The best restaurants in Reading South East

Hermoso té de la tarde en un crucero por el río Támesis. Chi y su equipo hicieron de esta una ocasión muy especial para nosotros (primer aniversario de boda). Los sándwiches, bollos y pastel estaban deliciosos como siempre. También tuvimos un chocolate caliente de lujo, así como el té.

I had the spicy falafel wrap, it was delicious. All the other food that I saw looked amazing. Super friendly service and really good value.

A really great place - coffee is good, cakes are great. Fantastic for my coeliac partner, just a real all-round gem in Reading.

Fidget y Bob es un lugar encantador para ir. Hacen el mejor café en Reading y el personal es absolutamente encantador y amable. Los sándwiches son tan deliciosos, especialmente el Christmas Pigsy, lleno de mucho sabor. Los pasteles también son frescos y muy sabrosos.

Great breakfast and drinks specially I love the scone it was delicious and fresh . And staff is really friendly . Good experience

Visitamos Reading y me di cuenta de algunos Citroën H Van (quizás Citroën HY, la réplica...). Genial camioneta modelo viejo y agradable en muy buen estado. Este en particular se utiliza como un 'café' - furgoneta. Una lástima que esta auténtica furgoneta francesa tuviera nombre en inglés. Algo así como 'la Machne à Café)...

Fantastic evening at this lovely little venue. First visit for us and we’ll be back. The team there went above and beyond. It was my daughters birthday and they made her feel really special. We went along to the ‘Brush Party’, it was the first one they held there and we 100% recommend, if you get the chance, go along, it’s lots of fun and really absorbing.

Exceptional food. Fresh and well cooked mixed grill. The 2 guys cooking and serving were brilliant and friendly with my young child. Well priced brilliant food

Ambos tuvimos pollo al curry y arroz. Lo pedí para la comida después del trabajo como demasiado cansado para cocinar y sabía mejor que el del curry que normalmente pido de las comidas para llevar. Grandes porciones, así que definitivamente vale la pena su dinero. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente

Visited with work colleagues for lunch after reading the review from Edible Reading and we weren’t disappointed. Ordered the King Tut ultimate breakfast and received a platter with Egyptian Moussaka, Flava beans, falafel, baba ganoush, humus… all served with warm flat bread and Egyptian tea with mint. Delicious, served with a warm smile and pistachio baklava to finish. I’ll be back again and bringing the family :)

Best wraps ever. Absolutely delicious. Two more regular clients added on the list. Excellent price, quick and excellent customer service.

Encontré el lugar mientras buscaba alas calientes y cerveza artesanal. Gran sorpresa al encontrar este lugar escondido debajo de 7 Bone. Buena selección de cervezas que cambian regularmente y hay Nintendo de la vieja escuela. El personal realmente servicial también! Todo buen ambiente allí

Pedimos dos pasteles diferentes para el cumpleaños de mis chicos y desde entonces encontramos cualquier excusa para un regalo. hasta ahora victoria sponge está en la parte superior de mi lista, pero todos son súper deliciosos

Lots of coffee shops to choose from in Reading; but on this week's stay in the town I've found myself taking my early coffee and snack here. It isn't as busy first thing as some of the others. (If you go into Caffe Nero opposite, for example, you might well get stuck in a long queue.) And I think this shop has one of the best ambiences, with theatrical lighting and chunky furniture. Sometimes they even have a cool jazz playlist on air. I often like a morning cake or pastry. And I've noticed the ones at Black Sheep are some of the best in the main chains. Always fresh and tasty. Not everything's perfect though. For me, they serve an Americano at a slightly lower temperature than their rivals. This has led me to only take my coffee here black. That said, it's good coffee.
