Adnan was great, he approached me nicely when I walked in through the door, and I had a lot of people with me but he was very patient and helpful with the table arrangements as we had move some around, he then took our order and gave us the food very quickly and nicely, and he had a smile throughout. He is truly a great asset to the business

Treatz in Reading is an absolute must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! The food is absolutely brilliant - delicious, decadent and with a huge variety to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the Ferrero Rocher waffle - it was absolutely divine! But what really made my experience special was the fantastic customer service. Ahsan was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The atmosphere in Treatz is also really pleasant. It's a great place to relax and catch up with friends while enjoying some amazing desserts. Highly recommend!

Great treat for the kids, desserts are 10/10 only downside is it’s quite expensive when you’re bringing 4 kids with you. For the occasional treat it’s not bad.

We have been coming to Treatz for a while and had a wonderful experience! We tried the waffle with ice cream and brownie, which was delicious, but the real star was the brookie—it was absolutely stupendous! The service from Anelia was fantastic; she was friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The only downside was that they don’t accept American Express, but that’s a minor issue compared to the delightful desserts. Highly recommend Treatz.

Rajini and Anelia have gone above and beyond to cater to our complex taste buds. They even gave us a free ice cream and bounty chocolate to complement our chocolate heaven cake and bounty hot chocolate. Definitely recommend!!!
