containing gifts, behind so we wentt back into the restaurant and the bag had gone! The member of staff we asked said she would look for the bag and promptly disappeared into the back never to be seen again! The bag was surprisingly not found.

We called in for a drink before heading home and after a nice welcome enjoyed a glass of wine in one of the relaxing booths. The standard of decor here is top class with immaculate toilets. The menu looked good so we will be back.
