Food is always good. Its never too loud in the restaurant me and my friends come here often

Raf was really nice and friendly, service was efficient and had really nice deals! Enjoyed a lot!

Stayed in Reading overnight in a hotel nearby. Tuesday we arrived just shy of 9.30, and were told that the kitchen shuts at 9.30 so can’t be seated, we tried our luck again on Thursday at 9.05 and they said they had a very busy day today so the chef had closed the kitchen. When looking online it says closing hours are both 10pm on each days. Absolutely disgusted with the service that we received just as we had walked in the door. We only wanted a quick pasta after a long day of grafting work and wouldn’t have stayed for hours on end. If you’d like to attach an email for me to get ahold of someone about this matter more, please feel free to in the reply. I will not be dining at Reading Bella Italia if I stay in Reading for work anymore. The Zizzi were much more welcoming and went there instead both evenings.

What an absolutely lovely atmosphere here at Bella Italia! The food was amazing, the service was kind and prompt, and a warm feeling of community and good spirits are shared all around. This wouldn't be complete without the attentive and charming service of Raf, whose energy and kindness make this restaurant feel more like a home! 10/10

Raf was a really friendly and welcoming presence and made our experience so lovely. He was really attentive and couldn't have done a better job as our server.

Had a lovely meal at Bella Italia Reading. Raf served us, he was so helpful and smiley from start to finish. Our son has multiple allergies and he helped show us what was safe and available for him to eat, to ensure we had a wonderful worry free experience!!

We had an early Saturday lunch for six - booked for Noon. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken quickly, but the food was slow in coming (main course approx 45 minutes from arriving and without having starters). The adult main courses were all very enjoyable (3 pizzas and one spaghetti carbonara with added chicken). We went 'large' for the 2 children's meals (aged 8 and 5), but whilst the pasta dish was a decent size the child's large pizza was surprisingly small - so small we thought it must be the small version and we had to top it up with pizza slices from the adult pizzas. Adult desserts were disappointing (tiramisu and millionaire doughnuts) for the prices charged. The Strawberry lemonade was also very disappointing with a lot more ice than liquid in the tumbler. Staff were nice and particularly good with the children (e.g. getting down to their levels to take their orders). In all honesty, Wildwood and Zizzi's both offer better value children's meals.

Rowan served us, he was very helpful, attentive and a great server. Food was excellent.

Went for dinner and had an amazing time! Our waiter, Rowan, was really kind and friendly, and made sure to make us feel comfortable. His service (and all the other staff's service) was efficient and impeccable. The food was delicious and good quality, and brought out hot, ready to enjoy! The atmosphere was lively too. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Fantastic customer service! The staff were welcoming, friendly and had lovely waitressing skills. We had two servers but Tracy was one of them and was a lovely lady. The food tasted amazing and left us feeling very full! Will definitely return again.

Fabuloso camarero y siento mucho que ni siquiera sepamos tu nombre, pero creo que era de ascendencia irlandesa! (puede haber sido el gerente? ) desearía haber conseguido su nombre, pero las bromas y el servicio que proporcionó fue brillante, nos alegraron la noche. La comida era buena y como una mesa de 9 de 2 a 62 años y no se inmutó en absoluto las bromas y el desorden. Gracias por una excelente velada.

Delicious food and excellent service from RAF!

I am angry and disappointed! We have been to the restaurant many times, we have ordered dinner to our home many times. I trusted you, I was a regular customer until yesterday! I ordered two margarita pizzas which tasted very average, the worst thing is that all three of us, including a 5-year-old child, are vomiting all night long. How can you cook with stale products? You can poison people like that?! Never again bella Italia

Great evening meal - the food was really nice and reasonably priced. The restaurant is open space layout and was quite noisy, but not too bad, it didn't spoil our evening.

Buena ubicación y fácil aparcamiento en el Oracle (aunque un poco caro). La comida está bien, aunque mis espaguetis estaban un poco demasiado cocinados. El personal es maravilloso.
