She offered great recommendations and took the time to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, largely due to her attentive service.

I wondered aimlessly through the night on a bustling street, my eyes were drawn to the Treatz dessert parlour. Sweetness entered my mind and I knew I had to enter to satisfy my primal urges. Adnan was great, he approached me nicely when I walked in through the door, and I had a lot of people with me but he was very patient and helpful with the table arrangements as we had move some around, he then took our order and gave us the food very quickly and nicely, and he had a smile throughout. He is truly a great asset to the business

Treatz in Reading is an absolute must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! The food is absolutely brilliant - delicious, decadent and with a huge variety to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the Ferrero Rocher waffle - it was absolutely divine! But what really made my experience special was the fantastic customer service. Ahsan was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The atmosphere in Treatz is also really pleasant. It's a great place to relax and catch up with friends while enjoying some amazing desserts. Highly recommend!
