So impressed with the service! Mitchell was our server and he was so lovely to talk to, really looked after us! 5 star service from Mitchell!

Sarah, our waitress, was great as usual. We remembered her from our last visit. Still smiling, still with the 'nothing is too much trouble ' vibe. A delicious meal, and all round lovely pre- show dinner experience. Thanks again.

Great evening meal - the food was really nice and reasonably priced. The restaurant is open space layout and was quite noisy, but not too bad, it didn't spoil our evening.

Beautiful food, great atmosphere, tremendous service, served by Raf, cannot compliment him highly enough, keep hold of that one!!!

What a nice and tasty gamberi pasta 🦐 🍝 Pasta al dente ✅ Great flavour Friendly staff , specially a guy who recommended me a nice a alcoholic drink , looking like an APEROL , also he recommended the spaghetti 🍝 At the end I ordered good quality ice cream , flavours: strawberry and pistachios.

Who visited for my daughter's 12th birthday party for big group of her friends. From the moment we were alive, we were greeted by the store manager and were looked after very well by the manager and Rhys. We were able to bring our own cake which they surprised my daughter with carrying out from the kitchen.

I challenged myself to have lunch by myself and felt so welcome! Tracy was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Food was lovely and the atmosphere was friendly. I look forward to going back!

One of our go to places for dinner lunch meet up's, have been going to this place for a long time love the Marco Polo dish and has a nice selection of Wine/Beer. Good Polite service food always good and hot even when been busy.

Very disappointed in the food. Very watery carbonara, more like pasta in soup. I always order carbonara when I go to an Italian restaurant but it is never normally watery. It was like they didn't drain the spaghetti. I sent it back and got it remade and it was still quite watery. Also, my friend ordered the calzone and the onions in it were still muddy as if they had not been washed. Additionally, lots of screaming kids and the lights were way too bright that it ruins the atmosphere. The server was alright.

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Especialmente porque no puedo comer queso. No se hizo un problema. La comida era buena. Era un ambiente encantador. Volveremos cuando estemos en Reading de nuevo.

Lovely staff that fully added to the atmosphere Toilets could have done with a check and get the paper in the holders etc but mostly clean, staff very helpful and attentive. Food was lovely

Carbonara fue la peor que he probado, completamente insípida con poca salsa, solo grasa. Los cerdos en mantas eran negros. El servicio era pobre, ignorado por una camarera cuando pidió la cuenta y el gerente en su teléfono escondido debajo del mostrador cuando subimos a pagar. Los baños también estaban sucios. Lo único bueno fue la pizza. No podía combinar bebidas sin fondo y menú fijo tampoco tan extremadamente caro para la comida de baja calidad.

Muy buen ambiente y buena comida. Excelente servicio. Bryan va más allá en traer todo lo que podamos necesitar.

Visited for my mums birthday, we have never been here before. We were welcomed with smiles and the staff were very attentive. The service was great and food 10/10. I would have given 5* on the food but my dish was slightly salty but apart from that the food was delicious and the cocktails were great! Definitely will be returning! Thankyou

Trabajo en una escuela y llevé a 70 estudiantes adolescentes a Bella Italia Reading en 12 / 12. El equipo no podría haber sido más útil! No es fácil alimentar a un grupo de 70, pero hicieron un trabajo tremendo para alimentarnos (una comida de 2 platos) de manera muy eficiente. Nada fue demasiado molesto y en general, su profesionalidad aseguró que todos tuvimos una noche fabulosa. La comida era excelente también!

raf was our server and was AMAZING he helped with my ocd bringing me new “clean” glasses and cutlery when i felt it was “dirty” i have very little money to my name to the point the £10 i tipped was a push BUT SO DESERVED ABSOLUTE ANGEL AS IN EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH VIBES
