We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant. The staff were great. We would not hesitate to go back.

Midweek date night for me and wife had the calzone and another speciality pizza. Food was fairly priced service good and taste of food fab. Wife enjoyed a glass of white wine with her meal. Thank you Zizzi

We went for an anniversary dinner, gave us option to sit anywhere so we got a nice quiet booth. The food was brilliant as allways , there garlic nduja bombe is my highlight. Both pizzas were huge and delicious. Fair price for good food. Shout out to Jose and Cristina! Great service

Excellent meal at Zizis this evening. They fitted us in on a Saturday evening even though we had not booked and it was busy. And even though it was busy you could have a conversation - not too noisy. My meal, bruschetta, spaghetti bolognese and chocolate fudge cake, was excellent; as was the service.

We were at the Zizi restaurant this week and were delighted with the service and food. Sihvia served us and we really liked her service. I wish her more good clients.

The restaurant has a really nice ambiance especially because Elena and all the staff are all so friendly, helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely experience, as we do every time we attend.

The waitresses were great interacting with the little ones, especially Joshua, whose thirteenth birthday we were celebrating, even putting a candle in his dessert and singing happy birthday. And the food was delicious. Never disappointed here.

Not been to the Harrogate one despite living here, visited for the first time this evening, great experience, food was lovely, service excellent and nice surroundings and atmosphere, recommended

I recently visited Zizzi and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. The service was very well-organized, and the food arrived quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The dishes were delicious – the pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the pizza had a crispy, thin crust with just the right toppings. The seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The wine selection was excellent, and the tiramisu for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Zizz is a great spot for authentic Italian food with fast and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!

Best food I ever had nice experience

I haven’t visited Zizzi for years because I found the menu pretty boring. It’s definitely changed as there were lots of options I could have picked. I went for salmon and pasta and it was delicious. My husband had a calzone which was also excellent. The staff were lovely and really friendly. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you 😀

Had a lovely evening. The food was delicious... I had pizza with a fine base and it was great. The honey Comb cheesecake was lush. The service was friendly and quick. I haven't been here for years but will definitely be going back again and soon 😀 x

Zizzi in Harrogate is our kids’ favourite restaurant, which is saying something given the competition. The food is good and executed well. That said the main reason they like it so much is the service, which is exceptional. The team consistently are very kind and great with our demanding kids. Today our son had two pizzas and they both really enjoyed the ice cream. The restaurant is well managed and Dimi, who is the manager, always makes it a special experience for them. Highly recommend it particularly if you have kids.

Nice experience. The brushetta was amazing. First time seeing it done with small sliced tomatoes. Loved it. Food was very nice and well made. Service was ok. There was not enough staff. The young lady serving me was awesome, but she was definitely overwhelmed. Will return.

We came here for a meal for 2, on Sept24 and the staff were great, welcoming, and had struck the right balance between helpful/fussy. We went on a "less busy than usual" time, and shared a starter for which they gave us a plate each. Both starter & main course I thoroughly enjoyed - I had the Crispy Prosciutto Carbonara, and it was genuinely one of the nicest Italian dishes I've ever had! The sauces were especially good - rich, thick & creamy, without that sickly taste that can so often ruin a carbonara. We came here once before, 2 years ago, and I thought the food today was an improvement Vs back then. I only knocked a star off Service, because my partners "bottled water, no ice" took 3 attempts to get right. This is perhaps a little picky as the waitress was very apologetic over it, and did put it right quickly and overall it had no effect on our enjoyment, but usually same mistake isn't made twice in 2 minutes - and everything else was 5* - I can only assume the lady was at the end of a long shift, and like I said - I'm being picky here. In summary, highly recommend, warm welcoming and great food, and will definitely visit again when we come Harrogate in the future. The price, like everything else has gone up, and 2 drinks, 2 mains and 1 starter, no dessert, set us back almost £60

Great food and very friendly staff The manager and her staff are always so nice even the new recruits. You can see they all work as a Team. Can't ever fault the cooks. We love the food. Always our first choice of place to go in Harrogate when we want to eat out as a family. My Birthday yesterday and was offered a desert and sang "Happy Birthday" to the delight of my 11 years old son. Would really recommend the place!

Always a warm welcome from staff when visiting the Harrogate branch. Our waiter was fantastic, happy, attentive and had loads of character. The food was spot on as always, left happy and full.

Chicken milanaise overcooked, dry and stringy. We were not told cash not accepted.....except for tips. Wouldn't go back

Great lunch with family food very nice but our waitress gave the best service we have ever had in zizzi’s even though short staffed she was very attentive and we were never left waiting, very rare to get good service anywhere these days but she was good, and felt it necessary to mention her. Well done Silvia!

