The best restaurants serving Italian food in Reading South East

Recientemente visitamos Vegivores por primera vez y tuvimos una gran experiencia. El lugar en sí es hermoso (espacioso, ligero, buen ambiente, un montón de asientos en interiores y exteriores) y el menú ofrece una gran variedad de bebidas (incluidos cócteles y cafés especiales / chocolates calientes) y una gran selección de comida vegana. Pedimos desde el menú 'Weekday Lunch' y cada uno probó un burrito de verduras (con queso de anacardo y trozos de chorizo de tofu añadidos) como principal, luego compartimos un pequeño plato de macarrones y queso (con setas trufadas añadidas) y el pesto crujiente ñoquis (servido con anacardo batido). También pedimos un cacao moon latte, arveja mariposa helada matcha latte azul y moca helada para beber. Nuestro servidor era amable y tanto nuestras bebidas y comida llegaron rápidamente después de ordenar. Todo parecía y sabía fantástico, con una deliciosa mezcla de sabores y texturas. Todos estuvimos de acuerdo en que era probablemente una de las mejores comidas que habíamos comido en mucho tiempo (independientemente de los requisitos dietéticos) y ya hemos hecho planes para volver para otra visita de almuerzo y también el almuerzo de fin de semana! Nuestra única queja (menor) es que los tamaños de las porciones eran quizás un poco pequeños dados los precios (por ejemplo, aunque el mac & cheese se clasificó como un "plato pequeño", todavía costaba £ 9. 50 & por lo que esperábamos una porción un poco más grande para el costo). Sin embargo, nuestro amor por la comida significa que sin duda volveremos a visitar y recomendar Vegetales a nuestros amigos y familiares.

Da en el blanco en todas las áreas - comida, ambiente, autenticidad, limpieza, servicio, etc. Éramos una familia de 5 con 3 niños mayores y un veredicto unánime de “excelente”, fue la opinión, al igual que las otras 243 “excelentes” críticas en Tripadvisor en el momento de la revisión. ¡Sigan trabajando bien, volveremos!

Todo aquí se veía increíble y volveré por una pinsa y un poco de queso. Tomé una copa de vino preciosa hoy mientras veía el mundo pasar. Personal muy amable y bien informado

Llegamos a las 9:30 y nos dijeron que habían dejado de servir a pesar de que cerraron a las 11. 30 . Totalmente inaceptable.

We had an early Saturday lunch for six - booked for Noon. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken quickly, but the food was slow in coming (main course approx 45 minutes from arriving and without having starters). The adult main courses were all very enjoyable (3 pizzas and one spaghetti carbonara with added chicken). We went 'large' for the 2 children's meals (aged 8 and 5), but whilst the pasta dish was a decent size the child's large pizza was surprisingly small - so small we thought it must be the small version and we had to top it up with pizza slices from the adult pizzas. Adult desserts were disappointing (tiramisu and millionaire doughnuts) for the prices charged. The Strawberry lemonade was also very disappointing with a lot more ice than liquid in the tumbler. Staff were nice and particularly good with the children (e.g. getting down to their levels to take their orders). In all honesty, Wildwood and Zizzi's both offer better value children's meals.

Our go-to place in the town centre. We have come here over the past few years quite a few times, with its convenient location for Heathrow coach, railway station and for a number of local buses too; nice staff, clean interior, cozy ambience with Mozart, jazz; excellent staff, food and coffee. Always a pleasure to relax here.

Absolutely brilliant service when the wrong pizza was brought over they changed it very quickly (JACOB) Who is our waiter Very polite!!! Then a young lady called Tilly was also very polite and came and told us that all the shops and restaurants are getting shut down This place is very good at hiring staff

Can get a little busy on main shopping days and is on occasion, difficult to get a seat. That said, the coffee and atmosphere are great and the location is just about perfect.

Very good restaurant and I will visit it again