A return visit for us. There is always something new on the menu. I had a Classic pepperoni pizza - lovely thin crust and plenty of topping. My husband had the meatballs with pasta and was very happy. Sadly, nowadays, we can only manage one course, so I can't comment on the starters and desserts.

Absolutely wonderful! The first question they asked after getting a table was if we had any allergies. They then handed us a binder with allergen information for every item on their menu. The waiter was very knowledgeable & kind. He told me about all of the items that would or would not be safe for me to eat. We ended up ordering the non-gluten pizza and it was DELICIOUS!!

Thank you to Zizzi's in Harrogate and in particular to Dimi for hosting my son's pizza making birthday party this morning for him and his 10 friends. He had a wonderful time with his Mario theme and at his 6th birthday party. The service was brilliant and the guests all had fun. I understand that this is the first time that the venue have taken bookings for children's parties. News travels fast. A super party. Thank you! 5 stars. Best wishes Jonathan

Delicious meal at Zizzi, lovely flavours and good wine. Mushroom Risotto was exceptional and family enjoyed prawn starter, Spaghetti Bolognese and Lasagne. Our waiter Eugene was very friendly with good sense of humour and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Silvia was a brilliant, the food was very nice.

Decided to stop here for dinner last night as a party of four. The food was absolutely amazing! we had the Grande Antipasti for starters, cheese and chorizo macaroni and for mains Chicken Calabrese and Casareccia Pork & Garlic Meatballs. The service was quick. The waitress (polish woman .. I’ve forgotten her name sadly) was absolutely amazing, very attentive and happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone ☺️

The base had been rolled SO thin that, once cooked, it was overcooked and as tough as old boots. I can only suspect that they had been pre-made and simply warmed up again prior to serving. So disappointing - because the service and atmosphere was really good. Maybe Saturdays are a bit busy, maybe your chef who prepared the pizzas was either inexperienced or having an off day, but it put us off considering eating at Zizzi in the future. I hope you will take this as constructive criticism, and perhaps use it to improve on aspects of your food. It takes a long time to establish a good reputation, but just one bad experience to ruin it. This was not a good experience.

The food is always amazing, it's a constant high standard (especially impressive for a chain restaurant). The staff at the Harrogate zizzis are always absolutely amazing. They're always so friendly and I'm a pretty awkward person and they're very easy to talk to and have a little joke with. They're incredibly welcoming. It's one of my favourite places to go eat because of the food and staff.

Came here with friends and family, the service and waitress was so lovely. Food was delicious and very reasonable priced. Even had Crayola twistables and colourinf page to keep kids busy. Only downside was the state of the female side of the toilets. Soap everywhere, toilet tissue and generally just unpleasant.

My family visited Zizzi Harrogate 4 times within a month, and I believe it is fair for me to leave an objective comment. The first visit was fantastic, Dimy was excellent and we enjoyed our lunch very much Second visit , ok, Dimy was not there, everything was average, no complaint. Third visit, the lady at the reception was impatient and cold. Had a feeling that I had offended her, not pleasant, but still tolerable. Fourth visit, this was a disaster. We met the lady again, who was not only impatient, but also a bit hostile & rude. The feeling was so bad, so bad indeed. Before we placed the order, we had confirmed that our 2 vouchers - 50% off main courses and free kid meal could be used at the same time. However, when we paid the bill, I was told the free kid meal voucher could not be used. Don't know if this is a system bug or the staff are not familiar with the T&C enough. From amazing service to a disaster, very difficult to believe. I will not return again.

Great food with very friendly staff

Great menu choices, lots of choice but also lots of quality. Lots of different quality ingredients used. Atmosphere fab. Quick service and food came very quick. Service was excellent, 3 people hosted us during the night and all brilliant. Price decent, but especially good value when you taste some of the meals. The honeycomb cheesecake was to die for. Shared it with my partner and completely regretted that after the first bite. Would 100% return to this specific Zizzi again and has made me want to visit more Zizzis after not dining there for a fair few years.

Early dinner just a swift shared pizza and soft drink after an exhausting day out. It was lovely and staff excellent. The 700 calorie pizza is an excellent idea well done Zizzi.

Amazing experience here. The guy with the beard who looked after us was fantastic. The food was amazing and the service overall was first class. Our little boy was being an absolute nuisance as he'd had little sleep, so they really did have a lot to put up with. Thank you for looking after us.

Cedric had a brilliant combination of exemplary manners, non intrusive yet relaxed. We had 30 mins to order and eat food before a train home and he asked the kitchen if they could cook our dinner in time, which they did, super fast. Cedric has a naturally amiable nature about him and would be an asset to any team in any industry.
